This is an interesting review to be shared... there was a man suffering from some kind of mental illness in line. He told the employees that the food was made of insects and would cause our bodies to mutate if we ate it. He directly insulted two of the teenage workers by telling them they weren't actually "muscular" or "beautiful" and that they were living in an AI fantasy world. What I appreciated so much was that no one got upset or treated the man poorly. One of the older women preparing food at the back simply told the others (discreetly) she was going to call the police. She stepped into the back while the other employees listened to the rant and served him food while he insulted them and the food they were serving. After he left (which was hilarious: he was, apparently, going to eat the food that he stated was made of "insects"-- and worse things!), they carried on with professionalism. Stopped for a quick lunch enroute Seattle . Premises is clean and spacious . The line moves quick and the staff was fast which is what I expect from Chipotle . One other thing that I have come to expect from chipotle now is the small food portions and so that is also something I wasn't surprised with . Food was fine and the staff cordial , I wouldn't really categorize them as friendly but they weren't rude either . Plenty of parking out front. read more

I've never had Chipotle, so when I saw one while visiting family in Olympia, WA, I asked my boyfriend if we could get some. We ordered takeout, so I can't speak to the ambiance or cleanliness of the establishment. Service, however, was quick and friendly. I was excited to eat my burrito bowl when we got home. The bowl itself was filled to the brim with all the fillings. They did not skimp on anything. The flavor of the carne asada was good. Nothing spectacular but also not bad! All in all, I was satisfied with my burrito bowl, but if I never had it again, I would probably not be sad. read more

This is by far the WORST chipotle location. I love chipotle and they are usually so consistent but this location half asses everything! I added a picture of what I picked up tonight. WHY IS IT SO SMALL? I've gotten burritos that weren't even wrapped into a burrito and employees, especially the big lady are very rude and not welcoming. They run out of items at 5pm?? When they close at 10? I was excited about having a chipotle so close to home so I tried, and tried and TRIED to be okay with how inconsistent it was but now i rather spend the gas going to the one on Marvin rd because pacific ave. Had a chicken burrito. The people were pleasant enough. The place was clean enough. The chicken had so much cartilage it was gross. Had to spit out parts nearly every bite of chicken. The rest of the burrito was fine. They put so much rice in that the giant tortilla burst when rolling it so they just put another one over it. Too much tortilla. Speed was great but I can't give a solid rating above a 2 because the kids meal was not made correctly. It was a kids quesadilla that wasn't grilled, the cheese no cheese was not melted and the meat was left on the outside along with being given the wrong milk. In general chipotle has unfortunately gone way downhill. But we've had by far the worst chipotle experiences at this one. First time we came the gal making the burritos said that if the veggie burrito guac was provided on the side instead of on the burrito then it wouldn't be free!!?? (What??) I had to argue with her until she agreed to not charge me for it. Just seemed like a bunch of young kids with terrible training. Last time we placed a mobile order and arrived at the time we were told, we pulled up the window to see an employee sitting right outside by the drive through smoking. Took a couple minutes for us to even flag down the guy inside who was cleaning and not paying attention. And then although he didn't tell us so, it became VERY clear they hadn't even started making the order yet (it was 10 min past pick up time!!) Then another 10 minutes later (20 minutes late in total) they had the order ready. He apologized and gave us a free drink, which we accepted and left. When we got home we discovered our quesadilla was cold (maybe it was made on time, 30 min before by that point, but not everything else!?) And the burrito bowl that we specified with "light" sour cream was literally drowning in sour cream. As if we'd ordered double the usual. I had to remove large serving size spoonfuls of it and ultimately after a few bites had to abandon it for fear of it hurting my stomach. I tried to call and tell the "manager" about our experience but we were routed around through a corporate inbound call system where we had to spend way too much time giving feedback, provide our info, etc. very irritating and Ultimately nothing came of it. But was that it? No! My kids love to split the burrito so I gave it another chance on our way to a park. And I am sorry to say I Just left with a whole burrito that we were not able to cut or bring a knife to cut ourselves because THEY ARE OUT OF PLASTIC KNIVES!!!! And they're not allowed to cut burritos with their metal knives ‍ I am from TX and have been eating at chipotle since it first came to Dallas in like 1998. It used to be so good. Tonight we stopped at this business. I asked are you out of steak and they said no but it's only for online orders. There is literally no one in the place and plenty in the silver container. They were going to force me to order online while standing right in front of them to have steak. This is absurd and not customer friendly or service oriented. HOW does this make ANY sense. The food was same old Chipotle, but the restaurant was filthy. Tables not wiped-off, food on the floor and seats, napkins not stocked, drink area gross. This isn't the first time they have been stingy with their product at this location, however it has just never been such a low amount of food to cause concern.
