This location has really lost touch with what it means to be part of the Chipotle family. The workers are agitated, and the place is not clean any more. I suspected a one time issue, but the last 5 times we've been here they have really skimped on the food. I'm talking a quarter cup of rice, then they get frustrated when you ask for more. They are literately serving less than half the portions they were before. Sad. I won't be back to this one. read more

Even though the line can get super long, it moves quickly. I really like that I can get a big fish with no meat since they have the new tofu meat looking option. Haha I meant dish not fish :) Everyone is always nice when I go in there and it is kept clean. Yummy read more

Service is terrible. Both my husband and I have had bad experiences several times. Seems like the staff doesn't want to be there. Last time my husband went in the lady helping him gave him a hard time because he wanted extra chicken. Will be going to the location in kennesaw even though it is a little further. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. This place was behind on preparing food and it did not even seem very busy, they simply did not manage their time well and were not able to predict customer desire. One of the line prep girls, a younger girl, was very rude and was visibly making faces at us as we nicely informed her of what toppings we wanted with our food. The floor and tables in this place were very dirty and the drink/sauce area was not kept clean..I'm very surprised they were able to pass a public health inspection with the way it looked in there today. If I could give less than one star I would. We will never be returning here. read more

I love chipotle, but I hate when I can't finish my meal. I ordered a steak bowl with some medium salsa and chips. I sat down, digging into the glory, and a worker yells we are closed. Apparently, a worker puked behind the counter and they had to close shop due to company policy. I applaud them for trying to prevent an outbreak, but I just wanted that savory goodness in my mouth. read more

Very disappointed in my experience with this location. After being told by multiple managers that a food donation for a community event would be made, they backed out on me 12 hours before I needed the food. I am not even upset about this as much as what I heard when I called. I understand that life happens and they were short staffed for the day I would need the donation, and would not be able to complete it. However, when I called the restaurant, I was not put on mute when they were getting the manager for me... I could hear everything they were saying in the background. "F*** this, f*** her, f*** no" I was very upset that I could hear all of this being said about me in the back ground after them being so seemingly nice and sincere. Really goes to show the type of service you are getting, even with a company that has such high standards. read more

I was so hungry! I walked in at 3:45! There was absolutely no one in line except an employee in front of me ordering her lunch. They had a full blown conversation and I even joked and said "yea I'm a little hungry too" and the guy laughed and continued moving at TURTLE SPEED. It is now 4:06. This man hasn't taken my order! Great tasting food and substantial portions. I read some reviews online on how to order the best burritos. And one advice was to order the burrito bowl and get two tortillas on the side for no extra charge. They were out of barbacoa meat this time, which was unusual since it was pretty early and that's what my wife usually likes to eat. I always like the chicken bowl with black beans. Although I read that if you mix the beans, you can get a little extra. I also like to get the roasted fajita peppers. They were also missing the corn salsa this time, so I had to mix the corn and salsa separately which also seemed odd. One thing I dislike is that they never give you enough lettuce. I ALWAYS have to ask for extra. My wife ordered in front of me, and after I looked at her bowl I told her she should ask for some more lettuce. And she replied that she already had, which is pretty sad if you ask me. But besides that shortcoming, the food itself is excellent and the portion sizes are sufficient. So overall I'm pretty happy with the restaurant. read more

I ordered Chipotle through Postmates, a food delivery service with generally impeccable service. I got a call from Chipotle that the courier had come but hadn't brought money, and had not only left without paying for it, but had not even alerted me that this situation had occurred. After resolving to leave our work and come there, the manager (Karl Daniel Catarroja) CAME TO OUR HOUSE and delivered the food himself, in his own car. This was not only amazing service, but he didn't charge us for it, apologized immensely, and gave us a coupon for two free entrees. This is the reason I will always come back to Chipotle and rave about their service - they are the best and this team in particular went above and beyond in so many ways it has made a lasting impression. I don't really have much to say--this is a standard Chipotle restaurant. I always get the chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side, and it is always about the same at every Chipotle I go. The service has been a bit slow both times I've gone, but I can't complain if I'm comparing to the wait times in DC. It's a solid fast food restaurant at reasonable prices, but nothing I would feel the need to write home about. read more

I love chipotle. It's a great go-to spot. Staff here is friendly, too. But i think whoever designed the layout and seating at this location sucks at his/her job. Never seen a more awkward setup of seating. The line of people literally hovers next to you while you sit and eat. Nice. Get the food to go. read more

Visited this afternoon and was waiting to be checked out at the cash register and a lady walks up to pick her to go order up and the cashier comes from the restroom and doesn't ask who was first and proceeds to help her. Not sure if it was because I'm white, but maybe ask next time who was next?!? Because it wasn't her. And Naomi was the cashier. read more

Went tonight after the gym at 9:30p (keep in mind Chipotle doesn't close till 10p). I rushed in to order so I could be done with my order by the time my partner finished parking the car so he could order as soon as he walked in and we'd be out with plenty of time before closing. However, in the time it took to park the car, I waited patiently while one employee (standing directly right in front of me) cleaned the tortilla machine, while another slowly began cleaning the same counter, while two others walked around in the back without a single "hi can I help you" or "we'll be with you in a minute"... nothing. They looked at me and kept cleaning. So I figured I'd wait until my partner came inside to which I thought they would finally acknowledge us, but still NOTHING until a minute later when he finally asked if there was anyone available who could help us. We were starving after our workout. Apparently only one employee was capable of doing so out of the 6+ employees standing behind the counter, so we waited until she was free. In the time we asked to be helped, they gave us looks and attitude while I overheard one of the employees wearing headphones say "These people b****ing about they food." Um excuse me? We had already been inside almost 10 minutes with absolutely NO line ahead of us. Are you kidding? You better believe I was so shocked I asked the employee with the headphones on for his name to speak with management about his choice words at another time because there was a young family with children within earshot. The whole situation was just so rude and uncalled for. The entire staff was sub par. Probably the worst chipotle experience and location I've ever been to! read more

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Chipotle. It's a go-to restaurant when I can't decide what i want. I love the food, the atmosphere, and the message the company sends. I'm not a hippie, but as an ordinary guy, even I can respect the fact that all of their ingredients are fresh, locally/responsibly sourced, and include none of the junk that's packed into your typical fast food. That being said, I visit this location often since I live in the area. They will continue to earn my business as long as they continue their quality of food. My only gripe is that the portion sizes can be inconsistent or disappointing at times - and it didn't used to be that way. I'm assuming management cracked down on the employees. The locations I've been to in Alpharetta tend to deliver a more generous portion size. read more

My office wanted chipotle so I had 3 different orders, I made sure I told the first person that asked me what I was going to order know. By the time I get to check out the check out person rings everything in the same ticket, I asked her to separate them because I was going to pay them separately. She immediately rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude. I get that they're always very busy but that is no reason for someone to have an attitude just because you cannot pay for everything together. I do not like this chipotle and I dont think I will be going back just because its so uncomfortable to be in a place where someone cannot have a good attitude. read more

My wife and I love Chipotle but this location is our least favorite out of any store we've ever visited. This location is very convenient to us so we've tried over and over to give them a chance but there's a negative experience almost every single visit. I can't remember the last time we've been to this location where they weren't out of something (guacamole, pico, corn, chicken, barbacoa, lettuce....seriously everything) or that employees didn't have a rude attitude. Luckily there's a Moes and a Willys right down the road and we've started frequenting them instead. read more

Two stars because I have had a few good experiences with this chipotle. They aren't stingy like most Chipotle's tend to be and I usually am able to get a couple of meals out of my burrito bowl. That being said, I am really curious about who is in charge of this store and why they haven't done something to improve this location. I have seen negative reviews saying the same thing I am about to say. Looking behind the counter at the space where they are supposed to be preparing the meal was frightening. It was cluttered with trash and other messiness. They were out of tortillas, chips, soft tacos, and guacamole by 7 pm. It is absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The employees are typically pretty nice and have pretty good attitudes, which is an improvement, but the cleanliness and stocking of the store has got to improve. So bummed! Very excited to try for the first time. All the tables were very dirty and there were way too many people doing nothing for it to be such a messy place. Cashier yelled at person making food because we stood waiting for so long and she was not called up. All she had to do was look up. We were 20 ft away.
