I participated in a sandwich-for-money transaction at Jersey Mike's Subs. The transaction was very efficient, and not drawn out by unnecessary words or actions. I made my selection, specified some minor alterations to the ingredients, and watched as my sandwich was assembled. There was quick and effortless transfer of money at the check-out station, and I was on my way, sandwich in hand. The sandwich itself was adequate for the function of relieving hunger. I would not consider it a particularly tasty sandwich, but there was nothing wrong with it - a functional sandwich, efficiently made, for a fair price. read more

It pains me to rate this local establishment as I did since I know that their business is hurting because of the never-ending nearby road construction. I want to like it. We arrived at an off hour when no one else was in line to order. Easy enough. Lots of the deli type sandwiches sounded good. After placing our order, we looked for a seat so that we could eat there. Most tables were unoccupied, but all were dirty....covered with crumbs or worse. Remnants of past meals were evident on chairs and the floor as well. We cleared our own space and settled in. Sandwiches were quickly prepared and delivered. He liked his Philly Cheesesteak a lot. I was not so happy with my similar Philly Chicken sandwich. The cheesy dressing was overbearing and unpleasant to my taste buds, as well as to my stomach later. Drinks are expensive. The cup for water was very small. We watched as one of the cooks/order takers came from behind the counter. I expected that he might clean up the dirty tables, but sadly he only went to get himself a large drink and returned to wait for more customers. One would think that one of the three employees would have cleaned up while there were no other customers there. read more

This is the second time I've walked in 1 hour before closing and they've said they ran out of bread. They had a pickup order ready and asked if that was mine. So, I guess that person got the last bread (coincidentally) or they were lying and actually threw the bread out cause they didn't want to make any more sandwiches less than an hour before closing. read more

Jersey Mike's in Colleyville is the best! They opened their doors 5-10 early and let me pick up my large order for a Noon business meeting. On my online order I had requested plates. I didn't realize they normally don't provide those, but the staff went out of their way to pick up some at Walmart to include with my order. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike's but this last visit today was ridiculous, very poor customer service and cold sub (supposed to be hot). We walked in about 8:25pm and they close at 9, everything had just about been packed up. The worker gave us a very disgruntled look and long sigh when we ordered two subs. Her and her coworker then proceeded to sloppily make our subs, and when ringing us up tried to pack it as if it was to go then gave another sigh when we said it was for here. We waited 20 minutes for two sub sandwiches! It was terrible. They were not busy. I had two kids with me and it was awful. The person making sandwiches did not know what hey we're doing and even after complaining now nothing was done. It was not quick but it also was not the experience I had four months ago, so I'm updating my review to four stars. This is a very good, if not the best sandwich shop in town! I love the way treated every single time! There always playing nice music, they have nice decor, and above all I've never been disappointed here. It was not a stellar day this time. I had a coupon, so despite being by myself, I ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. The staff acted like it was the first time one person went in to get a to go order for more than one person. Anyway, I put in my order and the cashier was new. So the coupon was a mystery. So the trainer comes over and she asks me what I ordered; #2 Favorite and #9 Club Supreme. So she tells the cashier which buttons to push and I pay the bill. I'm handed my two cups and get the drinks. They finally call my name and hand me a bag...with only one sandwich. I ask about the other sandwich and bedlam ensues as they (the ENTIRE staff) (primarily the trainer who basically had to tell the cashier which buttons to push get my moaney) try to figure out which sandwich I have and which one I need. Turns out I need the club. So one of the sandwich builders gets busy and asks me what bread i want. SERIOUSLY? and do I want bacon on my (wait for it) CLUB sandwich! Uh, at J Mikes...that's what MAKES it a CLUB SANDWICH. Otherwise it would just be a roast beef and turkey! That whole fiasco added 10mins to my visit. Now 10mins isn't really a lot of time, unless you only have 45 mins for work and with it being 10mins to and then 10mins from plus the 10mins it should have taken plus the extra 10mins. Do the math. My friend and I only had 5 mins to eat. read more

I don't know who these negative reviewers are, but I've always had a great experience at Jersey Mike's Colleyville. The quality of the food, the service, and the environment are WAY more important to me than whether or not their Apple Pay was down for some reason! Great food and friendly employees! read more

This is my second time at this location. It just opened. So I cannot attest to all of the subs yet, but the two different subs that I have tried were good. I do like that your meat and cheeses are real and is sliced fresh to order and not pre-cut sitting around for goodness knows how long. A fresher approach and you can taste it. The bread is fresh, as in other restaurants but there is something different here, taste. The fresh taste is throughout the sub. From the red tomatoes, the crisp green lettuce and white onions, it all taste fresh. Unlike at a competitor where the lettuce isn't always fresh, in fact at the other guys sub place that I used to go, regularly it tastes like it is covered with a preservative. Again, not like that here. I was impressed with the Fresh Taste and enjoyed my sub. The only reason I am giving them 3 and not 4 stars is that both days I had problems with checking out. I hope it is just opening growing pangs. The employees were friendly though. I am looking forward to my next trip to Jersey Mike's. read more

I have been going to Jersey Mike's since they opened up in the DFW area. My experience has usually been very good although they seem to skimp on slicing the meat and cheeses. They try to make the cuts as thin as they can get them (paper thin); come on man! Put some meat on the sandwich! I have visited this location about half a dozen times since it opened. The bread at this location seems too crusty and hard. At other Jersey Mike's locations the bread is not like that. I don't think I will be back to this location. Miss me some Which Wich. read more
