Without a doubt the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Unorganized, and unhelpful. If you place an order online, fully expect to get the wrong order. Even if the name on the front of the bag is wrong...don't leave the store until you literally open each container and make sure it's right. Completely unacceptable!! I ordered my food around 8:10 and got there at the time they said it would be ready which was 8:30. When I got there I knew there was going to be something wrong. There was at least 20 people waiting OUTSIDE not to mention it was a bit cold since it was windy and getting dark. I went inside to check on my food about 10 time before they finally had it ready. This was about 9:45. I was there for an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. If you are going to be busy tell us the actual time to arrive or find a new way to work our online orders! When I finally got home I saw how my order was messed up! I didn't get the meat I wanted which was the plant based - they gave me steak! They also didn't give me the side of salsa I payed extra for! I had a recommendation to try Chipotle. Upon entering, I saw no comfortable place to sit. This was a problem, because I was with an elderly friend. Since it was our first time there, I hesitated a bit while ordering. The servers seemed annoyed, even though there was not a line behind me. The corn chips were terrible A few of them were coated in salt so prolifically, I felt my blood pressure rise when a bit into them. I'm not sure why people like this place. The floor looked like it needed cleaning, the servers we're unfriendly, the food was mediocre, and that's putting it nicely. My friend with me also gave it a thumbs down. We won't be back. read more

My family and I love Chipolte, especially appreciative of the vegetarian and vegan options. This is the only location we have ever been too. I have never had an issue with service- the employees have always been friendly and quick. They talk loud enough too, which can be an issue at build your own places like this. I don't think the pricing is bad either. You get a lot of food for your money. My only issue with this location is it's always dirty. I work in food service and I get that you can get busy. But they should at least have one employee designated to clean up. I actually go around myself and wipe off tables with napkins because it bothers me so much. Nevertheless I enjoy this location and the food. They just need to work on their cleanliness. Customers shouldn't have to clean up other people's messes. read more

I love the food, I order it at least once a week but today was my first time going to this particular location. I was surprised that the staff was not friendly at all and threw down my side of guacamole on the counter and didn't even say have a good day or anything like that when I did. There was so much attitude being given for no reason at all. The woman rolled her eyes at me because I didn't hear her right and I asked her if she could repeat what she said. Being a Moe's guy I always shied away from Chipotle but heard good things about the food and I would try the chips when my work colleagues would order and was very impressed at the taste of the chips, always struck me as better than Moe's chips ( Partly because you pay for them I guess vs at Moes where they come with the food ) I was around the corner and wanted lunch but didn't want Moe's as such I used the Chipotle app I had on my phone but had never used and ordered my lunch. Very simple to use App and it gave me a time for my food to be ready. I arrived and Voila my food was bagged up and ready for me, simple pickup as I had already paid on the app. I sat down and my Burrito blew me away, 10x better than the Moe's Burrito's and tasted as fresh as some other high-line eateries. Also the Chips impressed me as always and I was happy to pay the $1.35 extra for the quality. The only detriment is that this particular location could do with some extra seating, but overall great dining experience. read more

Due to COVID I understand restaurants that remained open are under tremendous stress, and I am more than willing to be patient, but this place has taken screwing the customer to the next level! I paid, I waited 45 mins past pickup time, I canceled my order, and never received a refund!!! Their website does not adjust pick-up times in real time. Each time I ordered I received a time up time in 15 mins. I show up to a crowd of 30-40 ppl all waiting for food, after waiting 45 mins after my 'pick-up' time, and customers with pickup times 15 mins previous to mine still had no food, I asked the manger to cancel my order and refund my $20.12, 3 times he agreed, and 3 times I never received a refund!!! I was robbed!!!! I am sure this same situation has happened to hundreds of people in Williamsville at this location during April and May 2020. please rise up! This is not right! After the first week of taking money up front, wasting everyone's time, and never producing an order, NO ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO ONLINE PICKUP TIMES! I am not one to write reviews, however, this was one of the most awful experiences I have yet encountered. I was very dissatisfied with the server. She was very rude, impatient, and even gave me an attitude as she was filling up my two burrito bowls. I felt very unappreciated not only as a nurse, but also as a customer. My ma' and I love coming here for burritos whenever we're out and about this way and a meal time hits. Yes, it's a chain. Yes, I **should** be supporting small business, but I don't think any place (in WNY) does it as well as Chipotle. I usually order the chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. If I'm feeling spendy, I'll add guac for a couple of dollars more. The ingredients are always fresh and you leave full. I also love the flavor of the chicken and when in combo with everything, it's just plain ol' good. Even as a burrito, this is a great combination. We split a margarita here on Cinco de Mayo... Wooooooo!!! That sucker was STRONG! It was like pure alcohol in a cup with some ice and a lime slice. I took one sip and almost lost my lunch. Tried mixing half the drink with Sprite and it was still too potent for me. I had ma' finish the cocktail (she was happy to oblige) and I served as her driver to various big box retail stores for the rest of our day out. As i went to eat it in my car because I have an hour ride home there was no fork or napkins. Not to mention the food was cold. All the workers were completely rude as well. This has to be the worst chain establishment that I have ever been to! I placed an online order for pick-up. Went to pick up my food at the assigned time (actually 10 minutes after), and sent my son in. He was told they didn't have my order. I sent him images of my receipt. He went back in and showed them. They told him they didn't have the order. I went in and showed them that it was the correct store and my order had already been paid for. The woman working at the counter said, in a very abrupt tone, that she already told my son they didn't have my order, that there was nothing she could do about it, and I was to call Chipotle myself! A little shocked, I began to walk out. A customer behind we couldn't believe how the woman had spoken to me, and that she didn't even offer to make my order. I decided to go back in to speak with the woman. I told her I was shocked at her tone, and that I couldn't believe it was Chipotle's business model to turn a customer who had already paid away. She then began to blame my son, saying he should've relayed the message correctly that they didn't have the order. I am currently still waiting to hear back from Chipotle HQ to get a refund on my order that I paid for and never received. I will NEVER eat at a Chipotle again and certainly will NEVER patronize the Williamsville location. I would have given this location ZERO stars if that was an option. read more

Love Chipotle! This location in particular is my favorite. Lots of good seating and easy parking. The one on the blvd can be a little bit dicey in the parking lot with all the other customers parking for other stores in the plaza. The service was good. Very helpful. We had a little extra wait time because they were coming out with a fresh batch of sauteed onions and green peppers. Definitely worth the wait and glad they told us. Also watched the steak come off the grill -perfection! Everything is so fresh, it hardly feels like you're eating fast food! read more

Honestly, I don't know how this location stays in business. We ordered via Door Dash twice recently and both times the order was completely wrong. Not. even. close. Missing items we were charged extra for, wrong meat, added ingredients that we didn't order. We double checked the order on top of the container twice and it was printed correctly, but the order was completely wrong. It's too bad, b/c the food quality in general is good, IF you can actually get what you ordered. There are PLENTY of local restaurants that get it right, we'll skip this one and send our money to a more deserving business. read more

I really like this place. It's definitely one of my favorite "fast food" places. I think it is very reasonable for what you get, compared to McDonald's which is now overpriced in my opinion for sub-par food. I love the steak bowl and I like that you can pick your toppings and request more of a topping if you want. The line for service can be long, but they know how to move it along, so the wait to order your food isn't bad at all. This is my go to place when I'm too lazy to cook. read more
