Nice parking the food was filling and tasty the employees were nice the restaurant is small and clean but they don't have beer

Horrible service tonight around 9:15. Went in with my two kids after karate. My first son ordered a white rice and chicken bowl. The first guy working behind the counter said how about brown rice. I said are you out of white? He said "well I would have to mix it". Ok... isn't that your job? But my son spoke up and said he was ok with brown. I think he could feel the building tension. His bowl was made and my second son went to order. By this time a new server was at the pass. My 12 year old ordered a full cheese quesadilla which he has ordered before. The guy grabbed the tortilla and began to prep it when the original guy that was "helping" us came back to the pass and took out a small tortilla and told the worker he could not make my son's quesadilla and that he could only make a "kids quesadilla". I looked confused because I was. He said it's online only "we can only make it if there is no line." Mind you there was one person behind us. I said I have never experienced that before. The nice gentleman looked just as confused. The guy behind me said it's fine he didn't mind waiting. Not wanting to put the nice one in a bad position I told him to not worry about it I would take him to Qdoba. The guy behind me went to order and now a female had come in. Both wanted the white rice bowls and were told it was going to be awhile. Since they both had to now wait, not sure what the issue would have been making the cheese quesadilla. I drove my sons to Qdoba and on the way back, I noticed the pair were still standing at the counter! It literally took Qdoba less than two minutes to make a cheese quesadilla. I was in and out in no time flat. I think this Chipotle location needs help with customer service. The cheese quesadilla would have took less time than any bowl. Got home and my son's bowl looked like crap. This is before he took one bite and what really pushed me over the edge to write this review. I also want to make sure I do give props to the second guy that came to wait on us. You were more than professional and we really appreciated it. Unfortunately you were out shined by the poor service from your coworker. But your service was not unnoticed. Keep up the great work! read more

The night manger was one of the worse there was only 2 other people In line and couldn't make a big cheese quesadilla. He was like. Sorry we cannot make that quesadilla the line is to big. quote there is only 2 people in line.The new tall employe was actually one of the best new employs . if I was still there I would order 4 kids quesadillas. to show that its so the same thing but small dough. Me and my friend went into chipotle at 10 PM and they close at 11 PM. We are waiting in line to get our food when we get up to the counter. I'm guessing the manager who we are talking to tells us that they have no more rice this is all they have which isn't enough for two bowls. And so I asked how long for more rice she says about 30 to 35 minutes and so we're like we're OK and then we. And then 10 minutes go by And we thought we could just order online and then it will let us know what time we can pick and so we're ordering online no where does it say? They don't have any rice so we just order it and it says that we can pick up at 10:20pm. Mind you I've left my phone number in my email in the order and usually if a business is out of something, they will contact you and tell you. And so it's around 10:20 and me and my friend go through the drive-through the lady that was working the drive-through hand us our food and ask what we want for our drinks and while she was getting our drink to check if our food was right. And to see that it wasn't in there was no rice in the bowls. The problem I have is I didn't get a phone call didn't get a text message. Didn't get an email saying that they did or the lady through the window didn't even bother saying that there was no rice in her bowls and us leave without any rice and bowls, and then finding out later. So I confronted her about it, and she said that her manager said just to make it and not say anything about it. And so I asked for a refund and she said they can't do it and I'll have to call corporate and so which I did and they still couldn't give me a refund they gave coupons which I'm thankful for, but it's not even that they made it wrong or didn't give me the rice fact that we weren't informed and so if we were informed, I would've canceled it right there and then. For now on, I am gonna consider Not going to chipotle anymore if this is what it's gonna be like because I've had similar experiences before not having something or being out of something. This store was Port Huron, Michigan, Fort Gratiot. Usually every single time I come here all the workers look miserable and don't wanna work there and they have attitude.
