We picked up our order. It was very convenient for us. The food was excellent! Everything was fresh and delicious, as if I prepared it myself. The shrimp were plump and flavorful. The vegetables cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the thin tortillas so much. My friend had steak and ate the entire dish. He does not eat Mexican food, he said, but there was nothing leftover! Ambiance is good. Many murals on the walls. Seems to be a popular place. We go in a large group of 10-12. Half price on Tuesdays for Taco's. Men waiters are usually very nice. Females sometimes so-so. Alcohol is good. Prob don't like large groups I guess. Only one type of rice. No reservations. Food is adequate to good. We went a Friday night and for two people, we waited about 10 minutes or so which is quick for a Friday night. We were happily surprised at how delicious the drinks were and the service was attentive and quick. We ordered chicken taquitos as appetizers, fajitas and surf and turf quesadilla as our main dishes. Very delicious though my quesadilla was a bit on the saltier side, but that's personal preference. Only "bad" thing was probably the music was so low we felt we couldn't talk to each other without being heard but that's not a bad thing for most people. We decided to try out Cantina Louie for the first time. We got our seats in their outdoor dining, ordered the house margaritas. After our drinks were served we placed our order. I ordered mahi taco and a surf and turf taco. My husband ordered the fajita burrito. My husband loved his burrito. We use to eat here when they first opened the food was really good but then we watched it go down really fast so we stopped going there. So today we thought we'll we will get take out from there bad choice I got the social avocado chicken it had a very small piece of chicken on the bottom and a big piece of tofu on the top to make you think you were getting more chicken I hate tofu no flavor at all, the rice was cold and all stuck together and the black beans were cold. So needless to say we will never try them again. So if your reading this review I my advice is dont waste your money going to this restaurant read more

The restaurant looks inviting with its festive décor. The waitress seemed a bit irritated when we were ordering.it wasn't like it was very busy. The food was not that great. I was surprised they didn't have shredded beef for any of their dishes, so I had ground beef tacos. They were soggy and fell apart as soon as I picked them up. The chimichangas would have been a better bet. They only have Spanish rice which is different than Mexican rice that I'm use to and I didn't care for the beans at all. This is nothing like Mexican in Mexico or California where I grew up. The chips and queso were the best part of the meal. I won't be eating here again. read more

I used to really like this place. I don't know what's changed but they cannot get an order right and tonight was just last straw. We order often through DoorDash. Last time we ordered we paid $10 fo queso and they sent it with no chips , normally we'd have two bags of chips as one is included with meal. So queso was not used. ok everyone makes mistakes. I tried again tonight. I even added a friendly note to let them know our order was messed up last time!! We ordered a beef burrito and a shredded chicken burrito. They sent two chicken burritos. So my husband ate a dinner he did not want or care for. So just be aware when ordering takeout that They are having some major issues and not really caring about getting your order right. read more

We've not been to this particular Cantina Louie before but we will certainly be back! The restaurant is big and has a nice open floor plan with a cute outdoor area as well. Our server, Sara, was knowledgeable about my allergy (gluten) and offered spot on advice regarding the Birria. She was a delight! The Birria was delicious. The pork was very tender. The cilantro and citrus sauce was delicious and light. We even had a visit from one of the managers, another Sara, who was very nice and gave us a coupon we will use at our next visit. We come here regularly for the good Mexican food at a great price, plenty of space inside for our large family and the drink specials. Service is always friendly and fast. Food were great even I ordered on door dash the food temperature was just perfect . I enjoyed their menu real good.

We just had a quick lunch there and our waitress Janna the cooks did a good job making sure we did not go back. The tacos were cold and the idea of them heating up the taco shells or serving them warmed was not offered. I had to go up and look for sour cream and when it came it was in very small serving cups. They also did not serve fresh tea at all and the water tasted funny. The overall experience was very bad and I would not recommend this place with the current way they cook and serve and not assist in making our experience a good one. read more

This is one of our absolute favorite places, we just love it and look forward to coming here for great service and great food. We have fallen into a habit of coming here for their Tuesday specials and we have been doing that several times a month for close to two years, now. We have just not had any unpleasant experiences here either, in all that time. The staff here are all wonderful and we just get such a kick out of seeing them and interacting. From the cheery hostesses to the waiters and waitresses and the runners, everyone is just great. We love the specialty tacos and the appetizers as well. My wife loves the Mahi and Grouper tacos and my favorites have become the Chimi Chimi Bang Bang and the Surf and Turf. Also, before that, we have just got to have the Queso Dip with Chorizo... it is messy to eat with the chips, but it is just so yummy and delicious!!
