I have been looking for good solid Chinese delivery near my office in Mesquite since August. Hallelujah! My search is now over! Chi's Wok delvery was fast and the food was hot! Not just warm - more like I was at the resturant and they brought it straight to my table - hot. It is hard to find delivery that is hot when it arrives. Chi's has it. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and the Hot and Sour Soup. Neither disappointed. The portions are large, so I have lunch for tomorrow, as well. (It was hard to stop eating because it was so good, though.) Try Chi's. You will not be disappointed. Much better than your other options in Mesquite for sure! read more

I am from Up north where I feel like Chinese is 10 times better. We got egg foo young, general Taos shrimp, hot and sour soup and vegetable fried rice. I don't know if it's because I am pregnant but I was so so so so surprised and happy! It won't be the last time! read more

This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in the mesquite. The portions are a good size, the chicken has lots of meat and not overloaded with breading and the family who runs it are great. I recommend the crab rangoons. read more

Ordered 50 dollars on takeout from chi's wok in mesquite to have delivered. They horribly messed up one of the meals, we called, they refused to make it right. The lady who answered also took our over the phone order when we called to let them know the order was wrong. She kept saying you got what you ordered. The employee argued with us even stating she would send me a screen shot of what she wrote. so I was going to a screen shot of something wrote down incorrectly from the beginning of the order. Bottom line, not impressed with the food. Horrible customer service, it Was a total waste of money read more

After a long day at work and running a couple of errands on the way home. I just wanted to pick up dinner and relax before starting another day. Noticed the chis wok in the way. 99% of the time new Chinese restaurants turn out to be either good or great. Except for today. I get the chance to go here from time to time and always get my meals take-out. The place is small but has some dining inside. The food is pretty good to me, but I'm no Asian food connoisseur. I've been there maybe 4-5 times and the food is consistent. The helping is generous, filling the styrofoam container to the top. Unless I'm starved, I usually get enough to take leftovers for lunch the next day (that's with getting a meal and an eggroll). It appears to be a family run business. They have a pretty extensive menu and the price is a little more than fast food, but worth it to me. read more

OMG....Horrible. I am kicking myself because I read the reviews before I went into this place. I really didn't care about the outdated interior of the place, I care about the food. It was hot inside and there were a few flies. Turned off immediately. My order was hot, so I was thinking thats good. My food was very bland, I mean no taste at all. My fried rice was a colored rice in oil and scrambled eggs. I threw that away right away. The chicken was not good at all. I seasoned my food so much just to get a bit of taste. Ten bucks gone. What a waste!!. I will drive miles to China if I could now, for better Chinese food. Mesquite needs to step it up. This is just ridiculous. read more

I own the business in the same strip as Chi Wok and must show my neighbor some love. They are always my default spot when I am wondering what I should eat for lunch. Their service is excellent and the portion are ridiculously large. I was never able to finish my food, but never hesitant to eat again in a few hours. My 2 favorite would have to be the sesame chicken or the Mongolian shrimp. The flavor are always consistent, food always fresh, and prices are hard beat. read more

When I entered the restaurant the cashier was on her phone talking and when I went to order she was still on the phone and even actually switched to where it was on speaker. She didn't even ask if I wanted a drink or anything else. She didnt know if it was to eat in or to take out. While I ate my food she was still on the phone and was always sitting down. Two other customers came in and to one of them she was frustrated because the lady asked a few questions. The price was expensive and the food was mediocre. The cream cheese ragoons were obviously reheated from premade frozen batch. The General Tsos chicken was not spicy at all and the chicken tasted old. Fried Rice was just plain and did not have flavor. The workers(I think they owned the place) while I and another lady was eating sat down and started having a meal together and the lady was still on her phone next to both of us customers with her speaker on full volume. I recommend you just go to another restaurant or hit up Panda Express because this place is not good and should be ashamed of their service. Only standing because its fast takeout. read more

Tried Chi's Wok for the first time this evening and so far, I'm fairly unimpressed. I did appreciate the friendly service and the restaurant smelled really good, however, my crab Rangoon did not come with sweet and sour sauce and had no trace of crab in them. The shrimp in the Lo Mein were not jumbo as other reviewers and their menu promises; they are medium at best, however the flavor and portions were good. It is by far the best chinese food in Mesquite. That said, I really wish that their "spicy" foods were actually spicy. Never been to the location to eat but it is nice to have it delivered. read more

Food is decent and fast. I have noticed that sometimes the items are not consistent. I love beef lo mein, but the past few times I've ordered it, it's been either a hit or miss and never quite taste the same. The lady at the counter is super friendly but always seems to forget to add the small packs of fried noodle I pay for to add to my take out orders. So some days the food is great and other days it's just okay. read more

Was craving Chinese food and am glad we found this place! Based on the not-so-great look and feel of the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the good taste of the food! We got: shrimp with lobster sauce, sesame chicken, and pork egg foo young and were each happy with our choices. While my sesame chicken wasn't crunchy (like it usually is at other places - probably because it sat while waiting for steamed rice to finish cooking), the flavor was quite good, and the chicken was not overcooked or anything.
