One of the WORST Chipotle's I've ever been to. AWFUL portions and NO FLAVOR ON ANYTHING. Manager gave me a half scoop of rice and beans, then when it came to my protein I was actually shocked at the tiniest line of meat that was added on top. My pickup order was ready and they had two people at the register yet only one was helping and she was checking out the people who were going through the line. Finally the manager who was just standing there decides to help and I tell him my name he gives me my order and I ask for vinaigrette he ignores me after looking in my face so I ask the girl she gets it for me then he says "next time order it online" so I replied you don't have the option to. He says you don't? I say no you don't and you should probably research that before telling someone what to do. Like why be an A hole ignore me then tell me I need to do it online.. when everyone knows you don't have the ability to add vinaigrette online for a burrito bowl. Just wanted a quick dinner and so I ordered pick up and I came in 6 minutes after the pickup time only to find out that my order was handed out to someone else. It seemed like they were very dismissive. This evening about 9:30PM my husband and I visited Chipotle and I wanted to order my usual : 2 crunchy meat and cheese tacos with guacamole and chips. We were greeted with " just wanna let yall know we don't have Shredded cheese , Pico , Guacamole (& some other items ). I told her I only eat meat and cheese and the female told me " well we have queso but you have to pay for it ". I shouldn't have to pay for cheese when it's included in my 3 tacos that I purchased. If you didn't have the correct cheese it's not the customer fault. My husband was on short time so I went ahead and ordered the chicken tacos with queso. The gentleman fixed my tacos sooooo sloppy and I am not saying this because I didn't want to pay. The meat was not in the tacos, he just spoon in the bowl and let it fall where the meat land. Very sloppy. Brandon rung me up and charged me $1.70 for queso. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will not return to this location. Tacos were cold and soggy ( live 5min away ). Both employees don't know what customer service means and a conversation with nightcrew is needed. I tried to use my free entrée coupon off of the app. They proceeded to double charge me because I got a half a spoon of extra chicken. I advised the manager that I wanted something different since the portions were not enough. He then instructed me that he was not gonna change my order. I proceeded not to purchase anything since he did not want to change my order and yet he still used my free entrée from the chipotle app when I returned to the store to confront him about it he told me to get out of his store and that was no longer going too serve me anything because I cost him money. This location just never gets any better. I haven't been in a couple years. They were fairly busy with takeout during Covid but I wasn't surprised when I left to see there wasn't much lunch business right now. I told the server I wanted to veggie salad so his next question was what meat I wanted. Then he asked me if I wanted fajitas and I reminded him that I wanted a veggie salad. And he said, do you want the fajita veggies then he said the peppers and onions and I finally understood what he was saying really doesn't need to be this difficult. I told him it was to go, and when the next person rang me up. It wasn't covered to go, so she had to put on gloves in order to cover the container which I appreciated. She did walk back to the guy and remind him it was to go so he knew and she apologized to me which I appreciated. When she asked me if there was anything else I couldn't understand anything. She said she repeat it two more times and I finally figure it out. She was asking me if I wanted anything else like to drink or anything else. I've always had trouble being able to understand people what people are saying at this location. When I went to eat my salad later, I realized they didn't offer me a dressing. Food quality and portion was good. The floor was really dirty and there were no spoons and very little plastic ware even though there wasn't much business at 11:15am. I know Chipotle's have been under fire recently but I will have to give this one a 5-star this time for the customer service aspect. Typically, for most chipotles I will get the same satisfaction out of, very rarely do I come upon a bad tasting burrito. My biggest complaint in recent years is that they kind of cut back on the amount of meat they give you. Granted, in the early years, they gave you way more than they should have probably. I ate a chicken burrito bowl from this location at about 6:45 PM on Wed, January 23, 2019. At about midnight my stomach felt upset. At 1:00 AM, I woke up seriously sick to my stomach and the "fireworks" continued non-stop until 6:00 AM. I am wiped out and have to stay in bed the next day, hoping my stomach will go back to normal soon. It could have been a coincidence and it could be a stomach virus. I ordered through their Web site for pickup. When I got to the restaurant one of their awesome employees showed me where to pick up my order. I don't know if I blame chipotle or door dash or both but ive ordered numerous times and I have had my order partially wrong or completely wrong 4 times in a 3 week period, I also have had coworkers order and have numerous issues with their order. It's almost comical at this point and a surprise if my order shows up correctly. There has got to be a better way to ensure customers get the right order.
