The food line is always filthy with ingredients mixed with other ingredients. And your bowl or burrito wrapper will be drug through sour cream. Pretty obvious that the management doesn't really care. The lines are always out the door and SOOOOOO slow. Every time my daughter asks to go here for lunch, I just groan and pray it will be better this time, and it isn't. When we finally do get up to order, the people that work there I don't think really know what they are doing. I almost always have to repeat myself on what I want because they really aren't listening. But, it could be the loud music and they just can't hear! Depending on who's working, you could either get really big portions or stingy portions. Weekends are worse than weekdays with this. The place is always dirty. Tables not wiped down, food on the floors. I usually get my food to go for this reason. It's a good thing that I have been enjoying chipotle for years and know that the food and cleanliness CAN be good if the place is being properly run. They can't keep fajitas cooked/ready. I always have to check to see if they have any before standing in line, and 80% of the time they don't have any so I walk out and take my business elsewhere. Also, the can't keep their spices consistent, so the meat can be fine one day and then way too spicy the next. I can't rely on them for a good meal, so I'm giving up on them. Waited in line for about 30-35 minutes. The people working at the front counter seemed to be new, so that's understandable. However there seemed to be no supervision of the workers, and I've noticed it seems that there are new workers there almost every time I come in to eat here. Mangement step up and do your damn job, Dont let employees slack off, be late, leave early. Either be open with employees on every station, or closed if you cant fill them with employees who care. This location should lose its franchise. The restaurant itself is unsanitary and a complete mess. I ordered for pickup but if I would have viewed the restaurant first I would have not even ordered food from such an unclean place! My 5 year old discovered a stem & avocado skin from an avocado in his bowl. Charged for guac and chips and didn't receive the chips. Apparently recipes aren't being followed because the Guac tasted like mushy avocados and nothing else. The chicken was fatty and appeared as though instead of cutting it they had a dog chew on it first and threw it inside the burrito. I have always liked this location but after last night I will go someplace else. The food was good when I finally got it, but the wait time and customer service was unacceptable! The line was long when I got there but it usually does not take too long. I wish I had placed an order online and picked it up because this is the only way to get served. After waiting for over 30min and many complaints from customers (some waited 40min) we were told that online orders have to be filled first!! After a lot of complaining from customers they finally filled online orders in a different area. Until this changes I will not be going back. read more

Its obvious that this Chipotle is lacking leadership. Like others have expressed, the tables, floors, everything is in disarray nearly every time i go to the Hudson location. The last time I was in not one single employee had a smile on their face, very off putting. I remember the days when Chipotle was in its infancy when the employees were friendly, singing, smiling and having a good time behind the counter. Now its like they are serving food in a prison line. Small portions (which I'm sure Chipotle corporate would frown upon), terrible attitudes and a messy environment. Unfortunately, if you want Chipotle in Hudson it's your only option. While I do enjoy Chipotle, I make sure to avoid this location for a few reasons. First of all, the food, particularly the rice, is always undercooked and crunchy. Secondly, the three times I have been to this location the staff was miserable and were clearly not trained on how to roll a burrito. If the tortilla rips and the ingredients fall out, they just get a new tortilla but leave half the burrito fillings on the counter. The ingredients are always falling into other ingredients. Like the salsa that has chunks of sour cream in it. Yuck. Finally, the upkeep on the cleanliness of this place is lacking. They need to empty the garbage more frequently. read more

My favorite is the Pork Carnitas Burrito with (of course that lovely lime cilantro scented rice), black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. I wish they didn't charge extra for the guacamole but they do and I used to get around it by ordering the veggie burrito since they do not charge extra for it then, but I just fell in love with the Carnitas one day now that is what I get and I will not forgo the guacamole for the meat. Anyhow, ... this is a typical Chipotle as far as that chain goes (extra charges and all). I have never had any bad experiences here. It has fast service and is clean, except for when it is really busy and people don't clean up after their kids flinging bits of burrito everywhere. But that is more commentary on the people visiting the establishment than, the establishment itself. On any normal (ie: not slammed) time, tables (even the ones that look like a burrito bomb went off) are usually cleaned promptly. read more

Some annoying kid left his gift card at the bar, so I decided to see how much was left on it. I ended up with a little over two bucks to use on some yummy Chipotle. Usually, there is a sizable line at this place, but today there were only two ladies ahead of me. Woot! Ordered my usual, a barbacoa burrito with guac added, sans beans. Everyone working there has always been relatively nice, and the bathroom is very clean. There is usually a manager walking around too, asking if everything is ok. I have been here maybe about 8 or 9 times in the past 1 1/2 years, can't say anything bad about the place. read more

Chipotle in Hudson has been going downhill for quite sometime. After numerous disappointing visits, we tried one more time today and it's confirmed, we won't visit this location again. When standing in line, phone orders are taken & are moved ahead of your order, which keeps you waiting even longer. The serving size of each item put into the bowl is smaller & smaller each time. More of my black beans end up on the counter than in my bowl. The servers cannot hear the customers, it's a terrible set up. The quality of the food is embarrassing. My bowl had absolutely no flavor. Today was the first time I needed to add salt to my food in years. It had no flavor. The avocados were terrible. I used to love their guacamole, but whatever they served today wasn't guacamole. No salt, onion, cilantro, tomato, nothing. The pico/mild salsa had no flavor. We ended up throwing the food away. No filter on the photo I added of guacamole.
