Tasty Chicken tenders, but Inefficient ordering process! I don't order fast food very often - and for good reason. My niece is here visiting and she is a chicken nuggie - She is sick so I'm indulging her tonight and MAN this place is Packed yall.... I pull up and I'm unclear of the ordering process!! It Says Mobile Drive Thru. But it's Pointing in Both Directions, there are THREE drive thru lanes and there is ONE guy covering two of the lanes (more on that later) I drove all the way up to the front of this lane and flag down an employee to let her know that I had no way of ordering (the kiosk did not ask me if I wanted to place my order ) She informed me that it was too cold out so the employees were not taking orders outside, so I would have to pull BACK around and try again. We just went inside. When I was leaving I noticed the signs on TOP of and over the drive thru rows separating mobile from Drive Thru. (It was Dark and I was coming in from the side so I wasn't looking UP). So Mission Accomplished- but it was a SMIDGE frustrating gett'n the job done!! read more

I pulled up to place my order in the outside lane. The tall slender young man taking orders, walked up to my car and stopped 3' in front of my car while counting money. He didn't make eye contact at all when he said, please pull up. I said no thank you and drove off, I always feel I'm part of a cattle call when going thru your drive thru. Most often, people have the good or drink hanging outside of the window as if signaling for me to hurry up. Your customer service is lacking, my opinion of course. read more

Second visit in a month I do no recommend. Inside seems very dis functional on how you order . Very dirty location including restrooms, tables were not wiped down either. The condiments were not stocked. The spicy sandwiches seemed overcooked or fried in dirty oil. read more

Again a terribly long wait with orders being taken in the incorrect order with cars in front of me waiting to order and blocking the line from moving. I love CFA when my food is done RIGHT, when the service is BEYOND the extra mile, and when I feel like I'm actually eating at a restaurant and not a fast food joint. There are moments when I'm satisfied with my experience at CFA N 31st, and then there are others where I'm wondering if all these team members are just having a bad day? There always seems to be something wrong with my order. I'm not being picky, I just know what's expected of CFA and what their standards are. I'll mention today only. Walked in at about 10:20am to grab to go since the drive thru was backed up and Brady took my order. He was kind, knew exactly what he was doing, marked off all the boxes but he could smile a bit more. ALL of the team members @ N 31st could smile a bit more. Anyways, I ordered... 2 egg white grills (warm, not hot - you can tell they'd been sitting under the warmer for a while because the oil starts to show on the wrappers and the cheese is everywhere) 1 large chicken noodle soup (good) 1 order of hash browns (DID NOT RECEIVE - called and Brady said it will be replaced on my next visit) 1 large frosted coffee (okay - tasted like there wasn't enough coffee base, too much ice dream) Again, I enjoy my food when it's done right and when I walk out feeling like I didn't mind spending all that money (let's be real, CFA is on the pricey side when it comes to that gray area of it being a fast food place vs it being a restaurant). So I want to feel like I'm eating at a RESTAURANT because if the service I'm receiving makes me feel as if I'm at McD's then I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I've never had an issue with any chik fil a in over the last 10 years that I have been a patron with their establishments. However, today, during my drive thru experience I was terribly disappointed. I am unsure if the representative who took my order over the intercom and was told my a "manager in training" that they were unable to tell me their name. However, the individual taking my order did not have the most professional approach. After each item I requested, I was met with a "something else?" question... which doesn't seem "horrible" if you are reading this but it is off-putting as you are placing an order. There becomes this sense of "annoyance" or rushing or impatience when placing an order. At the end of the order, I unfortunately heard the employee sigh I'm a tone that appeared to have been annoyance. I requested a supervisor during the time but was told by the "manager in training" that they will listen to my complaint and pass it along. So I do not know if this establishment truly heard my concern. They offered me two brownies and cookies for subpar service which was considerate but my hope is that this experience is something that others don't deal with. I called today and requested to speak to their Operator; Shaylynn (name? Sp?) took my name and number and said she'd pass my message along to the Operator. Let's hope that happens. read more

Absolutely the worst one I have ever been too. It was a 20 minute wait. The truck two cars in front had to go park and wait for his food, I had to park and wait for my food, and the Car behind me had to as well. Then we watched 8 cars behind us get their food. The workers had no idea whose food was whose, running around lost. I came to Chick-fil-A because of it's amazing drive thru times instead of going to Whataburger, because I didn't want to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Next time I will stay loyal to Whataburger. This was not the standard that Chick-fil-A so proudly touts. I recommend corporate take a good look at this store. I visited this chick-fil-A like always do early morning before work. The service I received on 12/13/18 around 6:30am was the worse I've received from a chick-fil-a. Ordered two sandwiches, got to drive up window and they stated one of my sandwiches won't be available until about three minutes. The options were to order something else in it place or pull over. I asked what the options are and they had no response but to ask me to pull over and the guy (manager) will come by a take a revised order. The guy (manager)was rude in asking me to pull over . I had already given my debit card to another lady at the window so I had asked for it back before I pulled over. The manager interrupted me even as I asked for my card back rudely and dismissing to hear what I had to say without even giving me the option to just pick the one sandwich they had ready . All in the while rudely interrupting me over while the cashier lady gave me back my card. The manager had an iPad to say pull over and I will come take your order. He never came after about 5 minutes. I had to leave for work. I went back after work to order chicken strips for dinner and made a complaint to the afternoon shift manager. She was understanding and stated the name of the guy (manager) I had encountered was Steven and they've had several complaints from others about this guy. Food is Pretty much on point. I have had a lot of experiences with the manager at the drive-through window holding out my bag of food or drink like a dog. (come and get it). I don't know who trains these people but they definitely need to go back and get more training. There's no hello or how are you. The sad part about this whole situation is... i stopped here on a road trip with family and ordered a salad with grilled chicken because i have a gluten allergy. was given a salad with fried chicken and walked it back up to the counter and handed it to an employee who i told had an allergy and asked for it to be remade. she took it and brought me back a new salad and i checked it before getting in the car and it looked fine to me. halfway through eating the salad i bit into something crunchy and it was fried chicken. they did not make me a new salad even after i told them i had an allergy. i spat it out and rinsed my mouth with water to the best of my ability and within ten minutes started having a reaction. i am not posting this because i am angry, just rather as a heads up for others out there who have allergies. i have eaten at many chick fil as over the years as they do have gluten free options and never had an issue but i am definitely sick and drive through that area often and will not be stopping again. read more
