We are from out of town & visited this Chipotle on Transit in Williamsville yesterday at lunch time. Every table was filthy and the floor was filthy. I was able to indulge a burrito with brown rice, sofritas, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. It is always my go to meal. I love chipotle one my favorite and it's a classic. The customer service is normally good depending on the staff. It always feel full, but it feels healthy at the same time. It is reasonably priced. I like how you can sit down or you can take it to go. I love the rewards system on the app because you can get a free burrito or chips. Chipotle will always be one of my favorites and I recommend every one to go there if you enjoy Mexican food. The portions may feel big sometimes and it is still good to take home :))))) read more

Very mediocre, over-rated, over-priced. And uncomfortable seating, people in line staring at you while you try eating and the door keeps cold air blowing in. And it is dirty. Even when the table tops are wiped they still look like there is grease on them. Went there tonight with my daughter as the restaurant was donating a portion of the sale to her school's PTA. Daughter's chicken cheese quesadilla was terrible. The cheese was melted all over the aluminum foil, and not much left on the tortilla. See my photos. When I asked them to make her another one, they forgot to add the chicken. We took it as the folks in the long line were getting antsy and I didn't want to ask for still another tortilla. My chicken tacos were just okay. Nothing extraordinary. Will not be going back. PTA needs to find another restaurant!! Every time I go to this location they're basically out of everything, the garbages are overflowing, the kids are basically sleepwalking, and the place is dirty. I've even seen who I assume was the manager with airpods in and not giving a single care in the world. Corporate needs to fire everyone in management at this location and restart or they will lose a lot of business. read more

All of the negative reviews are unfortunately true. The service is subpar, the food is inconsistent and the table/drink/garbage areas are usually a mess. If you order ahead of time for pickup or delivery (which I wouldn't recommend), plan on a much longer wait than their app estimates. Our last delivery was estimated for 20-30 minutes and we ended up driving to the restaurant to pick up cold food after an hour and a half after a mixup between the restaurant and third party delivery service. read more

I don't spend much on chips. In that sense, my Chip Outlay is low. I hadn't tried Chipotle in years, but it was late on a Sunday evening and not much was open, so I gave them a chance. My friend who is a Vegan loves the "Sofritos" so I got them. They weren't great, but they weren't bad either. I enjoyed them, but then I was starving. I got them in a bowl, and was a little disappointed that the "salad" is the same price but comes with more stuff, and the "burrito" is the same price and comes with way more stuff. However, I went back over there and asked for some extra stuff in my bowl, and my goodness they really filled it all the way up for free. Excellent All-American customer service. And yes, by the way, there is nothing remotely Mexican about Chipotle except for the name. I don't like the prices though. I remember when mass-produced fast food was dirt cheap, but now it's as expensive as a lot of homemade family establishment dinners. I think it's (a) to pay for all the advertising dollars these corporations spend and (b) because the corporate model says "charge as much as you can" and so the prices will keep going up as long as people keep paying them - not because the food is worth the price, or costs more to make, or because the employees are getting paid more. They're not. Nevertheless the employees here are excellent. The food is fresh. The prices are annoying ($8 for anything) but it's fairly satisfying. Avoid the rice though. Do NOT order delivery from this Chipotle location unless you want to be disappointed and feel tempted to get in your car and drive there. I just got our Door Dash order and am scratching my head as to who is working now and thought it was a good idea to skimp on pretty much everything. I ordered two kids build your own meals. One came with a few pieces of chicken (like ... five tiny pieces) and sides of rice that weren't even filled to the top. The other was supposed to mirror the first, and whoever made this decided to be super cheap and petty by stuffing two rice sides in *one* section while leaving the other completely empty. (Basically, we only got half the order.) The two burrito bowls barely had chicken, and the rice tastes hard, old, undercooked, and like my younger sister made it. Chips and Guacamole Wow, really disappointed when we got home and opened the chips. They were all greasy and broken up. We couldn't even eat them because they were so greasy. I've gone to Chipotle before and I've gone to this location more than once but this time was different. Let's just say the service sucked. I was not greeted, the guy who was taking care of me gave me the bare minimum for for servings of food I wanted in my bowl. The bowl the got passed onto another girl. She rushed me even more then it got passed to the manager. I'm all for having fun at work but I didn't appreciate the manager telling the other worker she can take her break soon then she started joking around with her. If someone needs to take a break speak to them when you aren't taking care of a customer. Your focus is then taken off of the customer, just something to think about Chipotle. *Please keep your work station at least presentable. I get it can get messy but I've never seen the assembly line at Chipotle this messy before. Thank you. I ordered my food through the line. I had two orders and two people waiting on me at the same thing. Both of them asking not simultaneity what I wanted on each dinner. One is the employees became upset because I want telling him fast enough what I wanted on the other. I went right home. I only live five minutes away, and when we opened up the containers, everything was ice cold it was beyond cold. The meat was cold. The rice was cold. The beans were cold. Everything was ice cold. When I called to speak to the manager she referred me to the manager that oversees the food.
