Chipotle is pretty much my go-to when it comes to fast-food options. The food is tasty, decently priced and relatively healthy (especially when compared to those global burger chains). This particular location has the usual exterior, but the inside was a bit more stark than other Chipotle locations. There is adequate parking and the staff was friendly and professional. My go-to at Chipotle is their burrito bowl. Today, I opted for half chicken and half carnitas for my proteins. Overall, for fast-food, Chipotle is a pretty solid choice. read more

We were nervous as we have never been here. We had a get together with friends and ordered our food inside. We went to 125 Palm Bay Road Palm Bay Fl. We were pleasantly surprised! It was very bright inside, some people sitting at the tables and everything appeared clean and satisfactory. Upon placing our order, the staff behind the counter were very professional, polite, helpful and smiles that went on for miles. They helped us all the way and as we left, we just kept saying how nice and friendly the staff were. The food was AMAZING!!!! I had the Honey Chicken Bowl that was very tasty, my husband had the Burrito Bowl that he also said was tasty and our friends had the same as us and thoroughly enjoyed their meals. A Chipotle in Palm Bay - A good choice for a meal This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This particular restaurant is located on the north side of Palm Bay Road NE near the intersection of Minton Road in a stand-alone building. There are several eating establishments along this side of the road running to I-95. The nice thing about this one is that it is one of the farthest from the interstate and seems to have less traffic. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this site sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on at least 2 sides of the restaurant and is adjacent to a larger parking area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant was clean with their high and low metal tables for eating your food inside. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the area. Enjoy. read more

We really like the Palm Bay location cause it's close by. There are, however, some things that could be improved upon. Clean tables would be nice. It is rare, if you go in after noon, that someone hasn't already used the table and it shows. Also, I will agree with some of the drive thru comments. I have only ordered guac and both times it wasn't fresh so I go inside now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful so we continue to go at least once a week. The order I got tonight was a burrito much smarter than usual that didn't taste as good as usual, and a burrito bowl that was very liquid, a much smaller portion than normal and had only a couple small pieces of the chipotle honey chicken. So I wasn't aware of anything going on with chipotle when I ordered 7/5/24. Ordered for the family as usual, I looked at the portions and thought to myself something isn't right here. The burrito we got, the bowl we got was minimal meat, beans and rice. I ate a whole burrito which I never can do. Disappointing, you pay big money and get small portions. I'd rather go to pollo tropical at this point. I don't want a coupon. I don't want a refund, I don't want anything but to let people know. This location is 100% skimping on the portions. Honestly not sure what the other reviews had going on with them. Maybe it's a normal ramp up period for restaurants but my order was fine. It was all fresh, timely, and tasted like Chipotle. My son got steak quesadillas and I got a steak burrito bowl. All of it tasted great and there were no issues. The staff was friendly, they were attentive, and the facilities were very clean. Okay Kyle L.... It's been 2 months since your 5 star review and I've seen no improvement. I keep giving you guys multiple chances, but wtf is going on at this location? I just came at 2pm on a Wednesday. No other customers in the building. I walked in, 4 employees were having a chat at the register. One of them was the manager, I know because he said so. No one said hello or acknowledged my existence. The group huddle saw me & went to the back behind the register to continue their conversation. Again, not a word was said to me, as a customer. Girl behind the counter was crouched down & stocking/ cleaning something below the food. She is the only one who apologized (once she noticed me) & said she'd be with me. Yes, portion sizes suck compared to all other chipotles.... But I'll give it the benefit of the doubt & say you're being strict on that due to corporate being on your back. But EVERYTHING was cold. Everything. This wasn't due to the salsa sitting on it - no, the food was just sitting there uncovered & it felt colder than room temperature when eaten. I asked for guac and it was forgotten as well. I had to ask twice for it. Chips are ALWAYS stale. The girl at the register was unfriendly at best. Went to Chipotle on Tuesday evening to pick up the order that was placed online. It was a very simple order; a chicken burrito and chicken tacos. When I got home not only were the stuck together, cold the meat was burned. My husband's chicken burrito also contained cold, burned and mushy. I called the store and spoke with someone who said they were the manager. I told him that the quality of the food was sub-par and asked for a refund. He seemed disinterested in my complaint and suggested I contact the website and make a complaint there. This was my first time AND my LAST time. Just when I thought there could NEVER be a Chipotle worst than the one on 192 across from the mall. This Chipotle TAKES the cake. I placed an order through the app, needed a side item (cilantro) so I called the store to add it. I was informed (RUDELY) they don't give side items. I then said okay, I'd like to cancel more order the manager then stated I had to go to Chipotle.com to cancel the order, I informed her I placed the order through the app, she still insisted I go to Chipotle.com to cancel the order. I went on the app and canceled the order, I was told I'd be refunded. Not only did the order still come, NONE of it was what I ordered (other than the teaspoon of chicken I received on the bowl. This location just opened so I'm trying to cut it some slack but you must be forewarned, if you place an online or mobile order, add one hour to whatever pick up time you have and hopefully your order will be ready by then. Also check your order before you leave. My pick up time was 5:50, I was handed my incomplete order at 6:40, my completed order, after I told them I was missing items, at 6:57. This is the closest Chipotle to us and the last few times I've went it hasn't been worth it hence why I am leaving a review. I never leave bad reviews but honestly this is worth sharing. I always get the salad bowl and have never had a problem with other locations. The last time the meat they gave us was 90% fat it honestly was unappetizing and I get both beans usually and they were both undercooked or overcooked and chewy. This time we gave it another shot and the amount of meat they give for $11 is ridiculous. They were so stingy with it and when I asked for a little more she asked if I wanted a double. No, I don't want to pay extra for double the meat, I just wanted a little more than what you're giving because it is barely any. I understand they have guidelines but I doubt the amount she gave were in the parameters because I normally get more at other locations. It is already too expensive for the amount that you're given to begin with. The people at the cash register act like they couldn't care less about you. Rude and not just because they're stingy. Definitely won't be going back unless it's a different location but will most likely just be buying my own ingredients to make at home. Just tired of leaving and feeling ripped off. We are in the process of weeding out the bad seeds on our staff. We have some new management coming in, who are also better training our staff. At the moment, we are short staffed, due to having to let go some of outs staff. We are working very hard to provide better service for you folks in the near future. Let it be known for the record; 1. Chipotle as a company is very strict on their portions. One portion of meat on your bowl/burrito is 4oz. Any more is double meat. Same with the queso and the guac, with the exceptions of veggie bowls. 2. If you order online, and your meal was not up to standards, there is absolutely no possible way to revive an in-store refund. If you bring it in and show us, we can re-make it for you on the line, so you can watch. 3. When we run out of things at the end of the night, it is nearly impossible to call all of the online orders to let you know. We usually have about 50+ orders at a time. Our onlines come in at 10 minute increments and it is possible that we can have 30 orders all needed to be done within 10 minutes. It's just not possible. 4. When you order online and it sits for more than 20 minutes, it tends to get cold due to all of the cold salsa on it. Chipotle has a very strict way of doing things. Sometimes it is inconvenient, yes. But we have no choice but to follow these rules. It was makes chipotle, chipotle. Everything is made fresh in the morning, and we cook the meats as we go. In all my years of restaurant experience, chipotle is the healthiest, cleanest, and freshest place I have ever worked. So again, please bare with us as we are still working out some kinks. I go through the Mobile drive thru about once a week. I live in the Viera area because I absolutely gave up my local location, so I drive 20 minutes each way. My food is generally good and I've only encountered one issue with an order. The order is ready when I arrive. I understand keeping staff is hard and reading these reviews.
