Trust me when I say I've been to a lot of Chipotle's and this is by far my favorite. Chipotle overall is a dream for someone who has food allergies, everything except the flour tortillas is gluten free. And if you don't do dairy or meat, there is still a ton to eat. This Chipotle is one of the only locations where I've been able to get plain tomatoes instead of salsa, which I truly appreciate. This location does get pretty crazy busy during the lunch hour so I suggest ordering online (which means you skip the line) or going at about 15 minutes before the noon hour, or after 1pm, at least during the week. They have a small outdoor seating area, but it's not covered. The seating inside is pretty minimal, especially when they are busy. But overall, I love this location! read more

Chipotle is my go to place for two meals in one because I usually split my bowl for two different meals. Now that I live in North Raleigh I frequent this location more. The store is pretty small but always clean. The staff is friendly but the only complaint I have is that the move to fast when taking your order. If you don't know what you want coming through the door you will feel rushed because of the assembly line set up. I had to go to the end of the line before because they were moving so fast I forgot part of my order. Other than feeling a sense of urgency when ordering I really enjoy dining here. read more

I highly suggest you try a Barbacoa Burrito if you haven't had one before. It's marinated shredded beef that's extremely good! Although most people opt to get the black beans, don't overlook those pintos. Another thing that we always get are the Lime Chips with Guac! Let me start by saying that I really like Chipotle. When I travel, I often stop at Chipotle because the food is generally consistent, natural and good. This particular restaurant is sometimes inconsistent. Most of the time, it's good, but I've been a couple of times when they didn't have peppers & onions cooked for fajitas and some staff members seem to skimp on the meat. I've had to ask for a full scoop of chicken which I've never had to do at other restaurants. I go to this one because it's close to my house and don't get me wrong, I love the food. But I feel I have to watch how the burrito is made which I don't do at other Chipotles. Recently when I got home, my burrito had a double tortilla which just added empty calories. Literally. Either way.. 8.5 out of 10 times the brown rice is cooked to perfection. Plus the staff is always friendly. Love it. Do wish the place was a little bigger. Visited this location for the first time on the week of NYE. I got my usualy\, but it tasted off. It had a fishy taste and the beef was very chewy. I tried to get past it, but after remembering the headlines about food poisoning in the news recently, I decided to ask for a refund and cut my losses. So 2 stars for the manager dishing out a refund w/o questions asked. However...shouldn't they have been concerned about the fishy tasting beef? Nope, they just kept on trucking. You can't go wrong with this Chipotle - or most chipotles in fact. The food is fresh and made to order. The smell when you drive up is enough to make you run into the door. We go here quite often and my family and I love it! The staff is friendly and they do a good job being consistent in how they make your food - you always know what to expect. The food is phenomenal. The company tries to use ingredients that range from free-range meats, hormone free cheese & sour cream, and local produce when possible. I love Chipotle's food for the most part (I always get the exact same thing) but this particular location is the worst I've ever been to. Yes, their line moves quickly but at the severe expense of service and friendliness. I came at 9:30 on a Friday, yes I understand you're anxious to go home and have your Friday night but you have to keep in mind that you're at work and your top priority should be service. I was greeted with a single word - "you" - when asking for my order, and when I changed my mind about wanting a drink (I decided I did want a drink instead of just water), the cashier audibly sighed/huffed, rolled her eyes, and then rang in the drink - I hadn't even paid yet. When she went to give me the cup, she slammed it on the counter. It was as though my ordering a drink at the end of the order was the most trouble she'd ever had. While eating, someone walked up to our table, interrupted our conversation (in the middle of a sentence) and asked "You gonna get any more drinks?" I realize he was trying to clean the soda machine, but that was certainly not the way to go about asking if we needed any more beverages. I've been in the food service industry for quite some time, and I have learned through the years that you can reasonably expect to be at work an hour past closing on average. These folks were all too eager to get us out of there, not seeming to be willing to wait so we could have a decent experience. This was capped off by the very loud, "look at me" attitude of the cashier going to lock the front doors at 9:58 (they close at 10). Most of the people in the restaurant turned to look at her to see what was going on. Repeat customers are a restaurant's backbone, and I will not be a repeat customer based merely on the service. I will not eat somewhere I do not feel welcome. As for the food, I received over-cooked chicken, and a couple pieces of something I could not identify (maybe grill scraps or burnt-to-a-crisp scraps of chicken). They really felt and tasted like the bits of dried fat and drippings that you scrape off the grates of a grill on the fourth of July. Not good. Even that late on a Friday, you should still check the food before the customer receives it. Next time I get a craving for Chipotle, I'll drive to Hillsborough Street. read more

Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh. The company strives to bring high quality food that is raised naturally. A good indicator that the food is made fresh - you can often see one of the workers coring and mashing avocados for the guacamole. This location is also very consistent in their food prep. Rarely do you end up with an undersized salad or a burrito that doesn't fit in the wrapper. They get it right almost all the time. I've tried almost everything on the menu, but my favorite is a fajita burrito in a bowl. My wife likes the veggie burrito. If you don't like cilantro, steer clear of Chipotle. You might get the impression that the restaurant exists solely to keep Big Cilantro flush. But you know what? I don't care. I like cilantro, and I like Chipotle. The sweet tea is passable. read more

Never - ever - again! My boys wanted to try Chipotle so I took them tonight. We walked in and the girl asked what we would like - I told her a steak and cheese quesadilla. She said ok so chicken and cheese and what else on it? I said no - steak and cheese. She said what do you want on it? I said just the meat and cheese. She then gets the tortilla out and puts chicken on it - I said is that chicken? She eye rolls and then takes a cup - scrapes the chicken off the tortilla and dumps that chicken back into the pan with the rest of the chicken. Doesn't get a new tortilla. I order a bowl for myself and I ordered chips and queso for everyone. They never gave me the queso. I guess it was her break because the manager came up and she walked away and the manager said "what do you want"? Just like that - what do you want??? I had to order another bowl for my youngest son. She was extremely rude. I will NEVER go back to another Chipotle again - from now on we will go to Moe's. Horrible service and horrible food - the chips were so salty you couldn't eat them. read more

I love Chipotle, but this location always seems to be missing something. My family's business is in the same shopping center, so I'm often in the area. I'm still not sure how you run out of ingredients on the food line, I've had to wait more than one time to get chicken in my burrito bowl. And not just a quick wait, like a "we just put the chicken on the grill" wait. What?! And to top it off the staff that was helping me was upset that I chose to wait. My dad (a sweet tea connoisseur and chronic ice cruncher) went before and the location was out of ice. There is a grocery store in the shopping center, you can't stop in a buy a bag of ice? My wife and I had been looking forward to eating here for quite some time.........and we were not disappointed. We both got the burrito, which was fantastic. There is enough here to save some for a late-night snack if you find yourself beat down by the massive amount of food. You get to pick what goes in your burrito, so be ready when you get there. Everything is fresh and locally sourced, and it shows. I got mine with the hot salsa, which mixed with the sour cream was wonderful. My wife forgot to add salsa, but no worries as they gave her some as a side to add in. The restaurant was constantly busy, but the wait was short. The staff was really cool and knew how to handle the place. There is patio, table and window/bar seating. Prices are very reasonable as we both ate for 16 bucks. The only real downside, and the reason for a 3 star and not a 4, was the collection of ants marching along with window sill inside the restaurant. That's never a good thing. Hopefully if we return those guys will have moved along. read more

I've eaten at Chipotle twice at the same location. It's decent but pricey. I found by listening to others that you have to keep asking for more or your bowl won't be half full. This was the first time I ordered the steak bowl and it was inedible. So tough and chewy I just ate around the meat. It was take out or I would have had them remake it with chicken. Big disappointment. Not sure what the big fuss is over Chipotle's and this will be my last visit. read more

Make sure you check your orders before you check out. I absolutely love this chipotle, or did before I had rude service here tonight. Everything was fine until I asked for chips and guac and they told me they were out of guac. But then tried to charge me for guac with my bowl when I didn't ask for it. And the server tried to tell me she put it on there when I wasn't looking, even though I tried telling her they just told me they were out of guac. Upset with how this service was tonight. Make sure to double check your orders and make sure they are not charging you for things you didn't ask for. read more

The restaurant is always clean inside and the service has always been great. My only complaint is the eating area is rather small. I doubt it can comfortably hold more than 30 people. I'm so happy this location is the closest to my house. It is very consistent on serving sizes & taste. The employees are also very friendly. I've eaten my fair share of Chipotle at different locations and every time I enjoy a meal here it continues to climb to the top of my list of favorite locations. The only downfall (which isn't much of one) is that the chips are not salted enough but they provide salt and I like chips with a lot of salt. Enjoy this location and try the chorizo. read more

Food is very fresh and very spicy! It took me a few times to figure out I couldn't eat the chicken which is the mildest of the meats. It's always good and the folks are friendly, especially the owner. I would suggest that they have someone available like at the Pei Wei for first timers to go over how the menu selections work because it can be a little confusing. Overall we eat here weekly, the chips and guacamole are definitely hazardous because I always overeat they are so good! read more
