I spent about 30 minutes in the drive-thru, but I stayed patient because the employees were genuinely friendly and courteous. The real disappointment came after I pulled away. I was starving, took my first bite... and my burger was cold with a hard bun. Then I reached for the fries, hoping they'd redeem the meal, but they were cold too. At that point, I seriously considered turning around, but after already waiting 30 minutes, I just couldn't bring myself to get back in line. So I ate a cold dinner and kept driving. The staff deserves credit for being kind and professional, but the food should match the wait. If customers are waiting that long, they should at least receive hot, fresh food. I love In-N-Out, and this is the first location that's let me down. I hope management takes a look at their food quality and timing because this restaurant can definitely do better.
