Worst service from any business attempting to turn a profit I have personally ever laid eyes on

Not consistent with their speed or quality. Ordered one bowl from the app and it was not ready 40 minutes after pickup time. I am typing this as we continue to wait for our food. Worst restaurant EVER!!! Placed an order through Grubhub, received multiple notifications that the order was delayed but the driver was picking it up. An hour and a half later they canceled the order saying they were closed!!! Order was placed at 6pm and canceled by chipotle at 7:40!!! They even stiffed the Grubhub driver by not answering the door!!! Not possible to give 0 stars but that's what they deserve...Bunch of losers!!! read more

I have had probably over 100 chipotle experiences. Today's was the worst ever!!! Since the country is in the middle of a romaine lettuce E. coli crisis , not a leaf of lettuce to be found! I guess they don't think to use a little spring mix, or even chopped ice berg to substitute. I got my usual burrito bowl. Black beans, fajitas (they were so overlooked that they were no longer green and white but brown and mushy! ). The rice, which I don't get, was stuck together and so starchy- not the usual glistening looking rice that I have come to want! One spoon of chicken, and well even with all four salsas...and a smidge of sour cream...the bowl was pathetically half full (no lettuce remember). I am kicking myself that the shock of it all prevented me from taking a picture to show you! This is what happens to chain restaurants, they decline, decline, decline! Even the fresh salsa was flavorless...maybe the cilantro was on e coli watch as well?? Did I mention the place was just overall dirty? The tables, the floors....oh my! You Chipotle at this location will never get another dime from this gal. Thanks but no thanks! Do not order online for in store pick up. Not sure what the food is like when you order in person, but the last few times I have ordered it has been terrible. Most recently I ordered a quesadilla and they gave me a random burrito bowl. Put my other burrito bowls together incorrectly. I ordered chips to go on the side and they gave me about 10 stale chips. Not sure if they are just poorly trained, not trained, or don't care but this is the 3rd and last experience I'll have at this location. Would give a 0/5 stars if that was possible. I've said it a million times, but I'm 100% done with this location. They NEVER get my order correct, EVER! The food quantity is lower than other locations and the quality is just poor. I question whether it's real meat (when they even get the type of protein right), the pico is bad with sour tomatoes, the chips are stale 9/10 times. Today, I ordered two entrees and both were wrong. I seriously don't know WHY I continue to spend my money at this specific chipotle, maybe because of the convenience. But after tonight. I'm not. The overall service here is terrible. Especially the quality of food. I'm eaten at pretty much all the chipotles in the Pittsburgh area and this one just doesn't make the cut. I'm not sure if they're using different seasonings or no seasonings at all. But the every time I come here, and get the SAME thing it taste different!! When I arrived, there was 17 people zooming around the store but only one at the counter helping customers. Then two employees began arguing over what spoons go in what things and went to the back of the store, leaving me to stand there waiting for someone to take my order. While ordering, I am not sure if she was the manager, but she began complaining about the employee who didn't use the right spoons to other employees. While checking out, the cashier made me wait for a customer to go all the way out to their car to get more money and come all the way back instead of scanning me out quickly. While bagging my order, he ignored my question about the extra charge I received and was checking his phone as I stood there waiting for my order. They are never prepared for the store to open at 10:45, are not friendly to their customers, and seem to take forever. I'd give them a zero if I could. Ive stopped at this chipotle 4 times in two weeks around 830 pm. 2 of those times they had a sign saying online orders only. The other two times I walked in went to counter and wasn't even waited on. It seams like they can't handle all the online orders and careless about people who walk in. read more

The service here is extremely slow. No matter the time or day the line is always 10 to 15 people deep. The online orders are typical late as well. Portioning is very inconsistent trip to trip. This location has gone downhill. Orders are always messed up. It is impossible to get through on the phone to resolve issues, and the orders are always extremely late. We ordered for 4:45 and went to pick up at 5:15. Still had to wait, and the order was missing the entree. There was a huge line of others waiting and with problems with the orders. It was not even possible to go through the line to fix the missing item. The last time we ordered delivery from this location they sent the wrong order. We only ordered a kids meal and chips with guacamole and received 4 entrees with 2 large guacamole's. At least on that occasion www were told to drive down and come through the line to fix the order. This Chipotle is not a Chipotle. Upon entering I couldn't decide if I'd just missed a giant food fight or if the cleaning crew had gone on strike for a month. It was up for debate since the floor was littered with trash and the tables were covered with food remains. I was shocked. Secretly, I convinced myself it was just a product of a dinner rush. There was only a short line, yet it was barely moving. The longer-than-usual wait, allowed me to make further observations of the chain. It was hard not to notice the dirty 'white' walls, grimy from grubby hands rubbing against them. The windows hadn't been washed. The trash was overflowing. There was an employee that appeared to be in charge of cleaning, but was only walking around looking dazed and confused. He did have a spray bottle in one hand and a towel in the other. I really wanted to explain how the 'trigger' on the spray bottle worked. But my growling stomach convinced me to stay in line. When it was my turn to order, I was met by a less than enthusiastic girl. She never cracked a smile and was moving like a sloth. Either she possessed no personality or was stoned. It was actually the main topic of discussion during our meal. The rest of the crew (4 young females) were a touch better... but slow and inefficient. Two of the girls served no purpose on the assembly line whatsoever. The 'burrito wrapper' mutilated one member of my parties burrito and the 'cash register' girl apologized for the 'meat and rice' girl's attitude toward the woman in front of me. So I apparently missed some drama while I was drooling over the thought of my steak bowl. My party of four crammed into a booth and devoured our food. The general consensus was the food wasn't as fresh as usual or consistent with other Chipotle experiences. Personally I think it was just the ambiance throwing everything off. The place was so dirty I decided to wash my hands before we left. BIG mistake!! The women's restroom was the filthiest I've ever seen. I'll spare you the details... but keep in mind, I was returning from a 13 hour road-trip from North Carolina... so I'd seen my fair share of disgusting restrooms already that day. I love Chipotle. I eat there often. But this particular location is just a revolting mockery of one of the best fast-food chains I've come to know. It breaks my heart to admit this but my desire for a burrito bowl has diminished greatly since eating here. Hopefully in time I can recover. This restaurant is not the delicious, quick, and clean dining place that the Chipotle brand represents. I have higher expectations at a Taco Bell. Placed an order online, it was ready at the requested time. I have seen other reviews about that being a consistent problem. The dining room is very neglected, would not want to eat in. What was most surprising was how little was in each of the bowls. If there is a standard for serving size this location definitely doesn't follow it. Extremely skimpy! This is like a Chipotle that's not really a Chipotle. The layout looks familiar, the food choices are the same... ...but that's where it ends. This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. All three visits have been annoyingly slow. We're talking five people back from the tortilla steamer and it STILL took fifteen minutes to get through the line. The counter workers had to be corrected repeatedly by those around me. (I.e. "I asked for fajita veggies..." Or "double chicken, remember?" Or my own "could I have more lettuce than that?" when she put about eight shreds on my bowl.) Even the food lacks. The chips are usually more chewy than crispy, the chicken tastes...different, and the steak chunks were so big my husband had to go get a knife and cup up the pieces. It's just not worth it. It's been awhile since I've been to Chipotle because on my last visit the food wasn't good. Hoping it was a one time thing we came back. I wish we had not bothered. As far as serving size it was a bit ridiculous. I ordered a bowl with chicken. I was given half a spoonful of rice and a half a spoonful of chicken. The lady in line before me asked for more and they charged her for double meat. I asked for sour cream and the employee have me two heaping spoonfuls. My rice and chicken were swimming in it. I also ordered chips and guacamole. The chips didn't have any salt on them and there seemed to be less of those also. The grossest part was how fatty the chicken was. I had that at my last visit with the pork. All in all it was bad. I definitely won't be back. read more

I decided to give this a second try, my kid wanted to go to Moe's. Well, I wish would have went to Moe's. I had a steak burrito bowl, wife had a steak salad. Steak was tough and very bland. We feel all of the food was flavorless. One daughter had tacos and said it was ok, and the other had them make a "taco bowl" with tofu. Service ws very friendly, but food was just not there. If I could give this chipotle 0 stars I would. Expect at least a 45 minute wait time for your food past your order pickup time. Ive been to this chipotle at least 5 times since COVID and my wait times have varied from 30min-1.5hours but none quicker than that. There is no order in the parking lot and everyone is everywhere with no social distancing. Also, the workers lock the door and come out with an order every 5-10minutes but will not answer any questions. I would recommend avoiding this chipotle at all costs. read more

Not bad for a chain. They hey through the orders fairly quickly. Nothing spectacular to wrote about. The burrito bowl and salad are pretty much the same. Only difference...the salad has lettuce cut in pieces, the burrito bowl has shredded lettuce. The guacamole is good. They go a little overboard on the sour cream. Otherwise not to bad. read more

This location has always been a train wreck, unable and unwilling to handle customers, for years. 90% of the employees give as minimum effort as possible, and even laugh when no one is assisting anyone, like it's a joke. The pandemic really has shown their true colors. I thought they couldn't get any worse! Well, COVID sure did prove me wrong!!! They went from not caring about their customers, and not waiting on anyone, to raising a big middle finger and locking customers out completely...literally! If you don't want to do your job, then quit! Management at this location is a complete joke. If you want to wait 40-60 min in line in the store, because they refuse to serve anyone inside, waiting, (if they even let you in) then do it. If you want to wait 30-45min AFTER your online order pickup time, and it be incorrect, then order that way. Otherwise, you can be like me and drive 25min to another location and receive great customer service, food well prepared, and you'll be in and out in no time. Great food and service! This place has a simple and quick ordering system. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants (although I only classify chipotle as fast food because of their quick service,their food is fresh and delicious). I recently used the online ordering for carry out and it was very easy and saved time by not having to wait in line since I was in a rush. The manager, Amanda, was very friendly and helpful. Went to get dinner and ordered online. When I went in to pick up my order I joined the group of 5-7 people waiting for their online orders. 30 minutes later got my food. When I arrived home I opened my bowl up to maybe 2 scoops of food that was cold and missing 3 of the ingredients. I've had good chipotle experiences elsewhere. Like in previous reviews it's hit or miss, the reason it finally brought me to wright a review was the poor treatment I received, my wife son and I frequent here easily once a week. Today the burrito "artist" for lack of a better title, when asked to not put the last remaining bit of old soggy fajita on my burrito when they were handing her fresh, she ignored me and piled it high, then from there grabbed one more from the new, creating a monstrosity. I said "please start fresh I don't want that" and she said "that's protocol" then when I persisted she threw it out. Meanwhile the line is getting longer and making me and my family look like the cause, there was no line when we showed up. So onto the "replacement burrito, now I receive next to no rice before she hands it off to the next person, and I was grateful for a new person to help me resurrect this lifeless burrito. So I go through getting all the normal. We get our booth and everything's sweet until I bite into mine and find that I forgot the sour cream, no big deal that's my bad. I head back up to the register to request a side of sour cream, she was off to the side and didn't hear it was me that asked for it. Went to hand it nicely to the lady cashing out. "Not for me" the lady said, I said "it's for me" and she practically tossed it to me when I went to get it from her.... it's sad the treatment you can receive for simple being hungry. I did nothing anyone else wouldn't have done. So now I've figured my family once a week eats here through the hit or miss quality of the food. That's easily over 1,000 a year to a burrito joint. This is the worst food establishment in the history of the world. My wife and I stopped in for a late night supper on our way back from Pittsburgh. We walked in and found that the sitting area was filthy and floor hadn't been swept in days. The serving size here is minuscule in contrast to our local chipotle. When they gave us such a small serving of rice, I asked for a side to make my meal more filling...the employee proceeded to fill a salsa cup with rice...
