Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours. I have found they can fulfill online orders fairly quickly and as promised. They can often be out of certain items and customers are charged when requesting extra proteins, queso, guacamole or other menu items. read more

I mobile order my entree normally. Which they are always late and prioritize in-store customers first even though I place my order at least 30mins prior to coming if not longer. I now come 10mins after it says it's done but now it's too the point I'm waiting 30mins or longer after my mobile order has been "completed" to get my food. They're prioritizing in-store orders to a degree I get but I should not be here this long! read more

Worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. Food line looked old and uncleaned. It wasn't because they were busy, there may have been 5 or 6 customers besides my party the entire time. I ordered on the app and someone stole my food before I picked it up. The staff was super nice about and it and replaced it, but they also said it was the third time it happened that day and they had only been open 3 hours. It may be time to do away with the pickup rack at this location. Unfortunately the replacement "burritos" were literally the size of tacos. They were so under filled they were able to wrap one end of the burrito around the opposite end. Tasted great, but waaayyy smaller than any chipotle burrito I've had in the past. read more

I've never been a Chipotle fan. To me, it's one of the most average, massive chains in America. Most of the meats are bland and there isn't anything on the menu that brings a craving. However, on this strip in Huntington that's overrun by horrid fast food, Chipotle is the best choice. (We were stuck in this area after parking for a Marshall football game.) In fact, it's several steps better than the alternatives. On the other hand, the staff needs better training. I've been to this chain more than a dozen times and if these methods were practiced at other locations people wouldn't be granted another shift. For starters, when you ask for black beans, the server is suppose to lift the spoon up and allow the juice to drain prior to placing them on the burrito or in the bowl. I watched the man pour the beans onto several customers in front of me before draining them. Then you have water all over the burrito and it causes a mess. My bowl was swimming in water! Let's move on. Does management know how much money they are losing? The women (who appeared to be the manager) who manned the second portion of the serving station literally put a quarter-pound of sour cream and guacamole on everyone's burrito and in my bowl. You are suppose to put one or two small spoonfuls, not the equivalent of 10. Great for the customer, but brutal on profits. Still, when in Huntington, at least in this area, you aren't going to find much better. And, when faced between the choice of coming here over the other fast food places, you'll find more healthier, tastier choices inside these doors, even if the chicken I had was bland, still had skin on it and wasn't tender. read more

Don't order catering from here. I picked up my order only to drive 30 minutes to my location to find out they didn't give me the whole order. They forgot to give me the chicken, beans, and rice....the important stuff. Drove all the way back to pick up the food in which they offered to refund the order, I didn't demand anything or even ask for a refund, they offered. No one at work was able to eat lunch together, we were supposed to celebrate 2 employees last day, so that was ruined. Almost 3 weeks later and no refund. I call and I am told my refund was never even put in to be processed. Terrible customer service and then lied to. read more

This Chipotle is decent, but lacks in customer service. Went in here before the Marshall vs Kent State game. They weren't busy at all which was really nice as I was able to order immediately. The girl that approached the counter to assist me didn't say anything, just looked at me when I said hello. Then when she was making my burrito, she didn't even let the bean juice drain off. Just sloshed it all over the burrito shell. This made for a very soggy burrito by the time I unwrapped it, as well as a burrito overpowered by the taste of watery black beans... Perhaps a bit more customer service and meal prep tracings would make for a better experience in my opinion. read more

How this poor excuse of a restaurant manages to hang onto its Chipolte franchise is beyond me. It doesn't deserve to be part of this otherwise excellent chain. With zero sense of customers, decor, service or food, it simply doesn't deserve to be in business. This sad shop turned out to be the only Chipotle I've ever been into with a surly, bored staff and tough, nearly inedible food. Pork was tough and fatty, more gristle than meat. A vegetable plate was beans and rice and a dollop of sauce. The only good fortune was that the portions were obscenely small. SMALL...? About half of the serving in any other Chipotle. There was no excuse. The lunch rush was past, and there was a slow stream of customers and yet, plate after plate looked like the worst fast food I've ever seen served. We left our food. I love Chipotle, so I'll give two stars for the chain, but THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. I mean it - the WORST Chipotle location I have EVER been to. And I've been to a LOT of Chipotles. My co-workers and I have ordered from here 5 times. Every single time, at least one of our orders (submitted online, clear as day) has been messed up. Several times, there has been more than one error per order. An occasional mistake is totally understandable, but consistent failure to meet customer needs is unacceptable. On this most recent occasion, I ordered a salad with double meat and was given a serving of meat smaller than a typical single-order and a bowl full of rice instead of lettuce. Other complaints: staff has often been unfriendly; I have observed staff not following standard sanitation procedures; despite ordering online, I have often been ignored when I politely approached the register to pick up my order; I am never asked to show my ID for online order pick-ups, which I understand is protocol. While I don't want to increase traffic at my beloved Barboursville location, they deserve a shout-out for FAR SUPERIOR customer service, and you should go there instead. When I've been in there, they have been friendly, prompt, and helpful - no incorrect order nonsense. read more

I understand things happen but when I called to tell them, the lady was incredibly rude! Placed an online order for 4 burritos. Got the the store and they weren't even started and it was after the pick up time that was listed and there was only one person in line when I arrived. But since I did get to watch them make my food I did notice that the guy running the cash register never changed his gloves after taking 2 payments with cash and then fixed the food. Disgusting. Excellent staff. Very helpful. We came with a group and enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was awesone.

It's been awhile since I've visited this Chipotle location, but overall it is about the same. The food tasted the same (as expected from Chipotle) but the experience wasn't the same. It could be the fact that this location is so close to Marshall University or it could be the fact that it is downtown Huntington, whatever the case it took some adjustment especially w/one of my orders being an allergy specific order. They did get it right, I just felt like I had to carefully inspect everything (they seemed a little confused). Still, food was good, child didn't get sick, and we all walked away full. read more

Don't order online. Placed a 40 online pickup order with bowls and a burrito. Each with paid extra such as guacamole and extra lettuce etc. and each bowl was missing at least one of the extras. If I would have know I probably would have just went into store so I know every element requested and paid for is incorporated in my meal. read more

Waited forever for a Chipolte to come here, have been to their stores in several states and this one was everything we hoped it would be.Trevor the young man who greeted us was excellent in taking care of our picky order.The food was fresh they prepared it just the way we wanted and the service right down the line was excellent.We want to acknowledge Adam, Trevor, "Cinncinnati" for opening this place and making it a must do have for anyone who appreciates good food , good service, at a great price.Chipolte rocks and now we have our very own with people who care about their customers and the standards of the Chipolte brand. read more

I'm glad we finally have Chipotle in the Tri-State area!! I've been stopping in for lunch periodically since the 5th St location opened. Staff at this location have been courteous and helpful each visit. Terrible! This chipotle was decent when they first opened, but I've been disappointed many times there so I don't eat there anymore. The only saving grace is their guacamole, but that's not worth the drive or the wait in line. Their meats are way too salty, overcooked to the point of being blackened. The steak is tough. The fajita veggies are either cooked to death and are limp and sad or aren't cooked well enough and are crunchy and the onions are so strong they ruin the whole meal. Never worth it and I always wish I had eaten elsewhere. read more

Tasty food at a fairly cheap price. After the initial demand from first opening, the service has been pretty quick. I believe they have hit their stride and have gotten over the problems of being a new location. I believe everyone would enjoy this restaurant and it is in a good location.
