Every-time I've pulled into the drive through (both locations) the line is always long which is normal at In-N-Outs. But usually theres a person taking orders on a tablet to expedite the ordering process. I've yet to experience that at either Redding locations. I waited 35 minutes to get to the ordering speaker then another 15 to get my order. I know Redding is a really small town but there seems to be no sense of urgency at these locations. So, I give the food 5 stars and the service 2 stars.

Generally there's about a inch below the top that is not filled with the drink that you're paying for. A couple times I asked if they could fill up the drink to the top of the lid, And it wasn't received very well. So my question to McDonald's is ... if the drink cups are being filled by a machine maybe they need to be adjusted, or if it's done by an Employee could there be a need for additional training, assuming McDonald's expectation would be that the cup should be filled up?
