They weren't even busy when we went, so not sure why that was the case. 3- The atmosphere: you can barely breathe. No AC or even fan running. After about 10 minutes inside, I felt like I was suffocating. I went outside where there was a nice breeze, while waiting for food. They just really needed to open the door. Luckily, they turned the AC on after I came back inside. All in all - it wasn't the worst in n out I've been to. But it's not the in n out standard I'm used to.
