Great customer service! I went and got a bowl to go, and upon asking for a little more rice, they did with no questions asked! I also asked for a little more chicken in the bowl, and was given extra without being charged double! This is what it's all about!! Will be back! Edited** WAS charged for extra chicken... thought they were giving a decent amount, but the "double" chicken they gave, wasn't even close to a normal portion. I noticed they had made a burrito bowl instead of a burrito so I brought it to someone's attention. This is where things went south. One of the employees asked what the issue was so I told her and she rolled her eyes at me. She then asked if I wanted the bowl and I declined since it wasn't what I had ordered, she rolled her eyes again. Food is standard Chipotle, but it's the lack of customer service that will make me drive to another Chipotle. Employees at this Chipotle clearly don't want to be there and it shows. From walking into this chipotle on July 5 2025, [[HIGHLIGHT]]every table with one or two exceptions was absolutely filthy, covered in trash and old food. The floor was equally as filthy, covered in old food and garbage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I even at one point saw a mushroom, which i believe isn't even on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a very unappetizing atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We then experienced slow and rude service. The server/cashier ridiculed our choice of order and consistently made dismissive rude remarks. The food also looked to be old. We had planned to get chips and guac but after seeing how old the guacamole looked we were no longer interested. Another server, who put together the orders, carelessly scooped the food in a way that made for a product with some ingredients all at one end and others at the other, in a way that it was very unappetizing. At the end, when we asked to order drinks, the original rude server ripped the receipt off the machine in an aggressive manner. And did not even bother to give us an updated receipt. While the food was mostly edible, we will NEVER return to this location. And while we enjoy other chipotle locations, in the future we may consider Qdoba or other chains. Experiences like this leave a lasting impact on the perception of the whole brand. It's my understanding that chipotle would like to be a middle ground between fast food and a sit down restaurant. Don't bother coming here; it's a headache on all levels. I don't know who owns this place but, they need to start caring about the staff in here. Barbacoa is the way to go. Always. The line here is usually still short when I get here around 1:15-1:30 on weekdays, but once I'm seated, the line is almost at the door. So I'd recommend arriving here on your lunch breaks before 1:30. Even then, the line goes super quickly. Their guac is nothing special, but if you go to "guachunter.com" and play the game of spotting differences between two pictures, you get a Chipotle coupon for free chips and guac! It's worth it if you're bored and craving some free food. read more
