Super easy. Came in at 6 pm on 5/2, they had plenty of staff and food prepared and ready. The workers were super personable and hospitable. It was also a smooth and seamless process of ordering food and gave great portions. Very nice & great new location in MILLWOOD. Chicken Al Pastor was very well sauced, moist & delicious. I always go easy on the rice, beans and cheese but love to add the fajita veggies. Their guacamole is excellent too! Staff were very friendly & helpful. Ladies restroom was very clean. I would definitely return. read more

Ordered to go, this isn't the first time I've been to this location. We all know what to expect from majority of chipotle chains by now so that is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of anything less. The inside lobby was clean, the staff was nice but quiet but they probably just started their shift since they opened 30 mins prior to my arrival. Anyway, I ordered 2 barbacoa burritos, one pinto and one black bean, both with white rice, sour cream, cheese, and salsa. They burritos were definitely a hefty size so that was great since it does cost a defent amount for these items($11.40 each). I don't mind paying $12 for a burrito though these days honestly as long as I get what I'm paying for and I did this time! I would have given 5 stars but the burritos were not marked with anything but a 2 on one burrito, I'm assuming this is saying 2 of the same type of meat in the burritos? That doesn't help me though since we didn't get the same exact filling so I had to open one which made it hard to close the burrito back up neatly. The other reason for not 5 stars is my burrito had all of the meat in the first few bites and the rest was rice, I'm not going to give a bad review on one visit since the burrito was still filling and the staff was nice BUT this is also what I expect from chipotle restaurants anymore . I feel a burrito with meat should have meat throughout not just a few bites (see my pics). A bonus they have at chipotle is they have Pibb soda and iykyk . If I'm craving a pibb soda I will literally go to chipotle and of course will grab some food too. I like this location better than the other ones I've been in because it is more consistent, clean, and modern looking, also usually not super busy. P.S i toasted the outside of my burrito when I got home, not sure that they will do that there but I don't like how soggy the tortilla gets when it's wrapped in foil so I toast mine now. Never once has my order been right and I always get ripped off! The person who gave me my food last nice was super nice but it never fails my order is always wrong and I get shorted........every single time. I recently placed a $443 catering order for 25 people. The food came on time and the driver was friendly; however, when it arrived, the fajita veggies were missing. I called the store but was routed to an overseas call center. The rep clearly didn't know how to help--after a long hold, he returned only to tell me he still didn't have an answer. I asked to be routed directly to the local store instead of being put on hold yet again. The morning manager offered to comp me a bowl, which didn't help cover the food I'd ordered for 25 people. He then offered to deliver veggies more than an hour after lunch would be over. I finally agreed only because no other compensation seemed likely, but then he said he'd rather speak with his GM and Field Manager first to see if they had another compensation option. He took my name and number, but I never heard back from anyone. That afternoon, I went to the store myself. The GM wasn't in, no one had answers, no apologies were ever made, and one worker told me the veggies were free and I "didn't pay for them anyway." "You only paid for the protein, rice, and beans." For a large order, the poor communication, lack of problem-solving, and lack of accountability, my experience was extremely disappointing. It's been nearly two weeks and I still have not received a call from anyone in the store. read more

What a dismal experience! Decided to give them a try and was let down. Guess that's what I get for buying Mexican food from a chain restaurant. We had never been to Chipotle before. Had a gift card and decided to try it a couple of weeks ago around 3:30. The steam table was a mess, there was little food. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting all day. Decided not to eat and try again a different day. Went in today at 4:00. Steam table looked the same. We decided to order and my wife asked if there was enough food for our meals. The employee said yes like we were insane. Ordered a couple of bowls. When I ordered spicy chicken she ran out and asked if she could substitute regular chicken after telling us there was enough for our meals! She scraped the dreggs of brown rice and had to go retrieve some more from out of sight. We weren't offered peppers and onions because the bin was empty. Not a good 1st impression and won't be giving Chipotle a 3rd chance. read more
