This location consistently amazes me with how fast they are able to deal with extremely long drive-thru lines. I have virtually never had a negative experience here. The employees are pleasant, helpful and efficient. I nearly always have ordered through the app and it is an extremely quick process. I often go here to pick up for other family members but I appreciate that even as a vegetarian there are more items for me here than at most fast food places. My favorite is the mac & cheese which is creamy and just fantastic. There's also a kale salad and lots of delicious drinks and desserts, like the half-and-half iced tea and lemonade and their milkshakes, like the seasonal peppermint chip. It's a silly thing to mention but I have an extremely picky dog who sometimes goes on hunger strikes and the best food in the world in his opinion is the grilled chicken nuggets here. They have a little seasoning but it's nothing crazy and I can shred them up one at a time and have them last for several meals. I obviously don't eat chicken myself but these smell delicious. I like that they have a grilled option in the nuggets and in their sandwich for my family members that don't want everything breaded and deep fried. It would be disingenuous of me to not mention in this review that I resisted going to Chick-fil-A for a long time as I was turned off by the company's prior support for anti-LGBTQ organizations. However, I understand that this is no longer their practice however, and they have made a commitment to doing better and being more inclusive. I was so hungry today after work, so i went to Chick-fil-A. I pulled up through the drive through at 7:00pm, and i was met with an unpleasant experience. I went to order my food, this blonde girl( i didn't catch her name) was so rude. I went to order and she said WHAT. I was astonished. How rude! I ordered and got something wrong and instead of correcting me politely she said. URM we don't have that! in a very rude tone. Then after i payed and she was giving me a face the whole time she didn't even say my pleasure. All Chick-fil-a restaurants are always crazy busy. That being said this one is no different. When I stop here I usually go inside and eat in. I have yet to have a bad experience here. In fact the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful as most of their restaurants are. I got breakfast today via the mobile app and drive thru pick up. This location doesn't offer mobile thru but they do have a double lane drive thru so the line moves along quickly. Usually every time I come here I have a great experience. This time the entire staff was completely rude. It all started because I told them they need to educate their staff on where table "57" is. I had a mobile dine in order, where I sat at my table waiting for 10 mins after I got a notification that my food was done. They all played the blame game, "I didn't run the food" "wasn't me". Frankly I don't care who it was, the way I was treated after they made a mistake is completely unacceptable. The lady at the front counter rudely interrupted me, as I was explaining what happened with her staff, saying that I was "yelling" and she couldn't hear the customer. I talked to Shawna the manager, who wasn't really helpful besides offering me new food. I'm honestly appalled with the way the staff was acting here. Do better. read more

Went to Chick-fil-a today 6-7-2025 Pleasant Hills Store #02090. Was a little before 11:30, no customers in line only a couple tables with people. We went to the booths that are in front by the windows, the entire section was filthy. All the tables needed cleaned. The trash can had trays and garbage all on the top of it, apparently the auto door was not working. Before I placed my dine in phone order, I went to the counter and asked if I could have a wipe to clean off a table since they were all dirty. Instead of one of the workers saying let me clean it for you, they gave me a wipe. I washed off the table and was looking for a napkin to dry the table, none around. There was a worker now checking the trash can and I asked her if I could have napkins to dry the table and asked for the manager to come over. The manager, Lawrence came over and asked what was wrong. I pointed to all the dirty tables and said everything this place is filthy, the trash is all on top of the can. He said I can see that and that the table cleaner was not on duty yet. So the mess in the dining room and trash can accumulated all morning from breakfast and had been taken care of since opening this morning at 6:30? I told him that was unacceptable when there are workers just standing by the registers with no customer doing nothing, they could be cleaning the tables or you as the manager could be doing it. He smartly said you did not need to say that. By then my husband was ready to go off on him talking to me like that when I was just stating how disappointed I was in the cleanliness of the place. I told him that is not how you handle customers and asked if he was really the manager. He said yes do you need to see my name tag and take a picture of it? I wish I would have and took pictures of the mess. Needless to say I did not place my order and left. Not sure if or when we will go back. If we come back and it is filthy again, we will take our business elsewhere. We have been customers of this Chick-fil-a location since it opened and it has really gone downhill in the last couple years. I work in customer service and would never speak back to a customer, I was not being nasty just stating facts that the tables should be cleaned. If he was the manager he should care enough to clean the tables himself or ask a couple of the workers waiting for customers to come in to help out and clean off the tables. I guess the young people think it is beneath them to clean tables. Isn't the saying "MY PLEASURE?" We are so disappointed. read more

Not sure what's going on here. Just went thru the drive thru ordered a sandwich with extra pickle. salad & a drink for $20. The filet is spicy, no pickles, old & over cooked. I didn't order spicy, and it looks like someone put their thumb through the stale bunThe lettuce on the sandwich is wilted & I guess they only have tomato ends today. The girl at the order window doesn't want to be at work today. She's not friendly & isn't really interested in answering menu related questions. She's actually miserable & it definitely shows. She indicated no pickle on the order I ordered extra. The point is the order is wrong. I usually eat Chick Fil A for breakfast twice a week and get the chicken mini's and chicken biscuit.  Both were fresh and excellent but the mini's are incredible.  Try the mini's with polynesian sauce. It was crowded here and slightly slower service than the waterfront location but the employee's are nice. read more

If there was a possibility of giving this location 0 stars, I would definitely do so. I've come to this location on multiple occasions and they've made plenty of mistakes on a very simple order. I had one employee rudely tell me that they couldn't accommodate to removing bacon from my salad because it comes "pre packaged" just for her supervisor to tell her they're not. The last and final time I visited this location they charged me for the chicken that comes on the salad..... the chicken comes with the salad but they charged me as if it was additional. I'm all for giving teenagers responsibility but at no point should a location be run by incompetent/ immature teens who clearly don't care about simply fulfilling the duties that they're paid to do. I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way to the next chick fil a location to avoid service from this store. read more

This location is not as busy as the Cheektowaga location so if you are somewhere in the middle this is the location with the shorter waiting period. Chick-fil-A has amazing flavor but is not as enthusiastic about making up for poor orders as the ones in the south. I order 4pc strips and they have been getting smaller and smaller. I contacted management about it so hopefully it will get better. Size does matter. read more

We ordered lunch online and had them bring it out to the car since the line for the drive thru was so long. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a regular chicken sandwich meal. Both were very tasty as usual, the only thing that I can say was wrong was that I had ordered a regular coke and they brought me a Dr Pepper, which I didn't realize until we had gotten home. I visit this Chick-fil-A a couple of times a month and the food never disappoints. Definitely the best fast food in the area compared to the other bug chains. One thing I wish that they would change is allowing for curbside pickup for breakfast. They only allow the drive through option and the line gets quite long. I really love chick fil a 's chicken cold wraps and their classic chicken sandwich. Their avocado ranch dressing is delicious! At first I was thrown off because it was green/avocado and I'm typically not a fan but I love it. Their waffle fries are amazing also. I am often in the drive thru line at the Pleasant Hills, Pa location. The waffle fries there are room temperature or cold and I eat them immediately for that reason So they don't get worse. I wonder if there is a problem with their equipment. When you make food ahead of time for drive thru you should make sure the fries are hot to begin with. This place was slammed with people and many waiting in the corner for their food. I ordered our usual and due to the line I ordered our deserts at the same time. Our deserts came and no food. Ten minutes went by then twenty. I went up to the counter and they checked with the guy putting the food on trays and he said he already sent it out. I said we're sitting with our deserts and drinks and the little order marker is still at the table. After waiting a few more minutes we finally got our food. It was good. I don't know if they are usually like this but I have been to chick fillas when they were even busier than this and they ran much more efficiently and got your food to you quick. read more

I worked near this location for years and I visited it at least 2-3 times a week. The team was always professional, friendly, and the orders were always on time and perfect. The owner is always there to assist and he frequently greeted me by name and thanked me for my business.
