This location is a bit more disappointing than most of the chipotle locations. They are constantly out of ingredients, this time they had no corn or soft drinks. The staff can be a little bit abrasive, not the most polite. Overall, there's not a lot of other options in the area, but don't expect a whole lot from the store. Went in at about 9pm an hour before they closed. They didn't have any corn salsa which is what makes the food actually good didn't tell me until I had already made my bowl halfway so I wasn't going to be rude and say I didn't want it. All of these negative reviews are for cold food once you get home with take out. How freaking far are you going?! We live about 5 miles away and food is always warm. Also there is a thing called a microwave or stove. If you choose take out, you also choose that the food might not stay piping hot. With regard to the portion size complaints I've never had any problem. I even classically order half and half bowls all the time and never feel like I get less than 3-4oz of meat. The one star reviews seem to be looking for extra food for free. The staff is always nice and always on top of it in my experience. I've been going once a week for about 2 years now. read more

We purchased burrito bowls and, as we approached the end of the line, learned they were out of lettuce. WHAT? I and many others in line were shocked. Most people eat at Chipotle for the fresh and healthy ingredients, of which lettuce is a key part. Though running out of supplies is a clear indication of incompetence, it happens. But when there's a grocery store right next door, there's really no excuse. When I offered my disappointment, the very rude girl behind the counter informed me there was a sign at the beginning of the line and on the front door. But that sign didn't say "we're out of lettuce," it says "Romaine Calm" in large, bold letters, and then goes on to explain that they're out of lettuce in the fineprint below. I guarantee you nobody is reading that fineprint in the few seconds it takes to enter the building. And I know that for a fact because everybody in line was shocked. How about trying to create a sign that's informative instead of trying to be cute. Had we known they were out of lettuce when we entered the restaurant, we would have left immediately. I have seen many times where restaurants make a trip to the store to purchase ingredients before ever telling a customer they're out of something. That's what forward-thinking businesses who care about their customers do. I'm sure it costs more, but that's what you do to accommodate your customers. I eat at this Chipotle all the time, but after this experience, I won't be going back. I refuse to give my business to companies that are stuck on stupid. read more

First time back at Chipotle since the outbreak last year. First off there was NO ONE in this location, that should have been my first indication something was wrong. I order a bowl and notice the lettuce was pale in color, dry and withered with brown edges. The girl making my order insisted they just received it. Then when I'm getting rung up the girl was extremely rude and "didn't hear" me ask for chips when I clearly stated it. "We don't serve limes" was her response when I asked for a side of limes as I always did the two to three times a week I would eat chipotle. Over all this is a terrible first impression of the "new chipotle" if this is what I can come to expect now I'll go eat elsewhere. So I reviewed them when they first opened and it was not good. Then I went back a few weeks ago and there was a sign on the door saying that they were out of carnitas. How is that possible? But, being the ever fair and objective individual, after seeing a string of what seem to be legitimately good reviews, I decided to give them one more try. It was actually not bad. The meat was actually very warm after I got my burrito home, and there was a reasonable amount. I wouldn't call it a generous amount, but it was sufficient to balance out the rice, beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Only one bite was slightly tough, but the rest was fine. The meat was at the bottom of the tray as it was 8:30, and I was surprised to see them grilling about 10 more steaks. I guess they were getting a head start on tomorrow's food. I am not a Chipotle fan in general, but with limited choices nearby, I will stop in for variety as they now seem to be just about as good as any other restaurant in the chain. To everyone I forbade from eating here before, you now have my permission to dine at this establishment. read more

This chipotle has gone down hill. I went on Friday for 2 burritos chips and guacamole and a drink paid almost 30 I got home to feed my husband and on his first bite a long hair comes out of the burrito. My husband calls and the manager Victor takes the call he explains and Victor is the nicest manager there. He offers his sincere apologies for his employees. In return he offered to redo the burrito anytime we want to go in. I couldn't make it the same day until today because of work. Well I get there today at about 3:20-3:25 and I was" greeted" by an employee tall male with both earlobes pierced. Couldn't tell his name because unfortunately either they don't care to wear name tags, chipotle doesn't offer name tags or they know they're quality of service they offer and rather not own up to what they do but it's ridiculous. Anyways this employee asks what can I get started for you and I let home know why I was there he proceeded to say "drama" with an attitude and rolls his eyes. I asked for Victor the manager and he said he might be in the back. He walks away and I thought he was going to get the manager but instead he leaves me there wandering at the start of the line while he goes and makes an order for the online ordering. Comes back and tells me the manager is not there.... Really I just saw what you did the least you can do is hide and come back and tell me you didn't see him. He tells his coworker what was going on and she tells me oh well the manager didn't write it in the book so I'm not sure who you spoke to.. if I'm saying a specific name it's because we called and spoke to the manager. The employee helping me with the order makes my order continued with the attitude and hurrying me up to get to the end of the line. These employees and their nasty attitude should be reviewed by the manager and the higher ups. In dislike this because it's the closest chipotle from my work on my way to my house but for this crappy service I'd rather drive 5-7 miles south to the Nuevo location. 5 stars for the customer service alone!! My son and I came to Chipotle for dinner and didn't expect much more than to eat our food and leave. To my surprise this little visit actually turned my day around. Izzy prepared our food. He was personable, professional, and got our food ready with a smile. The woman that checked us out, her name is Que, was super friendly and cheerful! As my son and I sat down and ate our food we couldn't help but notice how the employees interacted with eachother and with the customers. There was not one employee that seemed like they didn't want to be working. I was not having a very good day before going here, but that all changed. It's amazing how being around nice, friendly people can switch your mood. Oh, and I suppose I should say something about the food.... It was good. Chipotle is Chipotle... darn good, pretty consistent from one location to the next. I've been dieting and watching calories so half a bowl works perfect for me. I mean they load them up, you know it's more than the posted calories cause that "spoonful" of rice and beans leaves room for interpretation.
