Although this location does a very large amount of business it is still clean & one of my favorite spots for a brunch or lunch. I would like to bring the spotlight to two young lady professionals Raven has exceptional communication, customer service, sales skills and she is passionate about taking care of her customers. I always feel special when she is on shift. Also manager Rachel is a talented leader that has the skills and personality to go very hard in the leadership area of the restaurant industry. I ordered ahead so I could just come and pick it up. I'm standing here 35 minutes later and they can't get me my food. I've watched 30 people go through the line and get their food ahead of me. I asked if one of them could serve me since I've been here so long and they refused. So instead all of these people that ordered long after I did get their food while I sit here and wait. Conveniently the survey QR code was missing from the receipt and neither bowls had their usual stickers I asked for light rice but they also went light on the chicken, beans pico and cheese. This is also the 3rd time where light beans were given likely because the other person's order asked for it. Please read the order! Also the other person requested extra fajita veggies. Food is good. But multiple times had to overly wait. Staff will tell you 10 mins and 20 mins later they completely forget about you. Also on multiple occasions have gone in about an hour and a half prior to close and they refuse to make chipotle chicken for the rest of the night. I got the chipotle honey chicken bowl here to go yesterday, May 2nd. It was so burnt and dry and chewy. It was inedible. I picked around it but threw the chicken in the garbage! I got there and they informed me there was a really big order they were working on. Ok....why is that my problem? I love chipotle but this is easily one of the worst locations i have been to. Before moving to the Grapevine area, I would eat at my hometown Chipotle 2 times a week for their tasty, well-portioned, and fairly cheap food. Since moving to the area 2 months ago, I've been only 2 times and will not be back. This location has bland and mis-portioned food, unfriendly staff, and do not know how to wrap a burrito. My normal burrito ratio 0.5-2-1-1 (meat-rice-beans-lettuce) and this location hit me with 0.5-0.5-2-1. Both times I've gotten a burrito closer to a bean-salad wrap than a Chipotle burrito. This is all to mention that both times I've gone, my burrito has fallen apart before biting in. And no, I don't get double on anything and would say my burrito is average size. read more

Where all chains are not the same, I have found that Chipotle are very consistent. This store did a great job (like most)! Even though there was a BOGO special, with a steady line of about 20 people moving up, things flowed quickly! Better still, they didn't run out of anything!!! We get the Bowls, chicken for my wife and steak for me. They always give me extra meat (when I ask) at no additional cost, as well as extra cheese (can one ever get too much cheese!?!?). Love the fact that you basically can create you own bowl as you go down the line. They also have Organic Lemonade (and 3 other non-Lemonade flavors) available. The lemonade was good, in a different sort of a way, a little tart. The whole team was friendly, helpful and worked quickly to build our bowls. " Reliable good food, served very fast " After a quick stop at the nearby stores, I dropped in for a quick lunch at Chipotle in Southlake. This location is fair sized with soaring high ceilings, an industrial decor theme, floor to ceiling windows and a large patio. Great Comfort aside, covid precautions were abound - masked staff, sanitizer, social distancing. I like Chipotle as it is reliable, good food that is usually served very fast and today was no exception. I had a Carnitas bowl ($7.75) with pork carnitas and grilled chicken ($2.35 extra) adding double the protein. I started with a bed of romaine lettuce and tried the new cilantro lime cauliflower rice ($2 extra). Really enjoyed my creation but I wouldn't order the cauliflower rice again, the thick extra large chunks of cauliflower are too big - and when mixed with the sauce it is just a soupy blobby non-rice mimicking mush, so I'll skip that next time! Now don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of cauliflower rice; I purchase varieties at grocery stores and Costco all the time; they kind of try to appear like rice and do it well. - Chipotle's just isn't it. BUT, yes but...if you forget about the cauliflower, the bowl was phenomenal! Absolutely fresh, delicious and tasty!!! Staff were very courteous and quick; the sense of urgency was visible and I appreciated that as I only had 20 minutes for lunch. I sat down chowing on my bowl while the sounds of the kitchen grill and contemporary pop were pleasant to my ears; I found myself occasionally staring at the industrial wooden and metallic Inuit art on the wall across my seat. It has a story and the piece looks great; wouldn't have it in my house but I can imagine a legendary tale or two behind the character... ah! and here I take one last sip of my Diet Coke as I got to run and head out! $14 and 18 minutes later, Southlake Chipotle was a great, quick and very pleasant lunch experience; will definitely be back! read more

ordered 5 barbacoa bowls and was charged for extra barbacoa, only to be told that they put extra on the plate. I never asked for it, but yet they charged me. Also, we made it easy for them by having the same items on all the bowls (tomato, sour cream and lettuce). They still managed to botch it up and one of the bowls had no lettuce. To top it off, the rice was UNCOOKED. Just a heads up for others. Also, each location seems to have their own rules. This location gave free medium salsa in the small plastic containers. I eat chipotle frequently but this location is always a miss. All but one time I've placed an order through the app the workers here claim they don't receive it. They'll keep you standing around for 20 minutes after telling you multiple times they'll make your order. Seriously, WTF?? For christ's sake fix your garbage online ordering system or shut it down. This one in SouthLake gave me two bowls today with 1/2 of the proportion that other branches use. Two of their bowls are one bowl at a typical chipotle. I mentioned it to all members there.
