We tried to order a adult quesadilla and they gave us the tiniest little thing you've ever seen in your life. Workers extremely unprofessional. Had hickeys on their neck. Tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times but holy cow was this the worst Chipotle Experience I've had thus far. The pure laziness when wrapping the burrito, I open it and it just falls apart because they don't wrap tight enough. Meat loaded on one end of the burrito and not even distributed - also they skimp on meet big time. Lack of customer service, when making my burrito they would barely acknowledge you while just whipping the topping in with no care. I rarely leave reviews but I felt the need here. i Have found this chipotle to be outside what I'm accustomed to from testa chain. They are consistently out of items. Yet when you pick up your order, they do not update you. When you call the restaurant, they automatically send you to an automated system. The staff are consistently rude and lack common customer service skills. I've ordered the "tender" carne asada twice from here and both times, it has been difficult to chew it was so tough. So as suggested by the staff when I returned tonight to see why I didn't have lettuce in my bowl, if I don't like the food there, I shouldn't go back. Great advicd I'm going to follow. I picked up my mobile order following the store protocol. Had to wait a few minutes, but no big deal. As I was walking across the parking lot to my car, an employee came out and screamed at me across the parking lot, accusing me of shop lifting (which I had not). She demanded I come back and let her take pictures of the receipt on my phone (which I felt very uncomfortable about, but my payment information was not there at least). We'll 2 bites in and I'm in an anaphylactic reaction that went into anaphylactic shock. First responders were worried about paramedics getting to my home quick enough. Paramedics concord back up medic in the truck and took the ride in a 1. At first they were to take me to MGH but they started losing my airway and afraid I wouldn't make the ride so detoured to Lahey where there were more hands to help snd could be transferred later if needed. I've been to this location 50 times over the past 3-4 years as it's most convenient. But it's really not good. Whether I order on person or online, it's just not a well managed Chipotle location. My online orders have been correct and on-time maybe 10% of the time. The staff often seems in disarray compared to other locations. I'd order in person but the line is usually very long for the same reason - the staff just being unorganized and poorly managed, not because of volume. I've started to go to other locations or other restaurants because it's difficult to watch them struggle here. Every so often I'll go back just to see if anything has changed, still a mess. This location also has the highest order theft rate in my observation - happened to me at least 3 separate times. I think it's because people get impatient waiting for their own order and take someone else's. It's not the staff, it's the way it's managed - just poor preparation and management of everything. read more

The food is good, but there is clearly no organization and very poor management/training at this location. I feel bad for the staff because it's usually a group of what seems to be high school/college aged kids who are completely disorganized when it comes to managing the customers in line and the online orders. Don't even think about ordering ahead online because they WILL get your order wrong, and you'll be inside the store waiting for 30 mins anyways so might as well get in line and have them make your order in front of you so you make sure you get what you want. Not enough food provided for an online order. To pay 15$ for this is not good enough. I eat chipotle at least once a week, usually more and have been to many many locations, and this is the most jipped I've ever been. 1) fill the bottom with rice, don't just sprinkle some on there like it's a spice 2) says double meat on there, how come I have 1/2 meat? 3) i always get two tortillas on the side with my bowl, and make reasonable burritos for both, this time, not even one tortilla was used fully. Check your bag/bowl on the way out, especially if you online ordered, and especially when it is busy. read more

Never thought I would find myself rating a Chipotle 5 stars, however, this location has the best service I've ever experienced at a Chipotle. When we arrived there was a small rush of about 7-10 people ahead of us and the staff members had their service line down to a T and they were quick. Every scooping portion was perfect and my burrito was one of the best burritos I've had in all my years of going to Chipotle. I was very satisfied with this location. Management seems to know how to run this place, they should go over to the Methuen location and teach them how to run a their store- they could really use the help. Great experience at this location the other day. I walked in and was told only online orders were being accepted. I downloaded the app, ordered, and waited. Later, a staffer announced that our orders would be fulfilled in the line like normal, and that we wouldn't be charged at the register. I never learned what the problem was, but it looked like the staff responded dynamically to a bad situation. They were polite and professional even though some customers were aggressively complaining about the confusion. Also, any of the customers could have taken advantage of the situation and asked for extra food without consequence. Not a bad tradeoff. read more

Get there at 11.30 if you want to not stand in line. Burritos tend to be on the smaller size, than the one's back in KY... but still delicious none the less. We appreciated​ that they made the items fresh when we arrive​d, but would have preferred the items to sit for a bit if that is what it takes to get the order right. So happy with the service and the food at the Woburn Chipotle. Both my kids are allergic to eggs and nuts and the staff really paid attention to this, cleaning up the not-dirty to start with counter, washing hands again and using new gloves, and taking new cheese out of the back. I enjoy chipotle and i eat it a few times a month. I went into this location an hour before close and they said that they were out of a majority of the ingredients like shredded cheese, fajita vegetables, some meats and salsas. I said that's fine no worries! During the rest of my visit the staff seemed flustered and upset from a very busy night of service. I totally understand that the dinner rush can be hectic and exhausting. Unfortunately the staff were very short with me and seemed upset that I was placing an order. This chipotle used to be great but I've been disappointed the last few times I've gone. The portions are insanely small now. I asked for extra rice and it looked like a normal bowl size and they've definitely cut back on the meat. I was also shocked by the small amount of chips that came with the $4.40 chips and queso... this location is also online only now which can be annoying. You never know how long you'll wait here.
