This location is pretty gross. There was stuff all over the floor in the back, the table where they put together the burritos was a nasty mess, and they dragged our food through it. And they are so stingy on the meat. I'm kind of shocked at the cleanliness given how clean most other restaurants are here. Ordered ahead to pick up at 6. Arrive I Resturant at 5:55. Told my order is up next. 10 minutes pass and I'm told they are waiting on the steak that's cooking. In the meantime I order a drink and was told I had to buy a large because they were out of the regular cups. I asked to get a large cup for the price of the regular and was told it was only 30 cents more. Can only sell large cups for large price. 5 more minutes pass and I asked where my order is in the queue. Cashier told me still waiting on the steak to be cooked. I asked to see the manager. The manager was the employee making the online app orders. I told her I want to cancel the order if she can't make "this right", I'd been waiting for an order for over 25 minutes. She said I had to cancel it on the app. I went to get my phone from the car and came back inside and was told my order was almost ready. I get on the app and search for a place to cancel. I got on the apps Chat. The chat told me my order couldn't be cancelled because it was fulfilled at 6:00 pm. It is now 30 minutes I've been waiting. Another customer came to the register and got his order and turned and told me he'd been waiting more than 30 minutes and should have just gone through the line. No employee apologized. Not one employee offered to substitute the steak. Our order was missing veggies and they were unable to fulfill the chimchuri sauce because they were out. And the manager that was getting the online app orders prepared was super slow and not making any effort to get orders out quickly nor help the customers waiting and standing around the register to understand what was happening. I also tipped on the app before my arrival. I'll never tip prior to pick up again. I'm beyond disappointed. A little communication would have gone a long way but ignoring the customers and turning backs to the customers wasn't very professional and only escalated the issues. read more

For over 20 years, Chipotle has been one of my favorite restaurants, but I just had one of the worst experiences at any Chipotle I've ever been to. First, they were out of all of the flavored drinks (I can't remember what they're called). When I went to sit down, only one table was clean. I had to use the restroom, which was occupied (I'm not complaining about that), so I had to wait. I hear the toilet flush and the door opens a minute later. The lady didn't wash her hands then I saw her preparing food! While I was eating, I had to spit out so much of the chicken due to fat and gristle that I didn't even finish my food. All this time, the Manager (or Team Leader, idk which) was standing by the Cashier, facing the tables, and they're still dirty. I really love Chipotle, but this may have ruined it for me. read more

Chipotle is one of those comfort foods I enjoy at least 2 times a month, sometimes I take a break and other times I indulge a little bit more chipotle than I usually do. I was staying at The Marriot that's within walking distance(72 steps away). I could have sworn I wrote a review for this Chipotle last time I was here but apparently I didn't and I've been to this location in 2021 as well as this time around(2023). Last time I was here I ordered a chicken bowl. The chicken bowl comes with your choice of meat, choice of rice and choice of beans, then you can choose what type of salsa and extras such as guacamole, grilled bell pepper and onions, shredded lettuce, roasted corn, sour cream and cheese, etc. I always order a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, the bell peppers and lettuce. It's my favorite comfort food, so absolutely delicious! The staff here is great and the location is clean. This time around I did get me a burrito with chicken, just lettuce and salsa, tasted delicious and put a smile on my face. One of the best things about chipotle is the organic lemonades/berry drinks. I've had all 3 flavors and they are absolutely delicious! I can't decide which one is my favorite but I do recommend them. Thank you Chipotle, you rock! read more

It's fresh, it's tasty and quick. Probably one of the healthiest fast food chain places you can go. Very little ultra processed foods. Is it the best taco in the world? Answer is no, but it is way better than any fast food joint out there. Absolutely give it a try if you have never been. This is the worst chipotle I've been to in my life. Been three times and every time there is multiple issues. Twice I ordered on the app both times I received chicken instead of steak on burritos, and received stale chips and disgusting queso on another order which also consisted of a burrito with lettuce that wasn't ordered and white rice instead of brown rice. The whole reason. I'm ordering on the App is because Chipotle is one of the few business around that still require useless face masks and I refuse to stand in line with a mask on, if I have to stand in line to correct my App order what is the point of the damn app? I'll just stop buying Chipotle until I can order without suffocating standing inside or I can order online and actually get the food I ordered. Also the chicken at this location has been chewy and gross the past two trips (even though I ordered steak the last time specially to avoid the chewy chicken from the trip before.) as well as the Mr. Pibb being out twice. I also don't understand why you can't order a Quesadilla in the store? Kids want a quesadilla so I have to order on the app and the order gets messed up so I have to stand in line to fix it anyway? I went in yesterday to get some food after having stopped by pet-land. Everyone is usually so kind and welcoming. However, the girl working on the line seemed to be in a terrible mood. It wasn't busy so that wasn't the reason as to why. It was me and a few other customers. The service here is absolutely terrible!! The manager just stands around micro managing her employees. She is not only rude to her own employees but to the customers as well. When I was ordering she stoped to tell the guy making my food that he was not allowed to add steak as a side, after I agreed to the up charge it would add. She then went on to yell at him and reprimand him In front of everyone very unprofessionally. Since that happened toward the end of 2023 i decided to come back in to give them another chance, unfortunately that was a mistake. I was ordering a quesadilla when she stepped in again and proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to order it with the toppings I asked for. This was confusing because the server making my food asked if I wanted those specific toppings, the lack of training is appalling. I have never eaten at a Chipotle before. I have been skeptical of it for years. Calling it "another taco bell" or "cheap mexican". But this location has changed my view and mind completely. The atmosphere here was extremely friedly and welcoming. The dining room was of upmost satisfaction and my standard of cleanliness was not only met but exceeded. The food. I am most critical of the taste; blend of ingredients and presentation. I ordered the steak burrito. The meat was fresh, cooked all the way through and perfectly seasoned. The vegitables were to perfection and of great taste. As I ate I watched the kitchen staff move quickly and neatly. The food here is seen in plain view to be cooked fresh and served immediately. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishments location and their staff on duty. I hope and wish that other restaurants who claim to be fresh would catch up to the way Chipotle has introduced fresh food and quality of food. Thank you for an amazing experience today. The food is ok. Not very wide selection and they don't even have queso anymore. I got a grilled chicken bowl, and they overloaded it, and it was spilling over the edges. Kinda awkward to eat. Won't be coming back to this location because the staff was very rude. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and they were already closing down the store. They rushed us out and locked the door while we were still eating. While my husband was ordering, the employee muttered under his breath about what time it was everytime my husband asked a question. Before we even finished ordering, the employees went off to the side to gossip and use their phones. A customer that was eating on the patio came inside and one of the employees mocked his shirt when he left saying, "I hate jesus." I had always heard the hype around Chipotle, but I never tried it out myself. I decided to give it a shot one day after hearing about it for years. I went with a safe option and got a class chicken quesadilla (my favorite thing ever). I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the energy in the restaurant. The employees were very welcoming and kind. I got my chicken quesadilla and it was probably one of the best I've had outside of a more traditional Mexican restaurant. This is the best place to go if you want some good food, fast. After enjoying it so much, I even got the Chipotle app and now it's even easier to order and get my food. Stopped by to grab dinner after work around 7. The place was busy but the line moved very quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I tried the vegetarian bowl for the first time and it was great. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean. The chicken they served in my bowl is burnt and when I had asked for pico to be put in the worker puts in a few scraps of what was in it. Not even everything that was in the box. Just a few chunks. Now I know they switch out the boxes when they get empty, so I had asked, "Is that it?" She responds with. "We are out."
