An establishment around since 1958 I believe, actually has parking and a cash only establishment. A hoppin' hot spot well known in the neighborhood as well as perhaps any New Yorker worth their salt. Lots of visually stimulating stuff to watch as you enjoy your slice. Barebones, no frills or excess.... Just a really good slice.
Perfect little pizza pit stop when you're out running errands and need something quick but satisfying. This is the kind of place where you can grab a couple of slices and keep it moving without feeling heavy or overly full afterward. The crust is thin and crisp, exactly how I like it, and the cheese is really good and well-balanced. I personally would've loved a little more sauce, but even with that, the pizza was still very enjoyable overall. Service here is fast and efficient, which makes it ideal for a quick bite. Everyone was straight to the point but friendly. Seating-wise, they have indoor seating and also outdoor tables for warmer days, which is a nice option if you want to sit and enjoy your slice. Overall, a solid go-to pizza spot when you want something simple, tasty, and easy without the commitment of a full sit-down meal. Definitely worth stopping by if you're nearby. Just keep in mind that this spot is cash only.

New Park Pizza still making the quintessential NY pizza by the slice or pie. It's just basic real deal NY round pie/ Neapolitan pizza people come here for. When on any main road going east or west north of here.. drop down and definitely bucket list for the basic but essential pizza slice. Oldish place with no frills.. and part of the charm.
Parking is easy, on the side and back of the building. Near the airport, on our way out we stopped in for a couple slices. I got white, very affordable and generous with the ricotta and garlic for $5.50. My coworker got cheese. We had one slice each and decided we had to have another. So good! The dough is chewy in the best possible way. I could've eaten more but we had a flight to catch. Worth the stop today! Support small businesses. Of note: cash only!

I tried both a regular slice and an everything slice, and both were absolutely delicious with a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. Service was fast and efficient, so you won't be waiting long for your order. The pizzeria offers both indoor and outdoor seating, though space is limited and outdoor seating is seasonal. The spot was moderately crowded and we sat in back which had a good amount of tables and I would say the majority of folks there did take out. I had a mushroom slice which was $4.75 compared to the usual slices which are $3.50. The mushrooms were different than other spots being a different type but they were quite wet for whatever reason. The pizza itself had a lot of flop to it with the bottom presumably due to lack of char. The tomato sauce was better than the average slice being not super sweet with a good tomato base while the cheese was standard. Outside of the good size and reasonable price, the pizza here was just fine. Mid/low 3 being nothing too notable but would be good as a neighborhood joint. We decided to have dinner here on a Friday evening after a drop off at JFK. There's a to-go window in front but there's also indoor seating and another counter. We ate in. We got a full pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni. I wasn't expecting much but this was a delicious slice. We followed the online wisdom that said to order this well done and it still came out extremely fast! There was a nice amount of char on the crust. It was salty and a little greasy. It had everything I wanted in a basic NY slice. Don't expect artisanal toppings or fresh mozz. It's a busy place! Constant stream of people coming and going and ordering. The kitchen is small and there's a lot of people in here doing their thing. I'll be back!

The best one out of all three was the white slice but idk if the price justifies it. The red sauce is salty if you like that I prefer a tangy sweet sauce. I returned home to the NYC area for a brief visit to attend my high school reunion. My hubby and I stayed at an AirBNB in Howard Beach, near the venue. This pizza place was highly recommended by four people. So, we had to try it. It is far from fancy. In fact, it's a bit shabby with a few tables and chairs out front and a small dining room in the back. The specialty is pizza. Not fine dining. You can get your pizza regular or square with limited toppings like pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs. Some veggies, too. No froufrou pineapple or buffalo chicken here. And you order at the counter, grab your food, and sit down. There is no table service. I got meatball on my pizza and didn't like the meatball. (I prefer chicken, pineapple, and artichoke on my pizza.) But I also shared a plain slice with my hubby and loved it. And, of course, I needed extra sauce, which was gladly provided and seemed to have a tiny kick to it. I wish Yelp offered half stars, because I truly would have given this review 4.5 stars. Since it doesn't, and hubby, the pizza king, declared it a 5-star pizza, I upped my grading. The pizza really is good with a thin and crispy crust. Service is fast and efficient, and somewhat friendly. A regular slice is $3.75 and toppings are an additional charge. But be warned, it's a cash only establishment. read more

We just landed at JFK and wanted some slices for our Road trip to Boston. Got a whole pepperoni pie. I was told to ask for it well done which we did, but it wasnt well done. It was good, but just not what we asked for. Place was jam packed, not alot of parking, but it was good. read more

This is by far one of my favorite pizza spots in Queens if not the entire city!! Pizza is very fresh and tastes amazingly since once they make a pizza pie these slices don't last more than few minutes since people are constantly coming in and buying multiple slices at once. A single person can easily take down 3-4 slices no problem! They also have bunch of seating available in the back of the place as well as a restroom. This place however is cash only but there's a Chase bank right next door. Enjoy! read more
I got a fresh pepperoni slice, and it definitely met expectations. Canonical NYC slice. It's cash only, so make sure to bring your quarters and dollars. Many people call ahead :) Slight tip: the cherry coke label is gone, but you can order it from the fountain. read more

Landed at JFK and didn't have a lot of time before had to hit the rack. Looked up authentic NYC pizza. And that is what I got at New Park. The inside has room for sitting or they have a take out zone as well. You start with the base cheese and you can add toppings from there. They have a few premade selections like white. The people waiting on me were great, exactly what you want in a NY pizza place. Overall though the pizza was good just not amazing. read more

Great little spot right near the airport. You can call them in advance and they'll individually wrap each slice so it can be taken on a plane. I did that and said it was for the airport but when I got there I guess they didn't realize it was for the plane. no idea. But they quickly fixed it and off I went. Traveling with it to NY it sat for a while but it was still good and edible. I didn't get sick and it was still better than anything I can find in California haha read more

Yes they have inside in front of the counter and a back inside area as well as a nice little outside seating area . It's available during their normal business hours .

No. The pizzeria, nor the family that owns it, were involved in that incident in 1986.
Has the delivery radius changed ? I live off the South Conflduit, and all of a sudden they no long deliver to my address. It's 1.2 miles away, I have walked it.
I’m sorry but I can’t help with that. I live on Long Island. I’m only on Crossbay Blvd. once or twice/year. Just for NPP. Give them a call or ask them next time you’re in for a slice.
