Yep only half of it so it was either combination of two different batches or just not cooked well. The amount of protein MUCH less any other chipotle would give you. Maybe half. We stood in line for 2-3 minutes when we walked in, even though there was no one in front of us and there were numerous employees there, Then, one person showed up and had to work the whole line by herself, so took another 5 minutes to get my family's orders completed. 2. My child ordered a small chips and queso to go with her kid's meal. They gave her the chips, but no queso. When I went back to get the queso, the cashier said I had to pay another $2 because I didn't have the receipt. I've been to this one 3 times because I only occasionally work in town and forget that it sucks. The first two were app orders and both times they forgot an ingredient. One time it was guac - which is like $5 so that's a pretty big thing to leave out and not let me know or offer any other recompense than the chipotle app itself. The second time it was THE MEAT. I drove to the location and got here around 11:58am and the order wasn't ready. When I approached the cashier to ask about it, she told me that they didn't get my order because their system was down. The funny thing is that my coworker placed his order about five minutes after I placed my mobile order and his food was already waiting to be picked up. The lady, instead of apologizing and asking what my order was to make it, told me I'd have to go to the back of the line (about 12 people deep as it's lunch time). This is an example of terrible customer service. No apology for their mistake or any real effort to make the situation right. Just a flat "our system is down so you'll have to go to the back of the line." And this is why I go to Freebirds way more often. read more

This location is conveniently located right off I35, so decided to stop here for lunch after a few work meetings and get some food before driving back to Austin. Place was pretty busy, and the line to order was outside the door. They had about 4/5 folks working the food assembly line, but for some reason the line moved extremely extremely slow. I've been limiting my chipotle visits recently because the quality and service has gone way down at every location I've been to, and this one was no different. Portion sizes are way smaller (even when I get double protein), the ingredients don't taste as fresh, and the service isn't usually that friendly. My husband and I haven't been to Chipotle in 2+ years so we decided to grab lunch here the other day. We ordered 2 bowls and 2 large drinks. I love Chipotle and usually enjoy my chicken bowl. This visit was a huge disappointment. The brown rice was hard and crunchy which pretty much ruined the entire bowl since the rice is on the very bottom of all the other ingredients and I mixed all the ingredients together before taking my 1st bite.
