I'm not one to leave reviews often and it seems quite pointless to do so for a large corporation but I want to share my experience so maybe someone from corporate sees. I ordered chipotle via uber eats delivery this evening and received a very dark brown side of guacamole. I thought it was refried beans for a second? My appetite is gone and I don't trust the quality of the remaining food now. How could someone miss this? I have contacted Uber eats and got my measly $2 back but chipotle should keep an eye on this store and what they are serving **update: I reported this incident to Chipotle via their website (from the guidance of their support agent in the comments) and they sent me a free side of guac? I ordered the kids taco meal quite often at all the chipotles but tonight when I ordered the taco meal They barely put anything in the slot for the meat it was not even halfway full. What do you build up the rice really full and a mostly filled beans but when it came to the meat the grill was really Chinese I can't even believe she didn't fill it up like they usually do. read more

This particular Chipotle is pretty convenient to Interstate 95 in Palm Coast, Florida. I was on my way home after a long couple of days on the road and realized that I had not eaten yet. Chipotle seems like a good and fast meal that would have you back on the road in no time flat. The setup here is a little bit different than what I am used to seeing and Chipotles. It was more, I guess spartan would be the way to describe it. It was like a big open room with some tables and the counter in the back. I have to say that I am a fan of Chipotle. If I'm getting fast food, I can almost always say that it will be Chipotle as my choice of fast food. The food is good and relatively healthy. It is especially healthy when compared to your usual fast food burger options. I went with the steak burrito bowl. I would have to say that the burrito bowl is my go-to choice at Chipotle. The only hiccup in the whole thing was that the lady ringing me up could not figure out how to scan my points. Actually, it seemed to me that the cash register wouldn't let me scan my points. Not a big deal, every now and then technology has to hiccup. All in all, it was a positive experience and a fine dinner read more

Gave this establishment a third try on December 26, 2023 at about 12:15 pm after getting some physical therapy nearby. Ordered two Asada steak bowls with brown rice and black beans. The service line (where employees stand and serve) was well staffed so, I did not understand why so many manning the line acted stressed and like the task at hand was overwhelming. One in particular employee was the one 25 to 33 year old white male with a beard. No personality or tactful approach to asking folks what they wanted for toppings on their bowls or burritos. Literally calling it out and you'd better have and quick answer or he was going to ask it out loud again but with a more urgent tone. If I were a district or regional manager for this place, I would pull that fella for remedial training. The steak asada was an advertised special and the picture on the menu board showed a really tasty looking medium rare cooked steak. The picture alone sold the item. As things turned out, the rice was room temperature and dry. The steak was grey, overcooked and chewy. It was $25 for the two bowls not including a beverage. We have about had it with this Chipotle restaurant and I would recommend a reversal in quality of food and service. Folks, you gotta smile and be cordial when you're taking another person's money. A few doors down, a Tijuana Flats is about to open their doors for business and they will eat Chipotle alive. After all, they won me over as a new customer and they haven't opened yet. read more

Been there twice this week and I can't even explain how disappointed I am with the food AND the service. They are serving old guacamole that tastes absolutely disgusting and the portions on the bowls lately are getting so light it's out of control. It seems as the food is getting worse as the price is getting higher. They were basically out of everything when I went in today. They made my bf wait 20 minutes to cook chicken. And while the guy was making my bowl he added ingredients I didn't even say to add which ended up ruining the whole bowl. I am not going back to this place ever again. read more

The burritos aren't authentic, but they are tasty and filling. One burrito could feed 2 people. The ingredients are fresh. The staff is fast and personable. I wish for a bit more flavor. SO disappointed!! I was so excited when we FINALLY got a Chipotle in Palm Coast. The first few months was GREAT, almost ate there every day. As time went on the portion sizes got smaller and smaller. I stopped ordering online because of this and figured if I order in person, I could say something as my order was being prepared. I have since stopped going there as often and now only go about twice a month. Tonight will be my LAST time spending my hard earned money at this location!! As the woman behind the counter is preparing my order she put VERY little rice in my bowl. And I mean VERY LITTLE!! I said something to her about this and she had the nerve to tell me that that was all the white rice they had for the remainder of the evening!! WHAT?? So, does that mean that you short the customer standing in front of you so you can continue to short the customers for the rest of the evening? Wish I would have looked at the reviews before going. So initially I had my mind set on a salad. When I looked at the lettuce it wasn't fresh and browning. I asked if there was any more. I was told due to the shortage they didn't have much. NOTHING looked fresh and this was around noon. I opted to just get chips, guac, and queso. The cashier grabbed a quac that was already package in a cup. The chips were stale. Like sitting out overnight stale. The quac was brown with large pieces of onion and jalapeños which made it gross. I ordered two chicken bowls for pickup at 1:30 p.m. I arrived 5 minutes early and my order was already on the shelf. Drove home (a 10 minute drive). My wife and I took our first bites and everything was stone cold. I don't mean just not warm enough. I'm talking almost refrigerator cold. We scooped off the cheese and sour cream and heated the bowls in the microwave a full minute, yet parts were still barely warm. I expect more for $11 bucks each. But that's not all. One bowl was loaded with chicken while the other had just a few pieces. That bowl was filled to the brim. The other was little more than half full. The $6.90 guacamole is not as good as what I buy at a grocery store or make from scratch. It's whipped into a paste that's somewhat dry and seems to be 95% avocado with little else added except a pinch of cilantro and onion. There is obviously no quality control or consistency here. We normally don't have any issues here, but today was enough. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and the black beans weren't drained. Mix that with the juice from the barbacoa, an extremely flimsy bowl from recycled material, and you have a disaster waiting to happen. The juice leaked through the bowl and bag into the car, onto the carpet, and all over the kitchen floor. The barbacoa I was given was 95% fat with a few edible pieces. Just left chipotle and had to write a review of the horrible service. I had actually went in there last night to get food and the young girl was not friendly and rushed me down the line. I asked for a large bag of chips and she said they only had regular at the moment...fine I said I would take it; focused on paying and she shoved the bag my way and said "you're good to go." I left and when I got to work the next day I realized that not only were the chips missing BUT my order wasn't right. I got in after work and was greeted by a lovely African American girl whom after I explained my plight to said, "oh no, let me remake it for you" and started to do that. Midway through this heavyset older woman with glasses stared at the girl and demanded what was going on. The young girl said a remake, the woman looked at me with an attitude and said "did you call?" (I had actually called 3 times but it was an automated system) I said yes but no one answered. She smirked AGAIN and yelled for manager, a young blond girl. They basically both had the same nasty attitude as the girl said "oh they messed up the order while you were on line?" I said yes because the girl yesterday pretty much had the same attitude you guys have. The heavyset older woman threw the chips in the bag took my receipt and said "there you go." Now I usually don't like playing the race card but considering how they were acting towards their coworker and then to me as if we were in cahoots to get a free meal rubbed me the wrong way. The older lady for sure shouldn't have made it awkward for the girl who was trying to fix a mistake on their part and the manager definitely needs some training in customer service. Either way, I hope no one has to experience that kind of terrible service when they were in the wrong. Do better. read more

I was hesitant to stop at this Chipotle due to recent reviews, but we needed a quick lunch on our way back from Orlando so we gave them a try. Happy to say it was a positive experience. The service was fast and friendly and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately not like the old days of Chipotle where everything is super fresh, but overall we were happy with our steak bowls and would return to this location again. We went on. I eat chipotle probably 2-3 times a week and get the same exact order. A bowl with a vinaigrette on the side. Today I got one and I poured the vinaigrette on my bowl and it literally smelled like rancid cheese. I took a bite and couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. I went back and told them and got a new bowl made fortunately. However the old lady that works there (not sure her name) was convinced that it hadn't gone bad. She took a lot of offense when I said it tasted rancid (which it did) bc she made it herself. Someone needs to show her the recipe or something bc I've drank spoiled milk better than that vinaigrette. Everyone else there is kind. This rating is for her not the establishment. I had a great service experience here! My dad hates cilantro and was complaining to me about how they probably had it in their rice. When he asked the workers about it I was expecting them to say there was nothing they could do, but they went back and got him some fresh rice before cilantro was added in. They continued to make sure to steer him away from any other toppings that would have cilantro cooked into them. He very much appreciated their willingness to be flexible with the menu! read more
