I regularly pay for double chicken, but it often doesn't look like I'm getting what I paid for. I've complained about this multiple times. On top of that, my bowls frequently come with very little rice and an excessive amount of sour cream, turning the entire meal into more of a soup than a burrito bowl. It's become frustrating because these same issues keep happening. I've submitted complaints and have never received any follow-up or acknowledgment. At this point, it's not even about the money--it's about feeling like loyal customers aren't being taken seriously.
