A woman was in Chipotle with her mask around her neck and was asked by workers to please put it on. She refused and then spent five minutes standing there having a conversation about her job while holding up the entire line. She then left and I advanced in the line thinking she was gone but nope she came back in and came to the register next to me. I backed away and asked her to put on her mask and she charged at me saying I can't talk to her like that and that I was brainwashed. She then proceeded to film me with her phone and chased me around the restaurant saying "see what we have to put up with." I was frightened and felt assaulted. I kept asking her to get away from me and she keep advancing. Chipotle has a sign on the door requiring masks but they are not enforcing it. No one came to my assistance. I have now come to this chipotle twice after work at 8:30 when they do not close till 10 and both times that have already cleaned everything and have ran out of food both times last time they ran out of 2 different meats and this time they were out of corn and gave me the smallest amount of rice because that was all that was left. I think it is ridiculous that they stop making food and replacing food when they are still open for another hour and a half . Terrible experience. Portion Nazis. Ordered a single taco. Asked the first assembly line man to use a bowl instead the foil because it's too flimsy and messy with the foil. He then added the first 3 items at his station, no problem (nice young man). Proceeded with the next assembly girl and she added the remainder of my ingredients. At check out, i told the cashier girl (UNIQUE) I ordered a chicken taco. And then she started to weigh it with her hand and asked if I got more than I taco. Again, i said NO, 1 taco. She said it felt too heavy to be a taco. And then she begins to ask her co workers to confirm what I ordered. Ad the second assent girl said she "built it like a bowl" (that was your mistake not mine). So then cashier girl said she'd have to charge it as a bowl. My usual orders are bowls and no way the portion i received was NO WAY close to the bowls I get! They were confused and making a big fuss. Then cheap girl decided to make me a new order with the "correct" portion size. WHAT A WASTE OF FOOD! I've ALWAYS ordered my taco the same exact way at many locations and also at this particular location and NEVER had I had this problem. Chipotle is already stingy with meat portions and now charging extra for the large tortillas. I really hope the manager reads this and contacts me. I typically come here before work to grab lunch and today was no different. Went in to order my salad as usual except today when I was given the salad dressing, it literally looked like queso. I told the lady assisting me that the dressing is a vinegarette and she replied yup this is it. I'm like no way that looks like cheese. I asked for the manager and she (black middle aged woman who identified herself as the manager) said that wa the dressing. It was orange like cheese and it was barely enough in the lil container to even cover a salad. I live across the street from this place and recently have found myself eating here 2-3 times a week. I'm usually in and out pretty quick, however during rush hours they can struggle keeping up. I order the sofritas bowl, with everything and it's a great meal. Kind of expensive for what you get considering it's just seasoned tofu (cost the same as getting chicken). Everything is always really fresh and prepared nicely. My only wish is that they are more consistent on the portioning... Depending on who the server is, the bowl can vary in size tremendously. Some servers have a heavy hand and others portion out the ingredients like you're "Tiny Tim". Other than that great place to eat a healthy meal because hamburgers, pizza, and fried chicken get old.. read more

I'm so sad to see all the bad reviews of our new Chipotle! My husband and I love Chipotle, not only for their bowls, chips, and guacamole...but also what the company stands for. We were avid repeat customers down at the Plaza so we were VERY happy when we got one up here...plus some of our favorite staff is here!!! Wonderful Customer Service is such a breath of fresh air. Anyhow, I wouldn't be happy about cold food either, but give them a chance to improve before you say you'll NEVER go back. A little CONSTRUCTIVE feedback to a manager goes a long way. PS for the Chipotle staff...c'mon guys!!! Sounds like you need to step up your game in the urgency department. This is the least favorite chipotle location. I usually get a bowl; rice, beans, meat, sour cream and cheese. A very simple bowl. I guess it was too simple. Literally there is no chicken and they tell us that it will be done in a few minutes, and I specifically asked if it will take longer than 5 minutes or not so I can get a different meat if it takes too long. These employees just care about making the company money in a sense and don't really care about customer satisfaction. As I type this review it has been ten minutes since they told me it would take a few minutes. And now I probably never will come to this horrid location ever again. read more

Was waiting a little longer for a mobile order than the expected time as they were training new staff. Manager (I assume), Michael, was very helpful and attentive to me sitting there waiting. He comes over and apologizes for the wait, explains they are training new people for to-go orders, and offers me a complementary Large drink. Working in a restaurant myself, I understand the training process and know patience is crucial to functionality and effectiveness. Thank you ladies and Michael for the hospitality!!! This one is a pretty standard chipotle as far as decor and store size. Staff is hit or miss. Some staff just seem to hate the world and let it show. One complaint I do have about this chipotle... One huge detail that keeps me from coming back... Every time they scoop the meat, they shake the spoon to ensure that as little meat as possible goes into your menu item. Along with the already overpriced guacamole. Spoon is always shaken. I've never had this bad of an issue at any other chipotle except for this one. It seems that menu prices keep rising as the quantities keep going down. Not a great way to ensure customer retention. Step up your game chipotle! read more

I walked in and there was no line, but halfway through my meal I noticed quite a long line so I understand some of the reviews about the wait. Our experience at this chipotle location tonight was fantastic. The worker behind the counter, Abas, greeted us right away. We asked for his name because we wanted to make sure the 2 people that helped us were recognized! Que went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good! We got the last serving of fajitas and even though it was enough, she offered to bring a fresh serving over to our table, just to make sure we were satisfied. Awesome! The servings were just right and everything was delicious. Not sure what's with all of the negative reviews before, but I would definitely come back to this location! read more

Just came in to grab something to eat and I was welcomed by a smiling face. A younger girl who was on the line attended me in a timely manner and was attentive to my special requests (extra this, half a scoop of that, etc). She made sure my bowl was evenly covered in salsa and that my ingredients were spread out along the bowl. (I'm really weird with food proportions lol). I was then rung up by Que who was great! She had a great attitude, despite the hour I came in and had a lovely smile. The restaurant was very clean and the food looked fresh. The deep pans were also clean and not crusted with dried beans like they tend to get. I've worked at chipotle for a few years so I know the standards that are required and I was not let down. I love this chipotle! It's part of the chain but it sure doesn't feel like it. The service is excellent and the food is prepared perfectly. They don't give small portions of meat or add ons of guacamole. Their salsa selections are good and flavorful. I have never had a bad service experience and they are always staffed. You will not find the dreary eyed skeleton crew, who is over worked and miserable. Instead you will find a diverse crew of hardworking young people, doing their very best to give you a great experience. Only constructive criticism I have for the team is to ensure detailed labeling on the foil lids/wraps for to go orders. My feeling is most everyone has had Chipotle, but you haven't had Chipotle from here. read more

This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this location. Please do some quality check on management and food handling procedures. This COMPLETELY ruined the holidays for me as I was supposed to be taking care of my parents but instead they have to eat canned food from my house or order in because of YOUR restaurant's standards. My food arrived somewhat cold. Mind you it was wrong as well. There were fajitas in there when I clearly did not order them. I ordered a carne asada bowl and ate about half and resealed the foil and put it in the fridge. After I woke up the next day my body was destroyed; the same day I was supposed to take pictures for my close friend's wedding proposal.. I know it was from what I ordered from chipotle because that was the only meal I had the previous day. Upon checking the left overs I noticed the meat looking a bit gray and immediately threw it away. After 2 days of being bed ridden and having bed sores and also losing about 10lbs along with all color from my face, you could clearly see how my body had been defeated.. As much as I love chipotle, having this happen on two separate occasions is the final straw. I will NOT be ordering from you EVER again. Beyond the disappointment, broken body, having my parents take care of ME, I am at a loss of words of how impossibly inconvenient this has been ESPECIALLY during the holidays. Expect a call to the Health Department first thing in the morning tomorrow (Monday). I hope you and your team have a good rest of your holidays but it will take more than a Christmas Miracle to ever see me step foot or dare to eat your unchecked meat ever again. read more

I ordered a chicken bowl without romain lettuce. The chicken gave me food poisoning. The chicken tasted old or even rancid. I can now say I was a person who got sick at chipotle. This is probably the first time I've had to write a negative review for any Chipotle restaurants. Ordered a chicken burrito, chicken bowl, chips, salsa and one drink. The food just wasn't the best. The cold ingredients were minimal and my burrito still seem cold. The rice and chicken were tasteless. The guacamole wasn't fresh, it looked like it was starting to brown, maybe I should have skipped. I purchased one drink and went to the drink dispenser for lemonade, for what to me was the the least sugary drink and It was out. I asked three time before I got a response "oh lemonade is out for now". Already annoyed for having to ask three times I went in for a different choice (wasn't busy and still service sucked). As I started for the chips and salsa I noticed the chips were very soggy, seemed a little old and chewy. I then noticed another customer go up for a new bag of chips. That pretty much verified the lack of freshness. I'm not one to complain so I just skipped and I'll refrain from coming back. Like I said not all locations are the same.
