Not a big review person so this will be short and sweet. My 14 year old daughter does not like to order her own food due to the rush and she just doesn't usually feel confident or comfortable enough. This location is not the closest to us but we will be going here from now on, the young ladies greeted us with big smiles and engaged and encouraged my daughter to order what she wanted. We didn't have to beg for a few extra grains of rice, the staff laughed and talked with us as well as one another, the manager was not only upfront and visible but supporting his staff. This Chipotle is rating a 3 because the guacamole was fantastic, otherwise I would have probably givens it a 2. The employees acted like it was an inconvenience to fix your food order. The black beans looked like they had been sitting there a while and clearly asking for extra tomato salsa was a problem. The employes also put about one tablespoon of cheese in my bowl and when I asked for more I got the eye roll. So....I came here with my wife and first thing i have to say filthy counter tops and tables a mess food all over with no signs of being wiped down or cleaned. Second there was almost nothing to eat because none for the trays were refilled had to settle for what was available and we are talking 2:30pm on a Saturday. Lastly almost all the fountain drinks were seltzer with no syrup mixed in. So I ordered delivery from this location because I am disabled and cannot get there. Just a burrito bowl with Steak, Guacamole and the trimmings. It is delivered and there is absolutely no guacamole in the bowl. I call the restaurant and they hang up on me. I call again and get a girl on the phone who says i should come down to the restaurant and pick up the guacamole. Here is the kick.... When I tell her I cannot get to them and ask for a delivery she says there is nothing they can do unless I physically come in. She doesn't even ask for my name to maybe mail me a coupon or something. I used to get so much in my burrito, but lately the burritos from Taco Bell are bigger than this chipotle. On top of that when he is there all the employees look either scared or miserable. So basically it's a lot of food, I have to admit I can wolf down the whole bowl but these days, I split in half and eat the other half for lunch. So my bowl goes like this: brown rice w veggies, black beans, w chicken, 1 scoop of hot sauce and 1 of med. sauce, tomatoes salsa, corn , lettuce and guacamole. I have been going to this Chipotle since they opened, and the food is AMAZING, but the staff needs to go eat at Shake Shack or Chopt though to see what real customer service is. Every time I order at Chipotle, the staff has an attitude, and is stingy with the portions, and I'm not talking about the meat. I am a reasonable person, but I expect to get what I pay for. I don't want to have to beg for rice or pico de gallo from some staff member that thinks that they're working in a prison doling out meals. This is a great location overall. The staff is usually very nice and accommodating with orders. Every times I've been to this location their ingredients have looks fresh. This has meant that I've had to wait for a change over of something. And that can fray my patience but it is good in the long run. Usually pretty busy so things don't sit long. I sometimes have found the staff here to be a little stingy when giving lettuce for salads. But they're cool with giving more. I've never left this location unhappy. I love chipotle. read more

Not easy being a duke! I feel like the Rodney Dangerfield of this establishment. No respect! You think my meals would be free here considering that I'm the duke or some red carpet royalty treatment to honor me. They treat me like all the other patrons, which has me a bit puzzled. This is my favorite Chipotle tho. Its never too packed. The staff does a great job of keeping the facilities clean. Its pretty prompt service and the portions are very decent, which is not always true for every Chipotle, especially in Manhattan. The only upgrade they need to add is modernizing the staff dress code to bikinis for the ladies and I will come here long time. Some days, I go for a light lunch. In this case I decided to get a burrito from chipotle. I decided not to get guacamole or queso and little did I know how dry my food will be without it. You are incorrect if you think that's the end of my issues with this establishment. I get my usual order which consists of chicken, black beans, brown rice, cheese, and lettuce all in a burrito. Sounds pretty good right... WRONG. My chicken was stringy, rubbery, and bland. Since I spent 10 dollars for a burrito worth 2, I decided to keep eating. As I continue through my horrible dinning experience, I bite down and cannot bite through a piece of chicken. As I pull it out of the burrito I noticed there is a bone. This is the 3rd time I have ever been to a Chipotle in my life. The first 2 times I hated it - I know, this place has become "the cool place" to have lunch at. I just couldn't join the masses, since I despise spice! This time my husband really wanted to go (he loves spice), so I acquiesced, and joined him. The 2 people behind the counter were really nice, and explained to me the level of spiciness each of the meats contain, as well as the toppings. No one had ever done this before, even the 2nd time when I took the time to help/explain. Ok, so I chose the pork, since it has no spice, in a bowl with white rice, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese. Just ate half a steak burrito from this place and the half I ate was good. Steak was tasty but it only existed in half of it. A lot of places can make a burrito or a wrap where the ingredients aren't spread out well but for the price tat chipotle charges you should get a full helping of whatever neat you choose on the entire thing. After watching an episode of Love and Hip Hop NY, I had a strange craving for some Chipotle. Since I was already in Queens I took the 20 minute drive to Mineola just for a burrito bowl. The food taste fresh and they had fast and friendly service. My only compliant: The kids meal was a joke. I ordered a quesadilla for my son. They literally took one tortilla (opposed to other Mexican restaurants using 2 tortillas), added the ingredients and folded it. It looked like a mini, flat taco. The automated system kept sending me to the restaurant who then told me they don't take orders over the phone. I had a special order that couldn't be done online either. As far as Chipotles go- this is a 5 star operation. The serving sizes are much larger than most Chipotles that make you feel like Oliver Twist asking for more from the head of the orphanage. My husband and I love chipotle and eat it a couple of times a month, so we're very familiar with it. Came here yesterday evening, but I won't be back which is sad because it's the closest chipotle to my home. They are very greedy with their portions. The amount of rice given in the burrito bowl was laughable. I could still see the bottom of my bowl, and the chicken was lightly sprinkled on top like a garnish. I asked the worker if I could have a little more chicken, and he gave me exactly that. 2 little pieces more. I couldn't believe it.
