I've ordered here several times. Food is just fine but for what it costs it really should be better. The burritos aren't even fully wrapped in tinfoil and some of my meals were wrong (missing things, etc). I tried to call but they have a robot answer the phone and ask you if you want to place an order. I don't want to place an order, I want you to correct the order I already paid for. Super frustrating when you have an issue, I assume they make it difficult for customers to complain because they get a lot of complaints. I wouldn't recommend online or phone ordering at all. Always go in and make sure they make your order right. If not it's probably wrong. read more

Does "great" customer service exist at all anymore? Yes, this location has young high school or college kids working here but there is no need for lack of being respectful or just plain lazy. Went in on a weekend night before closing and had asked a question to the female server and she responded in bad manner. Simply asked another question for lettuce and she responded back with, "We don't have any." LETTUCE WAS RIGHT IN FROMT OF HER! So, asked again and she decided to go to the back and come back with another answer of, we ran out of lettuce. Mind you that the LETTUCE WAS TIGHT IN FRONT OF HER! I just decided to proceed to checkout with my half-assed meal that was thrown across the counter and then the cashier decided to give me an attitude as well. The online ordering system is not good. The orders are never ready for pick up at the specified time, and are sometimes 20 minutes late.

I simply love the food, simple yet nutritious in a healthy way, the combination of chicken or beef, heathy fats from guacamole, enough carbs from beans or rice, is great. I don't even mind waiting in line to get my two sometimes three soft tacos. But there's one thing that annoying the living hell out if me, when they refuse to sell you a small bag of chips for the simple reason that those are for kids meals, forcing you to buy a big bag. What if I don't eat a full bag, why throwing away the chips I don't eat? I want to be able to buy a small bag of chips when needed. read more

Versus Burlington, these guys are Kings. The food is about the same although I think it's slightly better at Woburn, but at least these guys stay open when they're supposed to stay open. I've ordered from Burlington three different times and found that they were CLOSED before they were supposed to close. If there was a way I can lodge a complaint to corporate I would. Three different times I've ordered online, maybe half an hour before they're supposed to close, I go over. and it's closed. Lights are on, someone is inside, but yet they're closed and not serving food. One time it was supposedly due to the town under a boil order. The other two times? I've had a long, on and off love affair with Chipotle dating back to my days in LA as a teenager. Before I found out that eating their burrito is like eating an entire family's meal calorie-wise, that was my go-to. These days, I just do their corn tortilla tacos and I can't complain about that. Apparently the smaller, teenage version of me could have easily consumed a huge burrito but the adult me now starts to sweat on the third taco. The food, as the number of stars indicates, is A-OK. Fair number of options for fillings. I myself always get the chicken with corn salsa because apparently I've gotten too lazy to try anything new. If you're craving tacos and you don't happen to be in Southern California, Chipotle is a solid option. read more

I go to chipotle in Woburn at LEAST once a week. On an average week, honestly, I go 2-3 times. We order it online from work all the time, and yes if you got between 11am and 1pm, you will wait, whether its in line or at the register for your online order. They have only been out of guac ONCE when I have gone there. Everything is so fresh, and the fact that you can see the prep area is amazing. They always have gloves on, hair back, super super super clean place. The food is so fresh, the chicken and barbacoa are amazing. Any time I have waited too long, they have thrown in a free drink, or maybe given me my guac for free. They def recognize me when I go in there, but I don't care! It's priced well, fast, clean, and tastes amazing....Try the Iced Tea! read more

This location is often looking like it might explode. Very limited parking which makes no sense for this area, although you can park next to it at Bobs and walk over. The dining area is far too small and during peak times you will find many people standing or taking it to go. The line can extend throughout the restaurant, but know that it does go fairly quick. I still love the food, but compared to other locations I have one gripe with this one and that is the portions. They are noticeably smaller than other Chipotle locations. read more

This is Chipotle, so you know what you're getting. The only problem with this location is the inability for them to help the people who are actually there in the restaurant. It seems they get plenty of online and phone orders, so it's not uncommon to be sitting there right in front of 5 people making 20 burritos and go unhelped. This location is around many businesses, so their priority should be to allow people to get in and out of there without the experience of watching ghost orders be filled while you see your lunch hour disappearing. read more

Plenty of vacant seats but the tables had trash on them and seemed like they weren't wiped down since the morning. My first time to Chipotle was actually in Florida. I thought it was one of the best burritos I'd ever eaten. I guess I didn't actually pay the bill. We visited the one in Woburn this weekend, and while the burrito was just as bit and delicious as I remembered, I was shocked at how expensive it was. By the time you add guacamole ($1.95 extra) and a bottled water ($2.25 - and no it wasn't a big bottle, just the normal size. I think they were selling a CASE of them at the grocery store today for $4), the bill came to almost $11. Honestly, that did dampen my Chipotle experience quite a bit. read more

Chipotle is overall a fast food mexican food joint. Usually the line is long, though the wait isn't all that bad if everyone just order 1 thing. It's convenient to my work and the food isn't bad. However, I much rather have a REAL burrito or REAL nachos from an authentic mexican place. Some of the reviews are for Chipotle in general and that isn't fair to single this one location out. I go to the Woburn Chipotle 2-3 times a month and always order online. My order is always correct and hot when I pick it up. The staff is friendly and I always get to avoid that 45 minute wait. During the lunch rush, they seem to always run out of either forks or straws, but you can easily signal someone from the back to replenish. In the summer the patio is nice because during winter it does get cramped with the limited seating. The food is always fresh and the price is similar to any other fast/take out/to go restaurants in the neighborhood. read more

Placed an order online today for lunch, time said it would be ready at 12:45pm. Turns out they didn't receive my order so I wait. As I wait I noticed another person also is waiting for the same issue, they never received their order. That's cool, I get that there can be technical issues. What sucked was as they took my order from the confirmation on my phone they got it wrong! It was supposed to be a burrito but instead I got a bowl. My fault for not checking, but when I open it up there was no protein which was suppose to be a barbacoa burrito. So all I got was a veggie burrito bowl. Bummer. read more

The rice wasn't cooked all the way---crunch crunch...My meal to be mild but was not at all, not good for my stomach. The service is always great, and they really take care of their military at this location--they have a 50% military discount. I have been here probably 10 times in the past 3 weeks. Ever since the people at my office found out that I can drive there and back in about half an hour, we've been ordering from them on a regular basis. My first experience was ordering a large "Burrito Box" for a large meeting we were having. I called in the order (although you can also order online or with a fax) and the food was all ready when I got there to pick it up. The manager helped me carry everything out to my car and gave a a discount since it was our first time ordering from them. More recently, we have been using the online ordering feature and it's been working out very well! You can personalize as many "meals" as you want, choose whether to pay online or in store, and the pickup time. Every time I've ordered, the food has either been ready when I showed up or they were working on it. They have never messed up (online you can add comments for special instructions) the details and have always been friendly and fast. The last thing I'd like to mention is the quality of the food. The burritos are *big* and stuffed with what you choose (as opposed to other places which skimp on ingredients). The chips are really good (they have a slight flavor to them that I haven't quite figured out yet.) and the ingredients are always fresh as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for delicious food, clean restaurant, good prices, and polite employees. read more

I've eaten at this Chipotle several times before my not so good experience lately. The bathroom was dirty, and was out of paper towels. Out of all the chipotle sauces on the tables, only one had a cap on it. The tables were dirty, the staff should really be on top of that. The food was tasty, but within 30 minutes of eating it, I didn't feel that well. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location. I hear the Burlington and Reading locations are much better. read more

If you want fresh food fast...come to Chipotle. I love the chicken burrito. And thats all I need to get filled up. I bought chips and salsa once along with a mamouth burrito and it was too much, the chips and salsa were great though. Warm chips and fresh salsa. I also love how the menu is simple. People who go here know what they want. My only issue is that guacamole costs extra. Other than that, this chain is great. I saw on the board that they served beer...so I asked and they said that they were not. And the sign would be changed. If they did..then this would be an ever greater place.
