Ordered kid quesadilla for my kid. All i got was a quesadilla with no sides no chip no drink.

Staff was more occupied fooling around each-other then noticing they were low or empty on half of their ingredients. Actually had no onions/peppers left and when I asked about them the worker said onion/peppers asap. Guess he's tough? There's a Caucasian dude that doesn't know the difference between the salsas. Asked for medium, he gave me mild. Told him he put the wrong one, he put it on top of the mild. Asked for a new bowl, and the brother gave me mild again. The struggle. On top of all that, none of the employees seem to care about ingredients mixing. Then I am told I can wait in line and still receive the food which I ordered from online. Pathetic. If your system is offline then why doesn't any competent staff member report this and remove your store from the online ordering. 12/27 I placed an online order to be ready at 4:20. I received a confirmation. I arrived at 4:20 to a locked door with a handwritten no saying "sorry closed at 4". I knocked on the door and a girl came and said we are closed. I said I placed an order online. How can you accept orders if you are closed? I was told to go online and get a refund. I have had multiple issues with this location and ordering online or through the app. My food is either never ready or I am told to get in line and reorder my meal in person. I stopped in mid afternoon with my starving 8 year old. There was no one in line and 3 people behind the counter. I stood there and waited for the two younger boys to finish their conversation. Then when they finally noticed me waiting for them I asked if I can get a chicken quesadilla. They told me I needed to go order it online. Their were two associates chatting away upfront while I'm waiting to be addressed at the start of the service line. Upon walk in the store has a weird layout but it relatively clean. There's not many inside customers but a rack full of online orders. There's also plenty of workers too. The first girl was nice, quick and smiling when she took the order. The girl in the second station seemed angry and rolled her eyes during the order. That explains why everyone orders online. I ordered a burrito and it was mainly filled with rice which was a little bland. The other toppings were fine, nothing special. The tortilla tasted frozen. The price is pretty high at around $9 for a chicken burrito. Any other meat is an up charge. Guacamole is about $3 more if you want that as well. read more

This is a new Chipotle location. I am not sure when it opened, but it cannot be more than a few weeks. Going to a restaurant right after it opens usually makes me nervous, but the place seemed like it has been open for a long time. The dining area was buzzing, full with customers housing Mexican food. Although there were about 10 people in line ahead of us, the staff churned through the line, quickly making burritos, tacos, etc. with a smile and no mistakes. I had chicken tacos on soft corn tortillas. Very tasty as usual. My only complaint with this location was that it gets packed at lunch and there is not enough seating, so if you plan on eating there, get in there early. read more

This was hands down the worst chipotle I have ever been in in my life. It's actually unbelievable. First of all, I'm very low maintenance with restaurants. My husband and I went here for lunch and there was a huge line and moving slow. Whatever though, lunch time. Fine. Get to the first employee, and I requested brown rice. I immediately noticed that there was food everywhere on the counter but again, whatever. Apparently the employee said that they were out of brown rice but was talking so low and just...staring at me? I again said "I'm sorry I didn't hear you" and he repeated it again exactly as low if not lower. I had to look at my husband like "omg I cannot hear a thing he is saying" Also we went there at noon...there was no way that they were out of rice but rather just too lazy to get more. Skip all the terrible service as we went down the line when we got to the end the girl said "$18.50 and I gave her my card, she ran it, and then, after not being able to print a receipt and not apologizing said "your total is $10.50"...to which I replied..."how?" Because I had just paid $18.50. For two bowls. Anyway she said it forgot a bowl and whatever. They packed up our stuff to go even though we said we were eating in. We left. The garbage cans on the way out were like a humongous outside dump. FOUR garbage cans OVERFLOWING with garbage on to the ground. I've never seen anything like it. Anyway. I absolutely love going to chipotle. When I'm looking for something fast, affordable, and delicious...this is my go-to. I have been going to this location since It first opened a few years ago. Overall the quality has stayed fairly consistent over the years. I will say that your experience will definitely depend on the time of day you choose to go here. I usually see this place the most crowded on Thursday and Friday nights. The line will stretch all the way to the door in front of the restaurant. If you go when it's very busy, expect your food to be slapped on your bowl or tortilla and you may get a smaller portion. One time I had over cooked vegetables which put a damper on my meal. Also keep an eye on your order, because when it gets hectic in there it is easy for your order to be confused with someone else's. There is plenty of parking in the lot out front. read more

Chipotle has great food .The review is excellent.The food smells so yummy.The portions are not too much or too little. There are even lines for the food on the weekends.So people love it. There are high chairs, sofas,and the lights are perfect. The seating is all comfy and soft .The music is so jazzy.So people are so busy with eating delicious food. When I looked at the crispy tacos my mouth watered.And they were tasty .The tacos were made of cut down tomatoes and lettuce . Overall, I can say I had a good experience coming to this place. This is a relativity new location so expect it to be crowded with newcomers from the area (especially around lunchtime). When I was there last it was very crowded and the staff was working very quickly. I only had to wait in line three minutes at the most. I ordered the chicken burrito, nothing fancy. It was poorly wrapped so all the innards were leaking as I was eating; however, an employee noticed and offered to re-wrap it for me. They even gave me a coupon for a free chips and guac. I loveee chipotle. I always get the bowl. Here's some great tips to get the most out of your buck: Get the bowl with half chicken and half steak (you get twice the meat!) Ask to get a tortilla on the side (so you can build your own burrito). Ask for extra rice, and if you like beans, get half and half of the black and pinto. If you're in the mood for guacamole, ask for them to put it on the side, as well as sour cream ( You get a lot more!). By the time you're done building your order, you'll have enough food to eat chipotle twice, for the price of a steak bowl! read more
