I did take it out of the wrapper for the picture, but suggest you keep the wrapper on as it gets messy to eat. The spices and flavor is delicious and the chicken is crispy and tender. It's a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich overall. While the claw is insta-worthy, it's not quite worth the extra $4 (plus you can't really even eat it, so it's all for show). The breading was crispy, and the chicken inside was pretty tender. There was some sweetness, and it had a mild kick, though it wasn't as spicy as I prefer. The fries inside were OK. They had a good crisp to them and a good crunch, but needed a tad more salt. The fry portion was also much larger, so next time, I would just stick with the chicken. The free kimchi was standard and decent. This was a perfectly decent Korean chicken spot. If it were any closer to a Korean neighborhood, I doubt it would be doing well, but there is a distinct lack of Korean places nearby outside of the primarily takeout spot, which doesn't specialize at all in chicken.
