I don't think I've ever written a bad review- but after 9 years of again and again giving them the benefit of a doubt- We've had enough. I took friends and family here years ago and was so embarrassed- they still laugh about it. One man cannot eat meat- and found chunks of beef in his veggie bowl. Even this last time- tonight- we are ordering in the line- no one is listening to what any one was saying or asking- the man infront of us ask for a little more chicken, then was rudely told "it will cost double" - so he's like- "that's fine" the young blonde man gave him literaly two pieces, and the rest fell into the pico- when he got to our bowls he started scooping the meat of the pico- into our veggies bowls. And I said we will absolutely not pick out the meat- so they offered to redo the bowls- but with the same pico. I mean, this is just one small thing from years of annoyance. Many many times they are out of the peppers and onions, or chicken, or Beans!!! Beans!.., but we've stood inline for 30-40 mins waiting without knowing. Also- they are rushing so fast that they are literaly not even listening- which makes it beyond frustrating, because they'll start putting the wrong thing into the bowls or burritos and then trying to scoop it out. This Chipotle needs new management and training. The overall place has been filthy for a long while but even more so recently. I was waiting for it to open and the employees were sitting around when they could have wiped the tables, glass doors and handles and especially the food prep area where they prepare your food. I have had numerous negative experiences in this location specifically with different team members. However, yesterday evening I was baffled at the treatment in store after receiving not only one but two incorrect bowls without being notified they were out of multiple toppings. Granted I placed a mobile order but when I went back to let the team know my order was completely incorrect your manager on duty had no people skills and was extremely rude. When I told her my bowls were incorrect, she replied "okay and what's wrong though, is the meat and rice correct" I then said there is no lettuce, beans, or cheese on either of my bowls. To which is made cups of topping and slid to the end. When I asked if she could add the toppings to my bowl, she laughed and said "you can do it yourself" she continued to give me dirty looks during this interaction with no apologies whatsoever. I then asked for her name and to speak to the manager to which she clapped her hands together very aggressively multiple times while saying "I cannot give you that, I will not give you that" I am a store manager and I was extremely embarassed for your store and your entire staff who had to witness this treatment to a customer. I did nothing wrong but ask for my $30 order to be fixed to which it was not. Please let go of or retrain your manager as she is going to turn a lot of people away from this location. I wish I could give it a negative star review. No wonder its a 2.5 restaurant. My wife ordered last night from this location for a pick up order. She ordered 2 bowls they were Ice cold and it seemed like they were trying to conserve food the bowls looked a lot light hardly any food in the bowl this is not typical of bowls we have ordered before. I tried calling the restaurant a few times but they apparently don't answer the phone. They also j tasted blah the steak in my bowl was flavor less and mushy? on March 06th, 2022 at 1959hrs I went to eat at Chipotle store/ restaurant. At first after ordering my meal I find out there was no lettuce, avocado, and sour cream. I accepted the meal even though the meal was incomplete. But What I didn't accept was being cheated out of my money. This store only, that I know of , makes their own rules to not give back change to their customers when payment is paid. This male cash registrar person name was Eliezer, said he has no change in registrar to give out change, and even though is was only $0.57 out of $26.00 that given as payment for the amount that was owed of $25.57. I told him that didn't make no sense and requested my change, but he refused.
