I don't care if I sounds like every other young Caucasian lady, I love chipotle. The only complaint is the line that may sometimes go out the door when approaching the restaurant. However with my optimism waiting that long makes the food taste even better! Also huge respect for the employees.Every time I've gone there they have showed me that they care about making my bowl the best it can be even though they are going through the stress of Karen's uniting, putting up with that pressure. My order be like: white rice or brown depending on absolutely nothing, then chicken no beans, salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce... yes a simple order but hits hard like nothing I've ever experienced. We walked in nobody greeted us or even helped us at the counter. The lady working behind the counter stared and never told us when to order. Our bowls were barley full as they half scooped in everything we ask for. As we get to the cashier to pay they tell us that they need exact change and wouldn't let us round up or take a tip. A nice man behind us payed for our food and we gave him what we had. They were rude the entire time and included spitting on us as she talked. read more

Visited yesterday, tables were dirty, garbage was over flowing, there was food all over the floor, behind the counter was dirty (food prep area and floors) and there were no attempts to clean anything while we there. Makes me really think about their issues with food safety and whether or not we should be eating there. Just visited after being away for 6 mo, still dirty. Prep area counter wasn't clean, garbage in the prep area was 12" over the top, grill wasn't clean and looked looked like mud and the serving area was unkempt. While we waited in line, they changed out the food bins and slopped water all over the food that was being served. Nothing was wiped clean and it looked like cross contamination to me. We left without eating and I lowered my two stars to one. read more

In general, I LOVE Chipotle. This particular location, however, is continually inconsistent and definitely does not live up to the 'fast' casual dining descriptor. Seasoning is always lacking, the rice and beans are often not cooked properly (usually undercooked) and the serving sizes vary drastically depending on who is working. With the line generally being out the door most evenings, by the time I get home with our take-out it ends up not really being worth the time. I will say though, the staff is always sweet and friendly. Maybe there just needs to be more of them? read more

Got to chipotle at 5:50pm, with less than 8 people in line. We stood in line for 20 min while they filled a catering order. Finally the line started moving and eventually we got to the front. Then we waited another 5 min while they filled two more online orders. When they took our order our food sat on the line for another 5 minutes getting cold while they continued to fill the two larger online orders. We left at 6:20... they need to change who has priority or how much you can order online. Our food was cold and rushed and this happens frequently... we would've gotten our food faster if we ordered it online if we had ordered it while standing in line. Just ridiculous. read more

So I ordered a burrito bowl at this chipotle with extra white rice, chicken, light sour cream, extra cheese and light lettuce. I get my order on time which was fine but then I get back home and this is the only time I'm able to eat before going out for the day and I open it up to see some chicken and white rice. That is all. Chicken and white rice. I looked at the label thinking I must have grabbed someone else's bowl but it said right there on the receipt and the label and it listed all of the ingredients that I was missing in the bowl. Very disappointing and I have no time to come back. Not to mention that there were barely any customers in the restaurant so they obviously had the time to make my bowl how I wanted it with at least all of the things that were on the label and what I paid for. read more

After yesterday's visit I was not impressed..more than 20 minutes waiting line and it wasn't very busy..big gap between customers being helped, stood up at the counter next in line for 3-4 minutes before we were even helped as the workers behind the counter were more concerned with online orders..fine if you have online orders but you need to help your customers in house as well. Once we were finally helped I noticed they were very low on many of the ingredients barely any salsa or lettuce, and there was no apology for the wait. Certainly becoming less and less impressed each visit. read more

Tastes just like other chipotles but the rice and meat portions are half the size of other locations. They gave me more salsa than rice and steak... kind of an odd burrito because of that. The person in front of me asked for more rice and they commented that it cost them an extra buck. read more

I love Chipotle. One of my favorite places to go. Unfortunatly, this Chipotle is awful. As many had stated the cleanliness is far under par. The staff look miserable, the cooks didn't have gloves on, and the burrito itself was slop. The meat was all wrong, the tomatoes were soupy, the corn was mush, it's sad really. Ever other Chipotle I have been too has been off the chain, but this just sucked. My bowl had broken within 5 minutes because of all the juices. I didn't see any visible manager which wouldn't matter because they probably get phone calls all the time of how cra p this place is. You need a new team. read more

Yikes! This Chipotle is a mess. Extremely dirty, garbage overflowing, unfriendly employees. I actually witnessed an employee smash the overflowing garbage into a can rather than empty it. The floors, tables a windows were really dirty. A customer came up to ask where the forks an knives were and the guy behind the counter just pointed without saying a word. The funny thing is this place is crowded all the time. I guess people in Hudson are willing to put up with this because its trendy Chipotle. The restaurant doesn't have to try hard because its always busy. What a shame read more

Tonight we drove from Afton, MN to this Chipotle, hungry after a night of snowboarding. Arrived at 9:52pm when they closed at 10, but the door was locked. There were people eating inside and also someone ordering. And yet the four employees inside just looked up at us for a few seconds then ignored us. One of them even yelled something at us about the door being locked, as if we didn't know that and were just standing out in 20 degree temps for fun. Finally, after being ignored for a minute, I called them on the phone. One of them answered and said they were having "money issues" and closed early. Yet someone literally just walked out with a burrito. They wouldn't serve us at all. Maybe next time come to the door to explain that you're closed OR put a sign on the door explaining this, instead of dismissing two loyal Chipotle customers. read more

It's a chipotle so you know what you're getting more or less. With this location the emphasis is on less. I came at 5pm and there was a line out the door. After waiting for 20 minutes they skimped on the rice and meat more than any location I've ever been. I probably should have employed the strategy of the girl behind me in line who kept telling them they didn't include enough until she annoyed the employee. read more

Absolutely the nastiest chipotle I have ever been to. The place is filthy, tables are dirty, floors haven't ever been cleaned, rest room is disgusting. I had a burrito bowl...chicken was burnt, the steak was old and tasted like a refrigerator. Soda machine was also nasty. The music was so load that I went outside to eat..even the patio was filthy. Food here is as good as any other chipotle. No issue. But this location is chronically understaffed and messy. Starting to have lunch elsewhere as a result, which is too bad. All of the reviews were right and I should have listened. Too bad I was already in line while reading them. Long wait time, dirty tables and floors (no one even came out to clean), drink area in disarray, small portions, and the meat was burned. I have never been more disappointed in my lunch. Makes me not want to do their loyalty program because they obviously don't want loyal guests. The only positive thing was that the restrooms were clean. I've been going to Chipotle since they have opened, great food but it seems that 1. There is a very noticeable inconsistency in the burritos (size wise and filling wise) depending on who is working 2. Seems the burritos are getting smaller. They give you the option to have double meat or veggies but sometimes it's not really worth it because you will watch the guy in front of you get a huge scoop of meat while they give you a small amount. I would like to see them come up with a better way to portion the meat so that is all the same, other than that the place is to Loud to sit and eat. BUT the food is amazing! read more

Very surprising. Typically you get a bowl full of fairly fresh food. I've never recieved such a small portion at a Chipotle. The bowl was literally just over half full. LOL, I won't be going back to that location. read more

Chipotle is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at while traveling. We were very disappointed with this location, food was good but the cleanliness of restaurant was terrible. The dining room was filthy, as were the restrooms. Normally I will not give bad reviews but after reading the other reviews it looks like this is a ongoing problem. Used to love going here until how disgusting the place has gotten over the past year. Seriously, we showed up to try and go in to order and met a couple of friends on their way out...they told us not to go in because of how much food and trash was on the tables and on the ground....we figured they may be over exaggerating so we walked in to look...it.was.ATROCIOUS. The full line of employees behind the counter looked at us as we were scanning the ruminants from the obvious tornado that had just swept through their establishment. We turned around and walked out. I am a big fan of Chipotle, but as I was in line to get my utensils and napkins, the woman ahead of me reached into the container of limes and fingered all of them until she found the few that she apparently wanted... EWWWWW. I have called the Hudson location and told them of this incident. This was a terrible experience!! The place was filthy and no excuse for it when there were staff standing around doing nothing! All stations/tables were dirty. The sour cream (as well as other items on the line) had other foods mixed in and the person just scooped it and put it in my bowl. Disgusting...if I wanted corn, etc I would have asked for it!! Instead of waiting for me to put my change away and taking my food the cashier allowed the next customer to reach right over my bowl and dragged their sleeve in my food. If I could give a negative star rating, I would! I am in the food business and would NEVER allow my business to look like that!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone....ever! read more

Ok, don't get me wrong when I say that I LOVE chipotle. However, I'd steer away from the Hudson one. Unbelievably slow, line is out the door most nights. And also some of the staff just do not seem friendly and never are smiling. It seems like there are in forced labor lol. Floors and tables are all over the place with pieces of food everywhere. Really like the taste of Chipotle BUT the Hudson Chipotle has an employee that is a burden to the brand in several ways. We go there usually once a week. This female worker never smiles and is never pleasant. Today was busy and she was behind. She kept leaning over people's food that was backed up and with her girth she had her chest actually TOUCHING my taco. I left without eating. Chipotle needs to watch their service and possibly add a glass partial wall so that employees don't make bodily contact with food on the counter. read more

Every time I come here, which isn't often, things get worse. Tonight they seemed seriously understaffed and most of the employees appeared to not want to be there, like they had given up. My vegetarian burrito bowl didn't include vegetables because the sautéed peppers were still cooking. Finally decided to just take my bowl without the vegetables. I've gone here 3-4 times and each time the service was incredibly slow. It is very common to wait 30-45 minutes which should never happen at a chipotle. Overall the food was fine, but the meat was a little burnt. I would not go to this chipotle again. read more
