This was our first visit to Panda Express Wells rd in Orange Park. It won't be the last. The place was clean, though there were a couple tables that needed addressing. But no worries. I was worried about the windows that faced west, setting sun you know, but they had it covered you might say. No issues. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and more than helpful in explaining the food. The wife had the "bowl", which one entree and one side. Mushroom chicken with friend rice. She loved it. Fresh and hot. The author had the "plate", which was two entrees and one side. I had orange chicken ( I read yelp reviews) and kung pow chicken with fried rice. No complaints. Very good. The king pow packed a punch. It was hot. We have eaten at other Panda's. This was the cleanest and most courteous staff. We will be back. read more

Please don't come here I just witness something really sad. 2 ladies working. 1 older lady and 1 younger girl. The entire time I was there the older woman was berating the younger girl very loudly in front of customers. When a customer asked her where something was she responded don't ask me to ask the other girl. She continuously slammed things and threw things around. read more

This is one of the better locations I have been to. The service is pretty good and it is usually busy so they always have fresh food. Sometimes there is a wait but I am willing to wait for fresh food to be made as it usually doesn't take too long. They are easy to get in and out if and have a lot of options. read more

Went to order a dish and my first time here. Definitely will not be back as the dishes they advertise as allergen free are not. They do come into contact with other allergens and you'll get those items in your dish. Don't recommend for anybody with a severe or regular allergy. Or even dietary restrictions as there is a contamination issue here too. read more

The food was very good and fresh but the layout of the store is the opposite of other locations and is kind of awkward... also their ice machine was broken and they had signs on both windows that said sorry the ice machine is broken but they could have just gone and bought some ice!!!?? I've come to this location several times and it's really been a hit or miss. I think the earlier you come to Panda during meal times, the better. I've come late before and you can tell that the food has just been sitting. And the other times when I came around 11am for lunch or between 6-7pm for dinner, I was very satisfied with the quality. This Panda Express store is clean and has an attentive staff. I've always liked how the stores are set up. Like Kristina K. said, it's easily navigable -- one end to the other. Plenty of tables if you chose to eat in rather than take out. There are a variety of the usual Chinese food choices that are cooked with fresh ingredients. Not overcooked as the veggies are still crispy. Pricing is easy on the wallet too. When Hubs and I are on the road, Panda Express is one of our go to places for quick service. read more

What can you really say about Panda Express? It's fast food Asian food that will probably make you feel gross after you eat it. That said, occasionally I get such a craving for their orange chicken (I've made my own and come pretty close but it's just not the same if I have to cook it!), I must indulge. When I do, this is usually the location I hit up. I like the way Panda Express sets up their restaurants in a very easy to navigate way. It's very clear where you start in the line and a staff member always seems to be there ready to offer samples. They seem to have a portion of the menu that is always changing, so the ability to sample is really nice. For a while they started using brown rice and apparently there was some uproar so now you can get white or brown rice (imo, the brown rice just isn't cooked well or maybe it doesn't sit well). They also have chow mein and veggies as a side. I try to stick to the "bowl" size (1 side and 1 entree) with veggies on most visits but they also offer a 2 or 3 entree plate. Orange chicken seems to be their "signature" dish but I often find the seasonal entrees to be tasty too (sometimes they're shrimp, sometimes beef or chicken). When I visited the other day, it was chicken with kale, mushrooms, and broccoli. When they introduce new entrees, they often offer coupons for a free serving so if you're interested, keep an eye on their Facebook page. The staff here is always really friendly and encouraging sampling. lol If you are craving some filling junk food, this is the place for it! read more

Me and my date walked into the Panda Express 15 minutes until closing time, we were greeted with a smile and They cooked our order fresh. We were even able to sit and eat our food with no attitude given by any of the workers and get this, they weren't even trying to clean up around us, like most restaurants ALWAYS do 30 minutes before closing time. Who doesn't love the orange chicken at Panda Express! This location is conveniently located with easy access. Upon walking into the establishment we were greeted by two of their employees. We would have been out of there pretty quick but they ran out of one of the key items you choose when you first place your order. That took about 5-7 minutes for them to make before there 4 people in front of us could be waited on as well. This place is so poorly run that I would not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here. The cashier was not friendly and kept rolling her eyes every time you asked her something. The just act like they don't want to wait on customers. I really don't see how they stay in business. I can tell you they will not get my money nor will I take anybody there to eat again. They seem to be forgetting the golden rules. "Act like you don't want my money and you sure won't get it". The way I see it there is good high end sit down Chinese food like P.F Changs, fast food Chinese places everywhere that all taste the same, and then Panda Express. The food is delicious, different flavors than everywhere, spicy, and always ready and hot. The manager Weena remembers your name and makes you feel welcome. I decided to return to give them another shot. I returned at 4:12 on Friday February 10. I had a horrible experience!!! The cashier had A nasty smart alec attitude. I ordered two plates with orange chicken and Beijing beef, well we asked for a fresh batch because it was old. The nasty cashier got the cook to cook up some fresh Beijing beef , well he came out from the back slamming stuff and giving us nasty looks because we ordered fresh food. Well he burnt it to a crisp and it tasted completely disgusting, it was inedible. We returned it and got more orange chicken. When we complained he gave us a horrible look almost threatening, so the cashier sent him in the back and she took over the cooking. I will never return here again and I will reach out to corporate or whoever can clean house of these nasty people that DO NOT provide an exceptional service. They do not uphold Panda expresses values. The only positive thing about this place was a young lady with bright red lipstick that was very nice. By the way, all the drinks tasted HORRIBLE like the machines or nozzles are never cleaned and the carbonation is way off. read more

The representative Samantha L. was excellent! Eye contact, polite, smile, very efficient and helpful. I wish I would receive this kind of service everywhere... others could learn a few things from her. She took a dish that was low and placed it back to the cooks and just said what it was.
