It's call (Fuck it ) drinks

$$$ Fish cakes alots of batter than fish it gets a 2 Henny wings a little soggy when I got them didn't taste like Henny lil sweet I'll give it a three my cuz had salmon n seafood rice it was alright n calamari good they were very stingy. with pickley second one charges us for it the place was kinda nice. I didn't go away in the back, but I think they had a little dancing area. The bar was very nice. I asked for the drink calls Fuck it. Tell him don't make it too sweet it gave me a little punch, so I ordered another one very very pricey $30 just for drinks so if you don't go happier, you're gonna spend a lot of money

Their rasta pasta is the best in Brooklyn. Ohhh i added the garlic honey shrimp yummy...

    4 (jumbo) tacos 4 margaritas

Not bad at all. Had 4 (jumbo) tacos and 4 margaritas. The tacos were not jumbo but the service was good if you go at a good time. Good ambiance for my first time going might go again. Food gave me the bubble guts. I had the beef tacos beware.

I don't normally do reviews on places that I've already been to, but I think this place definitely deserved it. I came here with a friend of mine and we decided to sit down and dine. First things first, when I made my review a few years ago, they definitely change some things around as far as the menu was concerned and certainly change the etiquette for what could be worn when entering the restaurant. So we sat down and we ordered some food, the bartender was definitely overbooked and busy with a lot of other tables so I only got one drink, unfortunately. But I must say that this was probably one of the best drinks I've ever had in my life, it tasted Devine and I wanted that taste to truly last forever. I wanted more but I guess I'll get more when I visit New York again. I decided to go classic and go with the jerk chicken with rice and that tasted like everything that I missed in life. It was truly delicious, the salmon bites the the same and so was my friends griot. This restaurant has certainly redeemed and outdone themselves, and I'm happy. Please excuse the fact that a lot of the pictures are red, that was the overarching light/decor in the restaurant. I'll be back soon, that's a guarantee.

This place is definitely a hidden gym. It's very nice inside and the staff was very helpful and all nice. We met the owner and actually had birthday shots with him. Food was amazing.

If you're looking for some good Haitian food in the Brooklyn, NY area I recommend you visit Chloe's. Amazing food, great service and good drinks.

This spot is great for food Haitian food and chill vibes. The rum punch is tasty and strong. When dining here, you should try their wings, salmon, or pasta. The food is tastes great, but be prepared for a long wait time. Chloe's is also great for dancing, seeing a love band, or brunch vibes. Overall, you should give this place try.

Came in and was seated immediately. Went on a Wednesday night. There was a game night and karaoke going on. When my friend and I got there, there was a happy hour special. Two drinks for $15. I ordered everything I had the taste for on the menu and I enjoyed most of it. This is a Haitian styled restaurant. I liked everything but the Mac and cheese. It wasn't terrible, just not my style of Mac. Everyone was nice. Thank u.

Part of my glazed salmon with seafood fried rice. A must!

Sitting here sitting ready for my bed. I am stuffed and happy. My cousin and I both ordered the glazed salmon with sea food fried rice. The portion size was enough for 2 ppl but thank the heavens I ordered my own and I have some left for lunch tomorrow. I am more than satisfied. I have no complaints with the taste. It was absolutely scrumptious. We both had 2 rum punches but unfortunately they didn't have wray and nephew but instead our bartender mixed in Haitian rum and boy was it hitting. We were the only customers so all attention was on us. The bartenders were nice and friendly. Yes the food took a lil while but drink up and unwind. If your not satisfied with your drink they are more than willing to adjust it.

This will be my second visit to Chloe's for dinner under the Haitian management team. The group that attended with me all have a special love for Chloe's food, but unfortunately NOT their drink. Once seated we all decided on the calamari and wing appetizers and it did not disappoint. We actally don't need the menu to make our decisions on their food. Some of us frequent more than others. Yes it did take some time to get the food, but it was well worth it. I had the seafood rice with the honey salmon. There are not enough adjectives to truly tell you how good it taste. The rice was not hard, but perfect. The salmon was not too sweet, but again perfect. You will taste the seasonings and the love the chef uses while cooking. It's almost like eating home cooked food. I could not finish it because the bowl was full to the brim and so was my stomach. I did not regret coming here for dinner or enjoying the music. My only regret was thinking because they had a new bartender things would change in the drinks. No such luck - still gross! The service, food and music is what keeps me coming back for more. Bon Appetit!

Came here last Sunday with my mom and son around 1:15. They didn't have lambi which dampened my mood. After much deliberation I finally ordered the Tassot (fried goat) with black rice and my mom with rice and beans. Ny son ordered the chicken pasta before us but, somehow got his food when ours came out. Ths waitress was nice, and patient but, the kitchen was slow. even though it took us a while to order, the food took long and literally no customers were there. All in all the food was delicious. We enjoyed it.

    Tassot (fried goat) was outstanding.

I had a 5 star experience here-despite previous reviewers' experience. Checked this place out on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm, which was pretty empty at the time and was seated right away. Appreciated the layout of the place. A pretty decent size bar across from the dining tables and an area presumably for a dance floor in the back where a DJ was currently spinning some good tunes (at the time old school R&b and later on newer music). Ordered the chicken and waffles and rum punch (I'm Haitian so I figured I will avoid any haitian dishes that day). However a friend of mine ordered the Tassot meal (fried goat), once I tasted it realized I made a mistake not ordering it. Tassot was fried perfectly, succulent, juicy and flavorful-Well seasoned, not greasy. It came with rice and beans-also amazing, pickliz (Haitian spiced cabbage) and fried green plantain. Portions were generous. Definitely a winning dish. Chicken and waffles were also divine. In lieu of hot sauce for the chicken, I recieved pickliz...which worked well. Waffles were soft, fluffy, came with strawberries and berries. Nothing extraordinary but still really good. Rum punch was outstanding. Pretty strong but flavorful, one of the better rum punches I've had. But the most impressive element of the dining experience was the service. Typically, we expect poor customer service at Caribbean restaurants, but my experience here was contrary...our waitress (dont remember her name) was extremely attentive, kept checking in on us, gave us updates on our meal time, and was genuinely nice. The place picked up after 2ish. Not sure why the low reviews, but I would come here again if the food and service are this consistent.

    Calamari and Hennessy wings.
    Quan M.

Soooooo upset to get my calamari and it be in this small ass tin. 14.50$ for it at that. The wings are ok but my calamari was cold and soggy just a disappointment in all. Footprints gives a bigger portion for the same price.

I still think this place should stick to sports or being a smoke venue for those wanting a chill place to shoot dice or whatever. The service was better, with the waitress being taller and more mature than the previous night. The food came out quicker and was less greasy and smelly. Overall, I think this place needs some consulting on how to appeal to more customers in and out of Flatlands/Canarsie. It is located right outside the station, after all.

The drinks are good; I had the blue lagoon, the Tokyo tea, and a rum punch. My bf had the jungle bird, which was also good. There's a happy hour from 5-7 and $1 wings all night. I ordered the garlic parmesean and the sweet teriyaki wings. The wings were overdone and fried too hard. The garlic parmasean needed to be tossed in more garlic mixed in butter for the taste. There was a live singer and we thought he was there every Thursday but it turns out he was there for the party; he was good and we enjoyed the vibe. Mondays and Fridays are karaoke, and Sundays is Jazz night, we were told by Lena. They played good music after the live singer left. I will definitely go back now that i have somewhere i can hang near by. And I look forward to Jazz night on Sunday.

Those were the only 2 options of appetizers on the mandatory pre fix weekend menu at night once the dj is playing ?? Wasn't really sure about why they did it like that. My friend ordered lambi en sauce (conch) she paired it with some of the creamiest mac and cheese. The rum punch was our cocktail of the night it's the only mixed drink they have nice and strong. I made reservations for 6:30 PM for five (5) adults. I knew it was not meant to be as soon as we walked in. We arrived at 6:45 PM and was told they would have to find us a table (there were several empty tables that were large enough to accommodate). We stood for 7 minutes before a gentleman came and sat us down. The table was bare, the only thing on the table was table cloth. It took approximately 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order. I didn't know that they had a live band and it was too loud for such a small place. The Menu had a fix price for $65 per person. The person who finally came to take orders sat at our table and cross of many items that were not available. It took another half an hour for someone to come place water at the table and gave us eating utensils. According to the menu, each of us would start our meal with a salad. The salad never came. We asked for a drink menu, we were told that they had nothing really to drink. We each order an appetizer from the menu, they brought us one plate with items on it. Mistakes were made in everything that we ordered to eat and others near us had the same issue. The original server that took all the food orders never came back to our table. The service was horrible. This was an embarrassing Mother's Day dinner. At the end, they presented me with a bill for $458. I will never return and I suggest that if any of you are considering going to this restaurant, don't bother. I would have been better off going to order food at Kal's Bakery & Restaurant and go home to eat. It would have cost me $17-$30 and would not have spent 3 hours being frustrated and embarrassed to have taken my mother, sister and other family members there.

I think I would've preferred buffalo or jerk, or just plain old fried but what got me was that the chicken was undercooked. I was scared and did not feel comfortable at all! Now, fast-forward. I've recently been back at the beginning of September for my friend's surprise bday party. I was literally in shock to how Tracks has cleaned itself up. It was a complete makeover. It actually reminded me of Fisheye, down the road. The new decor is of New Yorker Chic with ghetto fabulous twinged in it. I say ghetto, for the fact that there was something weird going on in the back near the bathrooms. It was like the ceiling dropped 5 feet so they could add an upstairs area. Nonetheless, I was impressed from what my first true experience was. Since this place is in the neighborhood, I can see it as my new home bar. Sometimes it just gets tiring going into the city to get a drink. I can just walk a few minutes and enjoy.
