The ambiance is pretty standard compared to other locations, however, it gets a bit busy during lunch time which I imagine impacts the staff's ability to clean frequently during rush hour. I wouldn't recommend this location due to food quality and bad service. I also recommend checking your receipt before leaving. They overcharged me for my food as well. read more

Went here after six flags and believe most of the reviews here got it right. The tables were dirty and not cleaned. Its like they don't have a dining room person cleaning it. There was garbage on the floor and overflow trash coming out of the garbage. We had to eat here because was close by to six flags and we were hungry. If not, go somewhere else unless you really like chipotle. I can't even comment on the food but was just typical chipotle items. read more

Worst Chipotle experience ever!! 1. I walk in and am told that I can only order food online because something is wrong with their system. And evidently their system has been down for FIVE DAYS. 2. I create the online order: a salad, a burrito and a bowl. All three were made incorrectly! They made the bowl into the burrito, the burrito into the bowl, omitted LETTUCE, guacamole and SALAD dressing from the salad. They did agree to re-do the order. So check your orders before you leave! 3. When I asked the manager if there was something she could do for my inconvenience, she just glared at me and said "no." 4. I said, at minimum you could apologize for my inconvenience/ the error. She just glared at me some more. She clearly couldn't care less! I will never go back to this location again and if you do...you have been warned! Good luck with that! read more

Staff take forever to make orders; waited in line for 30 minutes. Unsanitary staff-I saw a guy wipe his sweat from his forehead with his gloves and then proceed to making a burrito. It f you can't later in the evening, they only take online orders. Not my fave chipotle. read more

FRIDAY THE 13TH! Yesterday, I tried the Chipotle at 7623 S. Osborne Road for the first time. Boy was that a bad idea. I ordered a salad bowl, and they were so stingy with the items they put on it while you go down the line. The Spoon is not even full when they add it to the order. If that wasn't bad enough, I got the chicken and asked them to add a scoop of brisket (neither of which was a spoonful). When I got to the register, my total was $18 and some change. I was charged $7.90 for the half scoop of brisket alone. The Fajita veggies also tasted like they were from the day before. Basically, I was charged for double meat of both types that I never received. I will NEVER go back to this Chipotle again. I have never been so grossly overcharged for such inferior food in my entire life. Nor have I EVER been charged $18 for a SALAD! I am sure this location will be going out of business soon because the people of Upper Marlboro deserve MUCH better. read more

We were having a COVID friendly apple pie canning party and decided to get the 10 person Triple from Watkins Park Chipotle. And it was brilliant. And I have to single out Sylvia, she was amazing, made sure all the meat was fresh cooked and helped us carry it all out to the car. She is a great, friendly asset to your corporation. We will definitely do this again. One of our friends said it was like being taken to the kitchen at Chipotle and let loose. Food was good, presented really well in containers we can store in the fridge for leftovers (there was loads) and with all the serving utensils it really was a pick up and serve. Sitting here finishing up my burrito bowl. They gave me a full, full bowl with plenty of sour cream. Service was polite and fast overall. A tiny backup at the register. But there was a line and we moved fast. It was about 1:00 -- late lunch crowd. A few tables aren't cleaned off. This is as good of a Chipotle experience as I've had at any other place and better than manny. I ordered a burrito. The tortilla man got distracted behind the counter while my tortilla was in the heater and heated it too long. Then the folder ripped the tortilla. She asked for an additional tortilla and I told her to double wrap the burrito. She said it would be a $0.25 charge to double wrap, but she could dump the contents out and wrap it in the new tortilla at no charge. I asked her to just double wrap it, as I didn't want to lose the contents from the transfer. She insisted it would be $0.25 charge to do this. This is an unacceptable solution. I left, as there is no way I am paying $0.25 or taking a subpar product for their mistake. Customer service is paramount and this place doesn't have it. read more

I requested a managers contact information due to the limited staff on the front line. There was approximately 3 people ahead of us with minimal orders.
