From beginning to end, Chitown LimoBus made scheduling, payment, and coordination easy. Bob was very responsive and attentive with our needs. On the day of our wedding, we were pleasantly surprised our bus driver Clarence arrived early to ensure we were on schedule throughout the day. Clarence was truly a rock star bus driver. The bus was extremely clean, and stocked with water, ice, and necessary trash containers. Clarence was so understanding and kept congratulating us on our big day and made sure my wife and I were truly catered to. The rest of our bridal party enjoyed Clarence as well. Igor, the owner, was great at answering my questions and being very accommodating (even changing the pick-up time for our return trip) while we were deciding whether or not to go with a party bus for my daughter's birthday party event from the city to the suburbs and back the next day. I had shopped around a bit, and I found Igor's price to be the most competitive for sure, which is what ended up tipping the scales in his favor with our decision. I wish i could give a higher rating than 5 stars! I called other places trying to book a party bus for 30 kids for senior prom . The other companies didn't have what we needed, so I continued my search. After falling upon Chitown on google and seeing the reviews ...i gave them a call. I knew right away after speaking with Igor that I didn't need to look any further. He was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Their outstanding service honestly made prom so much more memorable for the kids. Houston our driver safely drove the kids from the suburbs to Chicago, then Michigan and then back to the suburbs. The bus was lovely with lights and a bathroom, had water and soft drinks on board- let the kids store all their bags on the bus while at the prom... Hiring Chitown LimoBus was a great experience from start to finish. Communication with Igor and Branislav was prompt. Igor offered suggestions to add a drive past the Lincoln Park Zoo Christmas Light show which we all appreciated. The 54 passenger bus arrived on time throughout the day. The bus driver, Rita, was pleasant, kind, and a safe driver. The bus was very clean, seats comfortable, had seat belts on all seats, and a microphone for announcements. Tray tables and USB ports were available at each seat. Lastly the bus ride was smooth and quiet. We have been taking an annual trip to the Blackhawks game for years. We decided to try Chitown Limo bus this year since they have bathrooms on their party busses. I was a little hesitant at first as anyone would be when using a new company for an event like this. It also didnt help reading a few bad reviews, then I compared the 5 star reviews which there were way more and I decided I am not going to let a few bad reviews take away from the many good reviews. I am glad I rolled the dice on this since we had a great bus and driver, bathroom on board and more competitive price than previous companies we have used. Bob was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The driver Keith arrived on time and was super nice and patient while everyone got on the bus. He helped us load stuff into the car too. There were issues with the sound system but Keith helped us figure it out. There were times along the way where the sound would lose connection but it only happened like twice.
