This is honestly the worst chipotle I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you go into the location or order food on the app. Don't expect your food to be correct or on time. I've witnessed them pick up the containers on the station and drip nasty water all over bowls. I've had to ask them to remake my bowl because of this. The station is always covered in food... so there is definitely cross contamination happening. They also never have silverware available and if you ask for it they look at you like you're stupid. I entered the store with my wife and my service dog. As I entered, I heard an employee (later identified as the manager) make a comment to another customer about the service dog. While we waited in line, another employee approached us and told us we had to leave because they don't allow dogs, even service animals in the store. We explained this violates the law under ADA and the employee said he was just telling us what the manager said and we had to leave. After taking the dog out, my wife went back in to talk to the manager. He said he was just doing what corporate told him to. read more

My husband ordered a carne asada with guac (almost $12) burrito to get it home & it literally be 5 1/2 inches long. He found a total of 6 pieces of meat in his burrito. I know businesses are having a tough time with the current state of the world, but for 1 $12 burrito I'd expect more than 6 pieces of meat in it. The prices have gone up and the portions/quality has gone down. This is the fourth time our online order was wrong. When you try to correct the issue, you can't talk to anyone. The online support doesn't live up to its support name. The staff clearly do not check or care about a quality product. We had four items tonight and all four of the items had issues. To make things worse, when trying to leave them feedback the system claims my order number is wrong, which I copied and pasted from their exact email to me. And by the way, it's all digital feedback - probably because they'd be busy fielding people's complaints if it wasn't. I will never be eating at this Chipotle again. Update 11/21/2020 I wanted to give this location another chance. I placed an order online for 6pm pickup. When I arrived, the lobby was packed for pickup orders. I waited around until 615pm and finally asked another customer what time their order was supposed to be ready. 545pm. There was no way I was getting my food anytime soon. I would have been better off just walking in to place my order. I walked over to the cashier and asked for a refund and the name and contact information of the district manager. She said she can't give it out. I didn't bother asking for the managers name as clearly there was a lack of management. Signs of poor management is the fact that the basic ingredients were not available. It's always so baffling to me that no one preps or makes food during/after the dinner rush. For example, tonight... they're advertising they're open until 11pm now, yet at 7:28 pm .....they're out of crunchy taco shells for the day... still open 3.5 more hours and when they run out of any kind of meat, they're like "ope, sorry... we're out." Yet they aren't working on making any. Here's an idea: How about -- COOK MORE what a crazy thought that a restaurant would cook more food. When items get low, make more. Also, idk how well staffed this chipotle is these days, there's only ever 1 person making food (line is so painfully slow), and 1 person cashing people out. 2 people should be making orders. I'll give you a hint, if you're understaffed, it's probably because people are huge a**holes to your employees bc your restaurant is ran incorrectly. I would have given this 0 stars if it let me. Do not go to this location in Marysville! Drive a little further and go to Delaware or Dublin. This food is way to expensive for the quality you receive here. We gave this location in Marysville one more chance hoping it has improved but is has actually gotten worse. We went on 3/15 at 7pm and should have driven the extra miles to Dublin location. This is the dirtiest location I have ever been to. The floors in the restaurant looked as if they'd never been swept and the all the tables were filthy. The refried beans were dried up and caked to side of pan, the fajita veggies were burned, and no steak available. The last two times they didn't have chips. This time, they had chips, but when we got home the chips were in pieces and so covered with salt they were inedible. I would guess this location will close soon if they don't get someone in there to fix these issues. There never is a line, and now we know why. We won't ever go back. read more
