Clean Location / Great Indoor & Outdoor seating / Plenty of parking / Fast service / Great customer service / Yummy food

This is our normal Sunday lunch spot and I don't really know why--the food is good but the service is terrible. Today it seemed as though the staff wanted to be anywhere but here, and they couldn't care less if we were here or not. We were definitely an inconvenience to their day. I can't wait until the Oakleaf store is open in hopes that they are better so that we can say bye to this location. read more

I love Chipotle! But this particular location is lacking efficient employees. Every time I have ever ordered ahead, through their app, I end up waiting with a lot of other pre orderers! The crew is so slow! Always confused. It sucks. Better to just wait in the line. read more

The food was sub par but the more influential factor was the level of rudeness by all the employees I encountered on this visit. None seemed as though they liked their job and wanted to be there, no one was friendly or smiled. Truly everyone, and I mean every employee I encountered in the serving line, seemed as though they wanted nothing to do with their job and the customer they were serving. It was the day nurses got a BOGO entree and so I came in. I didn't mind the long wait; that was expected. What I found incredibly rude and uncalled for were the 2 girls at the register. I had my badge out as soon as I got to the register and was showing it to the one running the register. A girl at the end of the serving line asked if I had the burrito bowl, I said yes. The other girl at the register (#1) gave me my total, I still had my hospital badge out, and gave her my credit card. I noticed the girl at the end of the serving line (#2) never put in the second burrito bowl so I told her I had both. In the meantime, the girl at the register had swiped my card. After I informed the girl at the register (#1) rolled her eyes, sighed heavily, and pulled her ball cap over her eyes all while shaking her head. Then Girl #2 then snapped rudely "I asked you what you had and you didn't tell me you had both." They then continued to sigh and huff and puff - a mini temper tantrum if you will. Before calling over the manager and letting her know "I didn't tell them." All the meanwhile, my badge was still out. It was 842pm. Surely they were aware that Nurses were getting items BOGO ALL DAY that day. Surely if a customer pulled out their hospital badge and was showing that before presenting their credit card, common sense would indicate that they are perhaps participating in the BOGO event. So don't even bother doing a online order they want even fill it. I had to actually ask for mine 10 mins after my wait time. And they did not care at all. Why even have online ordering if your not going to bother doing it. Employees do not seem to care at all. read more

I feel as though this particular location needs some help from company leadership. The food is very inconsistent as well is the customer service. This last time that I stopped by, the kids behind the counter were goofing off, talking loudly to their friends sitting at the tables and barely acknowledged me as I was checking out. The girl preparing my food wasn't paying attention, loaded my bowl with rice but barely put any chicken and then added toppings that I didn't ask for. Also it's very hit or miss if the chips will be fresh or completely stale. I really enjoy chipotle and will continue to eat here. But I may just go out of my way to eat at another location that has more consistent food and service. read more

Overall the food and service was ok. The atmosphere was noisy and it was not as clean as other Chipotles I've busted in the past. Service was quick and staff was ok (not super friendly). Ordered a meal for a grieving family 24 hours in advance. Chipotle thought it was a better idea to cancel the order 30 mins prior to scheduled delivery. Awful service. I tried to message them on facebook and got an automated response stating I should reduce my message to shorter and easier to understand. This is the level of service you will be dealing with. If I'm already over paying for my food I shouldn't have to ask for double meat. They like to scoop the meat up and shake the spoon so that only half the meat remains and call that a spoon full so if you want an actual spoon full of meat you have to pay extra. Give me what I pay for. read more

hermmmm where to start? first of all i got food poisioning here about 2 years ago. I wrote this place off, never coming back. Then, this person I was watching on Youtube kept on insisting on how good Chipotle was. I was with my little bro and wanted to take him somewhere quick, cheaper, and on the healthier side (cause Chipotle's meats don't have antibiotics and the animals are treated better...) so I decided to give it another shot. I got a Chicken Burrito and my bro got a Burrito Bowl. Man! we sat down and I was like you have a lot more food than me and we spent the amount of money! There's even youtube vids showing that you get like 50% more if you get a bowl vs the burrito. So since then i've been addicted, its been the go to post workout spot. My Burrito bowl has evolved after going so many times with different people. I get a Chicken Burrito bowl, with a tortilla in the bottom of the bowl, Double brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, salsa, cheese, lettuce, and sometimes guacamole if im feeling gooood. By the time its all done you have a huge mound of food! You can get extra of anything for free except guac, meat, and queso i think. I get the little to go foil and split it in half, it's two meals right there for $7 or $9 with the guac...you cant beat it. *Here's a tip squeeze lemon juice on your Chipotle it will kick it up a notch. I've made a many believers! One of my friends squeezes lemon per spoonful of food lol. There was one time when the cooks where arguing over chicken in the back, I waited a while, and they were out of guac and silverware. Chipotle sent me a giftcard in 2 days. When I got food poisioning before they offered to refund me but I didnt want to set foot in a Chipotle at that time. But now im bout that Chipotle life! read more

I have not gone to a Chipotle in over a year and a half and today decided to give it a try at this location. Can't go wrong with Chipotle. I'm a fan of the bowls but they have burritos, tacos, and salads. There is always a line but it moves pretty quickly so the wait isn't that bad. Last Thursday after an evening class we decided to have a late dinner and go to Chipotle. Normally we frequent the Town Center location; but because of class and the time the Orange Park location seemed ideal. Unfortunately, it appears that customer service, food quality and quantity appear to decline in the latter evening hours. The young lady that severed us was short with us and tossed our food around like we were a nuisance. Guess I'll have to stick to the Town Center location. That's really too bad. read more

The food was great but the employees that work there were not worth another visit back. The restaurant wasn't too busy but every table was covered with stale food, the floor hadn't been cleaned in a long while, and the garbage cans were full with trash. All it would take would be one employee who cared to clean it up but they all stayed at their post looking at the mess from behind the counter. Very disappointed! read more
