Thought I'd give them another chance, last time. Went through the drive thru and place my order. Also let the person known I would like soy sauce and plum sauce. Get to the drive thru window and they try to rush you out of there so quickly, that's why they always mess up the orders. I never understood why they try to rush you, the food is premade and sits there until they sell through enough to make more. This place sucks. The server moved so slow he was going backwards. It was dinner time and most of the offerings were empty or almost empty. "6 minutes" was the response when asked how long to get hot food. No thanks. Especially when you let the other order sit and get cold. We peaced out on this place. Arrived at the time my order was said to be ready. Women on the speaker was clearly overwhelmed and very rude. I placed my order through the app. I was told to pull around "due to several of your items not being ready" her words in a very rude and condescending manner. I pulled around as instructed and waited for about 25min while watching roughly eight vehicle go through the lane and receive their food. The lobby was closed with a hand written note on the door stating drive thru only. Almost as if they did not want to be bothered with walk in customers. I was forced to call after the excessive wait and was "greeted" by the manager, Nevaeh? Who did not offer a reasoning for the hold up or solution for fixing the problem. Perhaps a substitution in my order would've easily fixed the problems. I requested the order be canceled and refunded and was sternly told NO! We cannot do that in the store because you ordered through the app. What kinda of old school garbage is this. She then proceeded to argue with me and talk over me about the wait time and threatened to bring my food out raw being I didn't want to wait. Mind you the order was initially placed almost an hour before this conversation. She told me that I was only calling in to complain. I stated that with the lobby being closed and no way to cancel the order, I was pulled out of the drive thru line and ultimately held hostage. After a few min they could've came out and explained the hold up and try to solve the situation. They just expected me to wait indefinitely. Finally out of disgust, I hung up the phone and continued to wait. The food was finally brought out by a different individual who clearly now had an attitude with me due to the situation. As I drove away, this individual and the manager stood at the door and exchanged words with me, ultimately telling me to never come back. My pleasure! After this experience and now seeing reviews online of other very similar customer experiences, I will never return to this establishment. I hope the phone calls are recorded and can be reviewed by upper management. Judging by past reviews, things must've changed. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I come here. The staff have only been friendly and attentive. Roseleen and Steven are the two I see most and I enjoy talking to both, but all the people have been nice to me. I usually get a plate. I especially enjoy the super green option vs standard fries rice at every other Chinese Restaurant in town. My other primary go to is the Asian chicken which occasionally I add teriyaki sauce to. From there, I switch up. I like the beef and broccoli as well as they honey sesame chicken the most. And usually a raspberry fuze tea. Since trying to lose weight but still enjoying going out and posting reviews, I find this is a good option. I can get quick service and stay lower calorie. Try doing that at the other places. Some may not like the corporate vs. local, but I don't care as they usually hold to higher food prep and cleaning standards. And if you are into learning about various cultures, they do well with Chinese history and culture. Lunar New Year discussions are seen throughout the store, though I personally don't indulge. Anyway, I will keep coming back so long as things keep going the way they have been. I have not done drive thru yet. read more

I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and it was a disaster. The chicken had no flavor just like the rest of the meal. No cashews whatsoever in my meal. The rice was a joke as well. The food tasted completely fake and nothing like chinese food I've eaten all my life. Bland, gross, and no flavor. read more

Horrible experience! Go to order three entrees and one side in the drive-thru and they asked if they can put the third entrees all in one box. Thought that was odd so I get my order and open my box up to see a small two entrees. I told a guy in the drive-thru that "this is obviously two" and he goes on and says we put all three in one box. No not at all, I want my separate box with my order because they tried ripping me off. If you go here make sure you get your third entree in a separate box. read more

I don't plan on returning. I was told in drive thru they needed 6-7 minutes for fresh Kung pao, ok no problem. Took a while to get up to the window because the car in front was there a while. I get up and she tells me she took 10 percent off my bill! That's amazing and so nice! She asks me to pull around the front and she will bring my food right out. I waited over ten minutes for my food. She comes out and says "I couldn't remember what sides you ordered so I threw in an extra side of fried rice and an extra side of lo mein so you have extra." I said "well I ordered mixed veggies with the string bean chicken" she says oh crap and runs in and gets me my side of veggies. I didn't really appreciate her coming to my car without a mask. She never wore one in the restaurant. I don't want extra sides, just the correct ones in a timely manner, and since customers are required to wear a mask, she should have had hers in also. read more

I remember passing by this place as construction went on. This location was actually where the first time I have ever eaten at Panda Express and the food was satisfactory. The service is very slow and a lot of the time they are usually short-staffed so just be aware of that (last time I waited 10 minutes to order with only 2 people in front of me) Other than that if you want Americanised Chinese food at a cheap price this place is the place to go and everything is made fresh. read more

Thought I would try Panda Express, since it's new to our area. Nothing special at all. Stepping up to order all the wok bowls were not fresh and there was maybe one scoop of food in each. Food is nasty, service is ridiculous. 5 people listening to you at the same time reaching over each other. Rice taste like mush. No flavors I recognized and I sampled everything. The best things about this place are 1. the quality of their serving/takeout containers 2. the fact they they allow you to sample everything before you order it and 3. They list calories in the menu (I love that). I love Chinese food and this menu does not cut it. Might just be this location I've never had it anywhere else. Gave it a try because it is new to the area. Never again. Dried out overcooked,food with terrible sauces and flavors. Cafeteria style service with all items visible through the glass. Some items were not very pleasing to the eye. Pricing is confusing. Some items require a premium or up charge for example items with shrimp are extra. Typical of a chain restaurant. I usually love their food but this is four times now I have received rubber overcooked and tough to chew chicken teriyaki. One time it was actually burnt tasting and I ended up just throwing it away when I got home because once the sauce went on it the burnt flavor went all thru the rice. It is just too bad cause I really love the food but tired of working and spending my money on food that even my son could cook better. I placed my order through the drive thru and not only did the girl taking my order seem very agitated with me trying to make a decision but was unfriendly overall. When I pulled up to the window at least 3 things on my order were out and I was uninformed whilst making my order so I had to pull forward and wait. She said the estimated time would be 5 minutes and it ended up being around 20-25. My food was very cold except for the meat that had been thrown on top and although she apologized she did not seem very sincere. I ordered lunch at about 1:30 this afternoon . ORDER # 228258 . Sat to eat and the minute I put food in my mouth realized it was very cold . I mean everything , noodles, orange chicken and mushroom chicken . Went back to counter to tell them it was cold and asked if they can microwave it for me . Amy said they don't have a microwave . I asked the manager , MARK if there is anything he can do . He simply walked away from counter to do something else . Waited five minutes as they had only two people eating and no one in line . I finally called MARK . I said sir you are rude to me , he said there is nothing I can do about your food being cold. I said , I can't eat and want my money back . He issued me a refund and was very agitated . Will never go back to this establishment unless they learn customer service . Filed a complaint with their 800 number and was told by TINA the area manager will call me within 24 hours . If you read this make sure your food is reasonably warm before you leave counter . Food wasn't bad, I usually get water and so I got a water cup (the usual). The water tasted horrible so instead, I got lemonade. As I was eating, a worker named Karen came up to me, and proceeded to take my cup and say "this is a water cup" and literally threw it out. About 5-10 minutes later she came back with an empty water cup and told me where the water was. The water was literally trash and she had the most arrogant attitude. How rude to treat a customer.
