Love Chipotle! The burritos are always great, and they use the freshest ingredients. The burrito prices are high, but you can actually get two meals from each one. The lines can be long, but they can get you in and out in about 15 minutes. The rice and bean bowls are good prices at $2.00/each, and they let you add veggies (if you don't go overboard.) Just went to pick up food that I ordered at 10:00am at 12 and the food was 45 minutes late. I had to stand in a zoo for 45 extra minutes....and on top of that when it finally arrived there were NO sauces, NO guac, not enough chips, and food was opened in the box and put together wrong. I can't believe this place is considered Mexican Grill!!!! Is this a joke? Come on. I just left from this place with my husband and kids, they hated the whole experience. The burrito is overprice for the size. You have to pay extra for the guacamole so be careful. The servers don't know how the burrito is served, I guess they need some real lessons :). They asked you for what you want, this makes the flavor to have an awful taste. My burrito was EXTREMELY COLD!!!!! I have never ate in my life COLD tacos or quesadillas neither burritos. The kids menu was a joke. The rice and beans were literally frozen. The garbage indoor and outdoor is just there nobody bothers to clean it up. Dirty, dirty restaurant. If the dining area is so filthy wonder how dirty the kitchen and food prep areas are. Tables should be cleaned as soon as guests leave. I had to clean rice, food bits, and trash off table and seats. Thankfully this mommy travels with a package of Wet Ones. The entire area around trash cans was dirty with slimy globs of food too. It's right near the front door so you see it when you walk in and back out. Felt like I needed a shower when we left. My husband agreed too that the place was filthy. The high chairs are unsafe too. The one we had our 9 month old in was very wobbly and shook anytime she moved. I wouldn't use them if I were you. Accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. The food is okay nothing memorable. The burritos are overfilled and fall apart after two bites thus needing a fork to make your way through the rest. The cleanliness or lack there of is it's down fall. Probably won't go back. My pregnant wife and I decided to have our food outside on the patio. After about five minutes we were forced out by a swarm of bees that were right next to our our table which we were unaware of. How management and the staff did not realize this we may never know. read more

It was new and clean. Limited menu. Got the steak burrito. The ingredients seemed fresh but when it came to the construction of the burrito it leaked all over the place and the burrito just fell apart. Perhaps the girl who made it was new but I was very unimpressed. read more

The food is decent. But the service is lousy and it doesn't feel that clean. Last night was the second time I show up and they have run out of something. The fist time, a couple of months ago, they ran out of tortillas!!! How can any self-respecting "Mexican" restaurant or any restaurant for that matter run out of a staple ingredient? The second time was last night when they ran out of rice and unapologetically stated that it will be 15 minutes until more rice is ready. I'm glad that all the customers waiting in line just left. I think something must be wrong with the management at this location, I have never come across something like this at any other fast food joint. This franchise has lost my business. Chipotle is a great little place! Really good food and good quality as well. I always get the burritos which weigh about 2 lbs! I'd love to try something else on the menu but I'm just so in love with the burritos that I'm afraid I'll be let down by having something that's not as good, so I just stick with what I know is good. Yum!! You can't go wrong. Everything tastes so, so good. One of my favorites is the fajita burrito bowl. It's less messy as their burrito (which is phenomenal), but you can top it off with whatever you want. If you want a little bit of spice, opt for the mild salsa. I love Chipotle!!! Always fresh, always YUMMY! I would give this place 5 stars but the wait time is almost always insane. Any day of the week they have about 20-25 people in line. I don't know if there is a better way for them to move it along but I only have 30 minutes for lunch and the line is usually about 15 minutes long. As for the food, I usually get the chicken fajita burrito or bowl. The chicken is always delicious and the rest of the fillings are equally as good. Love Chipotle, just not this one. The food all tastes the same at all of the chains so no complaints about that. However at this particular one, they give you barely any food. For what it costs they could at least give you a little more rice than half a scoop. I mean is rice REALLY that expensive...? BEST CHIPOTLE EVER!! I honestly don't even like Mexican food that much but can never get enough of Chipotle. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are all super nice and funny and always give you good portions. Even with the recent happenings with Chipotle with people getting sick I still refuse to not go there. I really love that Chipotle offers vegan options. Sofritas are awesome. I've been vegan for over five years and it's always been hard dining out since vegan options are almost never available. I'm really disappointed about what happened yesterday at this Chipotle location. After waiting in a 25 minute long line during dinner time, I finally reached the counter to order. Before I could say "burrito, please", I observed an employee slam the container of chicken down and watched juice from the chicken splatter everywhere - into the beans, into the sofritas. Really? Come on! If you offer vegan options, do your best to keep the vegan options VEGAN. The employee laughed at the splatter which made me feel even more aggravated. I asked if they could get more sofritas and beans from the back, which they did but it took another 10 minutes of waiting before I received my burrito. Not cool. I'm really upset, I most likely won't be coming back because I can't trust that your vegan options aren't contaminated. read more
