This Chipotle is far better than the other location in town. Every time I come here the team is extremely friendly and courteous. They greet you when you walk in and thank you when you leave, which really stands out. The steak and chicken burritos were fantastic. I tried to resolve this privately before posting a review, but after two missed follow-ups I feel I need to share my experience. I became extremely ill after eating at this location on 2/28 and had to seek emergency care. I contacted Chipotle customer service to report the situation and was told someone would call me to discuss it. A call was scheduled, but no one ever contacted me. I followed up again and was told someone would reach out a second time -- and again, no call or response. I understand things happen but ignoring a customer who reported a potential food safety issue is disappointing. At minimum I expected communication and follow-through. I have eaten at chipotle for many years. And often multiple times a week. After this experience I will no longer be eating at or supporting chipotle. I'm still hoping someone from Chipotle corporate will contact me to address the situation. read more

I thought they raised prices to cover increased food costs. Guess i was wrong. Managed to buy a burrito with virtually no rice, chicken, or cheese. I had the absolute worst experience when I went to this location. To start things off, when my sister was ordering her food, she asked for extra rice, and her request was ignored. This happened again as she went down the food line. I asked for a tortilla on the side, and had to ask again when paying because it was not made. When we got to the check out, the employee was EXTREMELY rude to both my sister and I. I wanted to use my rewards for my entry, and she was very rude about it, and aggressively typing on her computer when ringing up the food. When I finally got my side tortilla, she aggressively slid it across the counter, rather than just handing it to me, and that it was really upset me. I have never had an experience at Chipotle like this before, and it makes me not want to return. I told a friend about this experience, and my friend said that particular employee is rude to them when they visit the restaurant as well, so I am certain this was not a one- off experience. I will be very hesitant to visit this location in the future, because I do not want to deal with this hostile employee again. I should have listened to the reviews, but me and The Hubs were starving after running errands and it was almost 3 PM and we hadn't had lunch. Looking for something fast and tasty, I said 'how about Chipotle?'. When we walked in, there were only 2 or 3 other people eating in the restaurant. I didn't think anything about it since it was late in the afternoon. We did the usual ordering thing at the counter, got our food and went to look for a table. Finding a clean table was impossible, so we settled for a 'clean-ish' table that I still had to wipe off. I also had to wipe off the chairs. Was there a food fight in here earlier?? Anyway, I think my burrito would have been OK, except the rice was undercooked - like still slightly crunchy. Not good eats. Some staff were standing around looking like they didn't know what they should be doing. HEY - grab a rag and wipe off the tables and chairs! At 3 PM, it's slow in there. Stopped in here to pick up dinner on a weekday. The place was disgusting-- when walking in they were out of many of the options and asked me to wait for those items to finish cooking to restock. In the meantime, I noticed the floors were filthy and the countertops where they prepared the food wasn't clean either (I actually saw one of the employees push old food droppings back into the empty bins that filled the food prep station-- repulsive). I work in the area so chipotle is a fast and delicious lunch for me sometimes. At first it wasn't bad. Not sure what has changed in like last 8-9 months or so but it has really gone downhill. Picking up orders ahead of time is a waste of time. My orders have never been ready when I select the time. My meal was given away to the customer in front of me. Then today I got the food for the customer behind me, I gave it back. Last week I waited in line for over 40 mins and the lines barely moved. Portion sizes are not good, they always skimp on the meat. The dinner room was disgusting today and so was the food area where the food is kept. This will probably be my last time having lunch here. Came in 15 minutes before close, stood there for 5 minutes while all 4 employees wiped down kitchen equipment and joked around and laughed, very awkward, finally a girl named Chris came to make us some food which all looked old and nasty. She started making one of our burritos and got to the meat, we asked for chicken and she looks down and says "yeah there's no chicken, sorry". She made it super awkward and was very rude about it. The new 'chipotlane' is really a good idea if you have a restaurant who actually monitors their pull up customers. You put in order...it says will be ready at X time and you show up at that time and wait in a long line. 15 mins later you get to window and it is still not ready so they make you drove around and get back in line (usually at least 7 cars) and you wait longer. They should be bringing it out if they did not have it ready in time. This has happened EVERY TIME we have ordered to pickup. Wewill go to southlands and walk in. Lol. So my boyfriend and I got chipotle tonight. He goes and picks it up and then comes home. We live at the apartments next to it so there's not excuse for how our food turned out. 1. Our food was cold. Like it was sitting there for hours. 2. My guacamole is brown. 3. I ordered extra rice and carne asada. I had such a little amount of rice and carne asada. So I was mad. I called about 15 times. They don't pick up a single time. So I go back there and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was a bitch. We were so nice about it. If you're in the area of this Chipotle, either choose Mod Pizza or go a few miles down to the next Chipotle, because this one can't seem to get it together. The food is 80% correct when I order from here. I don't expect 10/10 every time but employee kindness should make up for that. Here, they definitely do not. Some of the employees can be pretty rude.. even managers. The workers don't know how to prioritize the Chipotlane and if you can't then don't offer it. You could be sitting there for 2-3 min with 8 workers in the back and no one asks you if you'd like your order. It's just at their convenience. Plus if you roll through the lane when the app tells you to but the workers say it's closed, they won't even look at you to tell you to walk in and grab your food. They dining area isn't super clean and the food isn't fast. I love a chipotle and this establishment is an embarrassment for the corporation.
