I used the mobile app to let the restaurant know about the mistake and almost immediately received a text from Tyler letting me know they had credited us for the two missing sides. Mistakes happen, especially on a busy Friday night, but great customer service is all about how you respond--and Te'Jan handled it perfectly. Note: I'd also recommend checking along with the other vendors in Harvest Hall; Harvest Hall itself is a really charming place in the charming town that is Grapevine.
