I got the Pizza box deal in January to take to my Grand kids in Kent NY. I ordered the Pizza with extra sauce. I picked my order up and drove to Kent. I love the ninja turtles, so shoutout to that lady I am very sorry that I don't remember her name. One salad is 7 dollars which, but unlimited salad is 9 dollars, I don't understand that, why not just get rid of the singular salad option? Or make it more appropriately priced. While the delivery services and carry out options are wonderful at this location, the lunch buffet is where it is at. The pizza buffet at this location is the best of the few remaining Rochester area locations. The pizza is always hot and usually has a good amount of options. Other than pizza, they have a salad bar, cinnamon sticks, breadsticks, and two different kinds of pasta. The staff here is also very friendly and personable. Maybe my review is biased by the fact that I'm a lifelong Pizza Hut lover, who is still mourning the loss of all of our Huts in the Buffalo area, who randomly stumbled on this Pizza Hut while in Brockport for a sports tournament for our kid?? Even so, this Pizza Hut did not disappoint!! We pulled into the parking lot to eat at the burrito place in the plaza (Frankie Fresh, also very good), only to be immediately distracted by the big red roof!! Since we already had lunch plans, we came back later to order takeout to bring home to Buffalo. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful, as it had been a while since I'd seen a Pizza Hut menu. We went with the Big Dinner Box, which the friendly counter worker pointed out as the current best deal. At just $24 you get two 8-slice rectangle pizzas and two sides. We went with breadsticks and cheesy breadsticks. After ordering, our food was ready in about fifteen minutes. They accidentally put cinnamon sticks and regular breadsticks in the Big Box, so gave us a second box of cheesy breadsticks on the side. So SCORE, FREE cinnamon sticks!! We had a nice chat with a couple other staffers on the way out, about how other Buffalonians make the trek to this Brockport Pizza Hut when they need their Hut fix, haha. I loaded our food into my trunk (note: the Big Box is indeed BIG, it took up nearly half my trunk!) and headed home to the 716. Of course the pizza had cooled by the time we got there, but Pizza Hut pies heat up so nicely in the over or toaster oven, even the microwave. Everything was abundant and delicious, with that Hut-taste that Pizza Hut does so consistently well across its stores. I've hear rumblings that Pizza Huts are coming back to the Buffalo area, but until they do, it is comforting to know that this well-run and friendly Pizza Hut in Brockport is not too far away for when we can't wait any longer. This was my first and last experience at this location. My bf called and placed an order. The employee barely spoke English and became frustrated at my bf for making him repeat himself. Anyways the guy said it would be 15-20 minutes. So we got there to pick up the food and I went in and the employee was rude. He never even said hi, just what's the name. I told him the name and he said there was no order under that name then he interrupted me when I began to explain what my bf had ordered and said what's the name... again. At this point my entire attitude changed and I repeated my bf name. Then he asked for the phone number and I gave it to him... still nothing. The next thing he said was "ok sorry have a goodnight." DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO TAKE MY ORDER AFTER ALL OF THAT! Never again. Secondly, who the hell took the order? Thank god we didn't pay over the phone. read more

Sometimes, probably once a year, i get the weird craving for Pizza Hut and just like another reviewer said "some pizza huts are good and some are bad." This Pizza Hut was very good. Everything cooked well, ready in a quick timeframe, and fairly decent price. See you in a year! read more

Came here to get food well over an hour to them closing. I was told I could only place a pick up order. The guy was rude and made us walk all the way over to him at the counter rather than at the sign that reads wait here. Looking at the poor score it doesn't suprise me. read more

Bread sticks and Cinnamon sticks are great. However I find it quite disgusting that when staff members are putting toppings on Pizzas they are not wearing gloves and using bare hands. I understand it goes the Pizza oven to be cooked so you "potentially" kill off the germs but still that's very disgusting. read more

I have found that there is quite a difference in the quality of the food from one Pizza Hut to another but of the ones that I have experienced in this area the Brockport location is my favorite. The food is as it should be... Chain restaurant quality. The place needs a severe renovation. And the staff always seems like they have no idea what is going on. Horrible management.... Long wait times for a very slow place. Go to dominoes. You'll get better everything there and here just up the street. One good thing is the wing street wings are pretty awesome. read more

Very disappointing experience last Friday evening. Took almost a half hour to order one cheese pizza (on hold and spoke with several people before order was placed). Delivery time was going to be 1 hour, 20 minutes. Called back to pick up instead, and talked to a rude employee (after waiting another 10 minutes!). I was placed on hold and waited 15 minutes to talk to the manager. After calling back, I finally spoke with the manager who ended up telling me that they were running out of everything and had to cancel my order. He did offer me a credit, but it was too little, too late. I wasted almost an hour and at the end of the ordeal, still had hungry kids. Called another local pizza joint and had a delicious pizza delivered in 30 minutes- no hassles. UPDATE- Used my credit tonight and had a much better experience- quick to place order and deliver. Delivery person was polite and curteous- pizza was what to expect from pizza hut- just decent. read more
