My kids love Moe's but decided they wanted to try Chipotle. Nope - won't be back. We ordered online for pickup. I arrived 3 minutes after the pickup time and stood in a crowd of 4 other people in the small corner in front of the store waiting on our orders. It was literally the opposite of social distancing. When I asked about when the order would be ready, I was told "we're out of chicken, so it will be a few while we make more." 6PM on a Friday - who would have thought people might be ordering chicken...huh? 20 minutes later I walked out with our food, and when i got home realized I had undercooked quesadillas for the kids (cheese wasn't melted) VERY stale chips (how hard is that?) and burritos that looked like they were made by my 4 year old. If this is the best you have to offer, Chipotle, just shut it down. read more

This place consistently runs out of stuff, usually guacamole. And they don't tell you until you're actually at the end of the line, which especially sucks if you're ordering a vegetarian burrito. No one ever seems to have the ability to add nor use my points and rewards. If you brought a change of clothes & like negative vibes, this is the place for you! Food tasted ok, but you can't get it to go here b/c of how they put the food together. They don't drain any of the food through slotted spoons- just throw it all in, leaving you with a soupy mess that you can't eat with your hands, so bring a spoon or a straw to finish your burritos here. Walked in for lunch and the staff were not even in uniforms. A black girl on cash was disrespectful and snatched my card when I put it in the wrong way. A white woman was wearing a Patagonia vest and called me slur when I asked for more meat. I asked for her name and someone from the back yelled it was Terry? Such disrespect I faced is inappropriate. I remember back when this location opened. The employees worked with a sense of urgency. Now, the employees clearly don't care about the experience and are somehow always out of at least one ingredient. Today, it's the fajitas. I'm now waiting for them to cook some. Idea: when you're low on something and you aren't busy, prepare more. I love chipotle but this one has consistently gone downhill and as I write this I'm making the decision that, despite how much I love Chipotle, this will be my last visit. Update: gave them another shot. I walked up to order, and once the two employees were done with their conversation one of them turned to me, said nothing for approximately five solid seconds of silence, and then asked me what I wanted, looking at me like I was slow for thinking she would greet someone standing there. The food is decent here but the workers need a lesson in customer service. As I was going thru the line one of the line workers just disappeared while my bowl just sat there on the counter getting cold while I waited for him to return. I finally got to the cash register and the cashier took my money and then turned around to talk to a co worker and totally forgot to put my bowl in a bag and hand it to me. I had to say...hey can you give me my food so I can go!? I understand they employ kids to work there but they have their eyes everywhere except on the customers. This location is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Do not come here! They are only taking online orders, and you don't know until you walk up to the door. First of all my food was COLD and I didn't have a microwave where I was going. I ordered a half chicken half steak burrito bowl, and I ONLY received chicken. So I was charged more than I was supposed to be. The rice isn't the signature cilantro lime rice; it's just plain steamed rice. Lastly I asked for a side of salad dressing, and I was told "we are out for the rest of the day." It's 4:00pm and you don't close til 10:00pm... Why have you run out of dressing with 6 hours left?! This location is so dysfunctional that it shows they don't have a Manager on staff. Half the staff was standing around talking to each other, while 2 people filled orders. This was the blandest Chipotle I have ever had. It is one step above hospital food. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I walked up and the door said mobile order only, so I ordered my food through the app. I got a burrito bowl and a regular burrito. When I walked inside the building they were not busy at all. I've been to better Chipotles. Mid-week for dinner, it can be kind of a mess I guess with online/phone orders. Those online/phone orders tend to mess up the rhythm of the line for patrons who are going through the line. Just as an observer, I didn't see the manager get very hands-on to help the rest of the employees. The food was ok and as expected. What surprised me though was the hard taco shells you can get at Chipotle. Most of the time I get burrito or a bowl, and I assumed that their tacos were mostly soft, but hard tacos exist. We got through in a decent time, but I just felt bad for the employees. It's clear that they're unhappy. read more

Way too many incorrect orders, always out of guacamole, and now the rewards program won't allow customers to add they're earned rewards two meals online. Gave them a second chance today after almost a year away and they let me down again. The first time I came here for lunch my order was so messed up it was inedible. I called immediately to see about a refund and the person on the phone was nice enough, even though I let them know that I couldn't get there until shortly after 5. When I arrived to get my refund, the manager held up his line of customers to argue with me before conceding that he had promised me a refund. As a direct result of that manager's rude and aggressive behavior I actively avoided all Chipotle locations until today. Today my co-workers talked me into trying it again and because it had been about a year since my last visit I figured it was worth a try. Well this is my last time at this location, possibly any Chipotle location. Six of us ordered for delivery through the Chipotle app. We sorted payment amongst ourselves as the app doesn't give an option for multiple payment types. That's fine, we expected to do that. What wasn't fine was that the food that arrived barely resembled what we ordered. Including some meals that were ordered exactly as it comes on the menu! I used to work in food service and would be embarrassed to serve something that was as incorrect and gross looking as these meals were. Naturally, I called to let them know that most of our orders were prepared wrong and to ask for a refund. While both employees I spoke with were nice and polite neither one could process a refund. Apparently the store is incapable of processing a refund for an online payment. That's on corporate not the local employees though. I am currently awaiting a response from their online form and will update here if I can remember to. read more

This location can not handle a lunch rush. The line literally started wrapping around the restaurant. People were getting out of line because it was so long, or they would see the line and walk away. This is bad for business when people are on their lunch breaks and can't get food because the wait is too long. Also, people who ordered a head of time were waiting 15-30 minutes after their designated pickup time. I understand long lines are a give during lunch rush, and people are more tolerable given the circumstances. But when you see the line is moving a snails pace, and the employees are not alarmed by growing lines... then people become irritated. read more

Only because I cannot give them negative stars. This use to be a great location back when they first opened, but they have gone down hill over the last one to two years. The staff act like they are annoyed just to have jobs there, and they certainly cannot be bothered to make the food as you request them to. The work station is in a constant state of filth from other orders, which they feel compelled to drag other orders through so you get home or to your table with food all over your bowl or wrapper. I can only hope that enough people stop going there so that they either revamp the operation or close it entirely. read more

Actually fast. They are respecting the COVID protocols. I felt very safe here. Overall, the food is still prepared well. It's a classic chipotle. Quite possibly the poorest Chipotle location I've encountered. Dirty, disorganized, improperly staffed. Online ordering is a mess. Even ordering well in advance with a later pickup time (at least 20-30 min later) and it's standing room only with an extended wait. Other businesses have done a good job (some even an amazing job) of adapting to the increased demand for take out - this establishment seems to be ill prepared with no plans to address the issue. read more

idk why people are tripping about this chipotle. i go after the gym probably 3/4 times a week and i have a good experience every time. yes the portions are small like most places but when you ask for more most of the time they will give you more. prices have definitely gone up, a chicken bowl used to be 6$, now it's 10$. I've been to other chiptoles that don't have good food quality and they over charge but this one doesn't. i'm usually able to get my chicken bowl for 10$ within 5/10 minutes during lunch or dinner. read more

I love chipotle! I usually get a bowl, some chips and guac... do not order delivery at this location. There has not been a single time that they have gotten my order right. When you call the store to let them know, they robotically advise you to submit a complaint online the way the manager spoke with my husband and I was so cold... we were treated like WE were the nuisance.. uhhh how about you just get my order right the first time?!? Absolutely ridiculous, I come in 15 minutes before closing and they have put away half the bowl toppings and won't get anything out- one of the girls even said they had some in the back and the other one quickly told her to not say that. I Walk out and they are locking the door at 9:50 and deny a customer. OPEN until 10 means OPEN. Shifts have time embedded at the end of them for clean up. Do not visit this location. read more
