I was pretty excited when this chipotle opened recently. I don't think their food is anything crazy awesome, but the burritos are pretty good sized and one can usually get me comfortably full. When I go with others I usually end up eating mine plus the last quarter or so of someone else's and then I'll be perfectly full and happy. The food itself is decent but nothing that blows me out of the water. They pride themselves on serving organic free range stuff. Fine, but I don't really care that it's organic or whatever as long as it tastes good. It's fast, fairly inexpensive, consistent, and fills me up and that's what matters to me here. read more

My first and last time I eat Chipotle. Ordered a burrito with chicken,,very small portion of dry tastless chicken.Beans were tastless.When the counter person "tried" to roll the burrito it tore and then he wrapped again over the old tortilla.I eneded up with a small protion of filling that was dry and except for hot salsa,had no taste. read more

I really like Chipotle I was never disappointed in a meal there until, that is, I went to this particular Chipotle. Honestly when they first opened they started out ok, the food was consistent with other Chipotles in the area. Not anymore. Over the course of the past three months they've just declined. On my second last visit the rice was still crunchy and there was enough liquid in the serving plan to totally ruin the burrito bowl. I also noticed the portion size had decreased. The last time I ate here (and btw I believe that it will be the LAST time I eat here) the first thing I noticed was that , even at prime lunch time, the serving dishes were seriously low on food. This means that when they literally scraped the bottom of the pepper and onion dish I ended up with a skimpy, over cooked spoonful. The portion size of the other bowl items, even the shredded lettuce, was no better. To make matters worse both the black beans and the rice were woefully under seasoned, no taste whatsoever. So, for my second visit in a row I threw out half of my lunch. Don't get me wrong. I still love Chipotle, just not this one. The food is much better at the Mt. Hope and Pittsford locations so, if you can, try those instead. I thought Chipotle had better quality control. I guess not. read more

I like This location bc I get good customer service every time, however on more than one occasion I've had to wait over 10m for chicken. This time is was both rice and chicken. Not for nothing I don't feel like waiting that long for such a common ingredient. At this point it's slightly ridiculous. Then bc it's all Rushed the chicken isn't cut thoroughly. Get it together guys. It makes me consider going elsewhere. read more

Not bad, but not great. The service was fast and friendly, food was ok. Ingredients were good enough but seemed to have limited options. Not very many toppings, vegetables, sauces, etc. For how expensive this place is you'd expect to have endless options. Probably won't be returning. read more

DO NOT order online from the location. They make the order on a separate food station that apparently is not stocked the same as the primary line. The food is cold and the sour cream is hot and runny. This is horrible!! Also, do not bother to order and pay for extra meat..I did not even receive as much food as a regular order placed in the restaurant. Oh yeah....I requested a 6:30 pick up time and still waited for 5 minutes to receive this crap. read more

I love Chipotle. Let me start out and state that. I will go to Chipotle probably once a week, sometimes more, and I just absolutely love it. This is a review for this particular Chipotle. I have received terrible service here on several occasions. The second to last time I came here I had to wait while the cashier cashed out a bunch of other people while I was patiently waiting to pick up my online order. I was nearly cut off by another online order who showed up after me. Finally I had to speak up. It was insanely rude. On several occasions I have received stale chips. What is wrong with this place? Stale chips? Don't you throw away old chip bags? No. They give them away. I wonder how long those chips were sitting there... There's never enough meat. On anything I ever get. I always either just deal with it or ask for extra meat. You can see this can get costly going to Chipotle as frequently as I do. This last time I went really sealed the deal for me. This location is the worst in the Rochester Area. First off, they ran out of guacamole. Now, I ordered online, so they were aware I ordered guacamole at least 25 minutes before I was present to pick it up (the bowls weren't even ready when I got there, btw. I said I'd be there at 8:15 for pick up and I arrived at 8:20). Okay great. No guacamole. Not a huge deal. But when I finally got the bowl back to my workplace for my lunch, there was SO MUCH LETTUCE on top of everything you'd think I ordered a salad. There was more lettuce than rice. Not only that, but the steak was cold, lukewarm at best. Don't go to this Chipotle. Bad service, bad people, bad food. Go to the one in Pittsford. They have the best employees and they're so friendly. I've also never had a problem with my food at that location. read more

Very inconsistent portion sizes compared to my usual chipotle on mount hope. Still delicious but the portions seem smaller

I've been to a bunch of chipotle, but this location skimps on ingredients, I ordered two tacos, the dude puts a teaspoon amount of pulled pork on them both. I said "dude really? Can you put a little more on there?" He tells me no, this is how much you get. If you want to pay more......I was about to walk out when another employee saw him arguing with me and added a little more. I'm like wtf dude? Then I make the mistake of adding guacamole to both. She puts a tablespoon full on each which was enough for each taco. Two bucks a piece for Guacamloe, but half the amount you would get in a burrito or a bowl. So for $9.61 I got two tacos. I think the cheap bastards at corp should change the pricing for different portions. I wonder if they know the difference between a taco and a burrito? read more

We enjoy going here whenever we shop at the plaza....The food is tasty and cheap considering what is cheap anymore in this world....Anyway we enjoy the food and my wife loves the salad, she always says she's going to try another dish, but then orders the salad again....I love anything they have....The ice cold Mexican beer is a fine way to wash down the great food and I just love it....The salsa bar is way cool and we love the self serve refreshment machine....Here's my only complaint....PLEASE STOP THE SHOUTING OF "WELCOME TO MOE'S" every freaking time someone walks in....The lack of sincerity by the staff is understandable given the fact they are forced to shout this out a million times a day, I know it would drive me nuts to have to say it if I had to work there....This makes the dinning experience a lot less enjoyable at least to me....I think a welcome to Moe's how can I help you when you're ordering would be just fine I think.... read more

Not impressed with the kids menu. Cheese quesadilla was missing cheese and the quesadilla itself was tough to chew.

Places like this will kill Mcdonalds. The food is quick, delicious and seemingly actually healthy for you! The only minus is a drive thru and parking can be a little tough during lunch and dinner, but the food makes the wait worth while. They actually handle group orders by fax and do a decent job if you are ordering for the office. read more

This chipotle branch is ABSOLUTELY disappointing. They always screw up my bill. I ordered only 1 burrito and I was charged twice and they did that twice. I will NEVER go there again. The cashier was not good at the job or the manager needs to hire a better cashier. The food is always great at Chipotle so I prefer to go to a different branch. read more

This chipotle is the biggest dump in town. Good luck finding a place to sit that doesn't have beans and rice scattered all over the table and chairs. When you get there be prepared to wait in line for 20 mins while the employees re-wrap everyone's burrito. If you order a burrito you can count on them overstuffing it and ripping it EVERY SINGLE TIME. And then they will ask if you want them to double wrap it or re-wrap it. Since making it over again because they ruined it IS NOT AN OPTION. So I hope you like 2 tortillas. Now that you have your tortilla burrito and you are seated at your filthy table you can remove the tin foil and watch the insides pour out all over your hands. HOW DO PEOPLE THAT MAKE BURRITOS ALL DAY NOT KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CAN FIT INSIDE ONE OF THEIR BURRITOS??? Place is a joke. ZERO STARS. I've made the mistake of giving this place several chances.
