The staff working there has done an amazing job under such stressful conditions. There is sometimes not enough food, the line goes out the door, they're understaffed; everything that's a result of this pandemic. Yet they always go out of their way to accommodate the customers. Listen, I ain't no Karen ass mf or anything like that, but bad service is bad service. I'm at chipotle more often than I'd like to admit but I've never had an experience like the one I just had. Walked in, right off the bat, people working at the line just looked so angry. I can understand being upset at work or being a bit annoyed with previous customers. Okay fine. Me and my bf came in, I got the bowl with garlic steak and he wanted a burrito with garlic steak and the lady just points at me and goes "uh she took the rest of the steak" then went silent. My bf goes "well are you making more" and she replies "yeah" goes silent again and my bf responds "well... how long" and it's followed up with "maybe 15 minutes I don't know" and shrugs her shoulders. She doesn't finish his order and moves onto the other people in line. She wraps his burrito so terribly and loose, by the time we got home his burrito was unwrapped and falling apart. This is enough of an experience to never go back to a Chipotle again. It was absolutely. A horrible experience with a wait of 26 minutes while being the third person on line, Missing food but the server saying, "this should be enough for you" After querying. the server if they had more in the back, he said I don't know but this should be enough for you. As the Barbacoa needed to be drained of dripping oil to find enough in the serving container. That was our first bowl, the second was DRY Carnitas, the third was dried out chicken. All bowls having far less food than ever experienced before at a Chipotle' When we went to pay, we paid in cash. I directed our next query to where my change was from our $50.00 bill. The server replied with, "we don't give change, we don't have any" This is actually STEALING. The restaurant was FILTHY with overflowing garbage cans as the only option. I would like a full refund on this experience. I will be certain to also leave a local Google and Yelp review of our experience at this terribly staffed and managed restaurant. While sitting eating we did experience another woman quite upset with her lack of change as well. I just want to say first off the food at chipotle is always good. But this location has so many problems. I stop at this chipotle frequently because it's on my way back home from my college. Every time I go there it's almost the same exact staff and there's always a problem with them. One of the workers clearly has a mental disability so I cannot be mad at him but the other day I built my bowl and I was waiting to pay for it and he lost his card to be able to swipe the register and instead of his other coworkers helping him they just watched him so I am waiting 10 minutes just to pay for my food. The staff yells at each other, these two employees just walk out and do whatever outside in the parking lot every time I was there, my food is always missing something when I go to pick it up when i order it through doordash. I've also never seen a manager here in my life they need to go and fix the store at immediately. All they have to do for the most part is scoop what you ask for in a bowl it can't be that hard. I went there for the 1st time on 2/3/22 with my husband and 6yr old daughter. Upon entering (6:30pm) we found the restaurant DISGUSTING! My first instinct was to leave, but we ended up staying and eating. My husband had a burrito bowl, I only had chips with guac and pico de gallo, my daughter only chips and guac. An hour later I had SEVERE food poisoning! My husband also fell I'll but not as much as me. My daughter was fine which leads me to believe it was the pico de gallo...I was vomiting ALLLLLL night and was in severe pain all Friday, which I spent in bed. My husband and I finally felt better on Saturday morning. I was angry for not following my instinct and just leaving upon seeing the dirty tables, overflowing garbages in a pandemic! The place was super packed and either the manager was part of the "great resignation" or was god knows where....or maybe he/she was just ok with the condition of this nasty restaurant. Worst Chipotle EVER! How is the place even in business. This place does not appear to be understaffed, but the quality of the staff is the absolute worst. The two people that were preparing meals this evening were careless and rude. The portions are ridiculously small. I had more sour cream in my food than anything else. The girl near the rice and beans forgot to add meat to my plate and did not want to refill the empty black beans even though I kept asking for black beans for two of my orders and she flat out ignored my request while giving me a blind stare. The guy that was adding lettuce and guac has serious anger issues and has no business working with people. At one point he walked away without saying anything and came back and was even more angry. Anyway, there were no paper towels to be seen anywhere in the bathroom . That alone should tell you the bathrooms are not checked up on, so you know its not cleaned. Went to order and not one staff member would help, they are too occupied on filling rice trays. As I look around the garbage bins are overflowing with garbage and theres bits and pieces of corn, rice, lettuce on the table tops which, like the bathrooms have not been cleaned.
