    Birria burrito bowl

This place looked like it just opened. Cute decor inside. Was uncertain that you get seated. I thought you ordered than sit down. We sat around for a while... there around 1pm on a Saturday. Server walked by and asked if we already ordered... our menu was still opened in front of us. Food was ok. Burrito bowl was very small for $18. Chips and queso was decent. My friends got street tacos ($5 each) kinda steep for street tacos. It was ok. Maybe give them another try when things settle down

well, the food here was great, so yummy. I strongly recommend the quesadillas. The people there are interesting. The lady that served us was either a having a hard day or just super super tired, which is very understandable but you gotta have some energy when you serving people stuff to eat. The decorations are interesting and I love the inflatable guy.

We got the Quesabirria and it was fabulous! They did a great job making the space their own. Service was great, food came out fast and the restaurant was clean.

Food was amazing. Pulled pork sandwich, tacos, guac and fire roasted salsa were a hit! Can't wait to go back! Great friendly service lots of people getting takeout and pizza.

Ok unless you happen to be downtown already, skip Agave downtown and go to the 2 GoGo location…read moreinstead. The addition of Suttino's pizza menu is killer. The service is some of the best I've had in a really long time as well. They have a full bar, the full agave menu (and happy hour menu that I believe is all day) and the Suttino's pizza menu. I'm not sure how they can fit that many ingredients in one kitchen, but they do, and for that I'm thankful. The cowboy corn bites are to die for. They come out with an internal temperature similar to molten lava so be warned, but oh my word. I could eat these every single day and never get sick of them. The nacho's are some of my favorite in the area and I like that they layer the ingredients, be sure to dig a little before you fill up on the top layer of chips as most of the goodies are hidden in the second layer. The kitchen fries are worth ordering and come with a garlic aioli, but I prefer the chipotle mayo that comes with the corn nuggets with the fries. Suttino's jalapeño popper pizza is sooooo yummy. I've ordered it twice and one had a lot less toppings, but if you request they aren't shy on the toppings it will be your new favorite if you're into that type of thing. The sausage and mushroom pizza wasn't crazy saucy so if you like sauce, maybe ask for more? The chicken bacon ranch was also killer. All in all, one of my new favorites in the area. Worth a stop and I always thought it was a to go burrito and taco shop based on the name, but now you know.

Great happy hour. Unassuming exterior - the inside is amazing - hence hidden gem. My only complaint is the music inside - way too loud, way too annoying. But the back patio is perfect.

For appetizers we chose Elote corn and Queso Fondido. The corn was outstanding. I expected the cheese to be more textured with bits of chorizo, but instead it was creamy, almost béchamel-like, and maybe the chorizo was just in the spicy accompanying sauce? I wasn't a huge fan but my friend was. Then came the entrees. Wow! Beef short rib was the highlight of the meal for me, melt-in-your-mouth tender and served with a super tasty sauce and some greens to lighten the dish. Puerto adobado was an enormous pork shank served with rice, beans, and pickled vegetables, also very tasty. Portions were generous. My friend and I both had to get to-go boxes for our leftovers. We tried the two desserts offered: churros and a cheesecake with berry sauce. I'm generally not a cheesecake fan, but warmed up to this one because of its light texture, almost soufflé-like, and the super-flavorful berry sauce. Churros were hot and crispy, accompanied by hot drinking chocolate for dipping, and more thick, creamy dulce de leche than we could possibly eat. I'm not a big drinker, so I appreciated that they have a fun selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. I had one that came rimmed with Tajin and containing a pineapple popsicle that melted and became part of the drink. Fruity, fun, a little spicy, and moderately priced. Besides the delicious food--at reasonable prices, especially considering the size of the portions, we were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere is light and pleasant with plenty of windows, interesting art, and comfy seating. You'd have to think hard to picture the space in its original form as a Hardee's...but then again, the owners built their reputation for great food starting in a gas station. The restaurant is easy to get to, with ample parking.
