This subway is in an unclean gas station. The food was fine but costumer service was awful. They had one employee working and was not organized at all. There was a couple behind me and I it was like we were together. Everytime I've come in here I get a terrible experience. The ladies here are rude for small request such as toasting things longer and wanted the sub full of veggies. Ok. It is conveniently located at a gas station. I saw a few panhandlers working the pumps for $$ The store is in the back of the establishment and has 4-5 tables for those to eat. There was one employee working the sandwich line and register. It took about 10 or more minutes to get through the line and pay. I had to be patient because I was really super hungry. I ordered a turkey sandwich today and they literally put 3 pieces of meat. Not only was the turkey dry and disgusting but the customer service was horrendous. The lettuce is starting to brown, The onions aren't even in the sandwich, and the bread is extremely stale. I was very dissatisfied with this subway, on most occasions i haven't had issues with this Subway but today everything about my experience today was purely full of disappointment. Great customer service, I went on Friday 7/13 and I was attended by a young man who's name started with an R I wasn't able to clearly read the name tag but I clearly saw it started with an R and he made my sandwiches great, was really respectful, but he's not the reason why I'm giving them a 1 star. During the process of making the sandwiches I start hearing laughter and cuss words coming from the inside and I take a look and I see 2 Chubby workers just messing around while the worker who's name starts with an R was doing his job and he's honestly he seemed like a hard worker, and I hope something is done because it's not fair that 1 worker( the one whose name starts with an R) has to do all the work while the other 2 are just goofing around and I hope change will happen. read more
